The stoic team leader who doesn't trust the main character at first 

You often feel like you need to take responsibility for those around you and to protect them. You struggle to show your love through other means, so you take that task seriously. Your friends know they can always count on you no matter what. However that leads you to be mistrustful of others' actions before getting to know them, usually assuming the worst of them. On the exterior you might seem cold, calculating and distant. But those close to you know that's far from the truth, you just have a particular way of demonstrating it. Only one of my muses will/would be celebrating mothers day, honestly. Sol’s mother disappeared when she was younger, and she didn’t learn about most ‘holidays’ and such till adulthood-

Jules was never very close to his mother, and kind of forces most memory of his upbringing from his mind

Narin literally doesn’t know who his mother is, growing up in the Buduga tribe and everything- he has almost no childhood memories of her either.

N’Zael would probaly just forget its a holiday, and being that his mother isn’t overly bright either- she’d probably forget too

Eriis, however is fairly close with both of her mothers- and will probably spend most of the day with her sibling, her mother and stepmother! buying them dinner and taking them out to the markets for some time with just the four of them

Introducing Narin Buduga, new side muse!

Narin, or simply ‘Rin’ to most people was born to the Haragin tribe when solana was 2 years old, meaning he was around 5 years of age when the pirates who kidnapped Solana and her mother and killed many others attacked- he was taken by the Buduga tribe shortly after, as the tribe was weakened by the attack. Much like solana, he has no real memory of his time with the Haragin tribe. Rin is a huge muscle headed show off and a bit of a goofball who’s always looking for a challenge or to prove how ‘cool’ he is. He is a Maruader and meets up with solana again when she eventually travels to the steppe in search of him, upon remembering that she had a cousin as a child. He’s related to her from her mothers side, and once reunited they have a competitive sibling like relationship- their connection also allows non-wol solana to meet several main SB characters in canon Narin will now be accepting asks and threads when specified, and may appear in drabbles with solana in the Steppe

you need to be loved gently, taken care of. you need to let yourself b taken care of. you deserve the kindness. you deserve to have fingertips pressed to yours, you deserve soft smiles and quiet laughs. you need to be kissed in the middle of the night, you need to be told it’s okay. you’re used to aggressive love, you need it gently.

like the snow melts

Primary Feeling in Longing

heavy

In longing, you feel heavy. Your desire feels like a burden you've been carrying for too long. Your heart is a large weight in your chest, so heavy it brings down your shoulders and puts a bend in your back. You feel like if you were thrown into water, the weight of it would drag you straight to the bottom. It's as if no matter what you do, you just can't shake it or let it go. When you let yourself feel it, it's almost suffocating, you're drowning in desire, quietly. You unfocus your eyes and breathe out until the stream of air thins, a pang in your chest follows. The next breath is a sigh. You've been so patient, you feel you deserve *something*. Your yearning pulls and pulls at you but you've tried everything, nothing left to do but wait. Once you've accepted this, you push the thoughts away, but the weight is still there. Sometimes you convince yourself you don't even want what you desire anymore, you just want the weight lifted. But something says don't give up. You're too deep in love. Be strong my dear, stay determined. -----------------------------------

In longing, you feel hope. You're on a long road, you know this. Your desire is strong, big in your chest but you don't feel weighed down. You've had your hardships, but you know what you truly seek is, or could be, not far from your grasp. Not to say you don't feel the burning in your heart for something more, but theres still a spark in you, a voice that says, "don't give up, what if?" You can be patient. You know you must be. Your yearning is felt like a campfire in rain, the circumstances say the flame should be out, but yet it burns, as long as god willing or sheer effort keeps it alive. You feel the pull in your gut that makes your throat tighten with the ache of your heart but you softly smile, it's just a reminder of your love. You aren't afraid of your feelings in the way that would make you push them away because you're familiar with them and you know the payoff would be well worth the grief. In longing, you feel fear. You're uncertain and wary of what your feelings may betray you to. You don't enjoy the feeling of not being in control of your own self, you ask, "why can't I just stop?" There's a cold feeling in your chest, your hands become clammy, you know you behold this desire too strongly, but the feeling goes nowhere. Rationally you think, "this desire is foolish and I don't need it," but that doesn't work for long. Secretly you yearn for that you seek, trying to hide it even from your own self, fearing that if you even let yourself know what you crave, nothing will be the same. Sometimes it's lonely. Sometimes you wish you could tell someone.... anything. You reference it vaguely in conversations, a joke that only makes sense to you, but is actually the longing veiled in fear. Your desire is forbidden, unattainable, by your own standards or someone else's, but it lurks in the back of your mind, persistent, deafening in the way that silence often is. Fear not my love, take a deep breath. You will find your peace.
