pls turn ur attention to my post way back when i mentioned that i thought se ri and jeong hyeok were considered a 'winter' couple. let me reiterate that here. whenever these two have 'moments', there is snowfall. this is also to keep up that whole first snow thing that se ri tells jeong hyeok about; it is a common theme for them overall that trascends even north korea and south korea as it happens in switzerland in a moment that isn't at all romantic for either of them in order to connect them deeper than just being two people thrust together in shitty situation after shitty situation. so jeong hyeok and se ri have this BIG connection during, into, and throughout winter and BOTH TIMES they're unable to stay while ALSO having BIG SOULMATE ENERGY, yall with me?

lemme bring ur attention back to the owls i mentioned. guess when these owls' mating seasons are? THAT'S RIGHT!!! DURING THE WINTER!!!! and guess what!!!! they mate for life!!!!!

and while the great horned owl wasnt the one that was featured in the series, i do know that in some cases they part from each other after their mating season is over instead of staying together and do their own things, only to find each other again.
