I'm sorry, but Freelorne's throne is a couch he reclines on in a feather boa and extravagant robe, specifically for the purpose of greeting his guards when they come to inform him of the Dark's latest demise in mysterious circumstances.

(chuckle) Not sure Lorn'd argue the feather boa.

...The Throne of Arlen, though, was historically intended to seat two (as in its very earliest century or so, Arlene royalty was an office shared with Darthen, and there were events at which both monarchs might be expected to officiate); so its couchlike qualities are accidental.

That said… to this day (as they reckon time in Arlen) not even His (semi-)divine Majesty the White Lion has been able to figure out a way to keep some occupants of the Throne from stretching out / putting their feet up on it. And at this art, the shorter ones are always the most successful… :)
