Uses in the kitchen
Most commonly used in Eastern European, Russian, and Middle Eastern cuisines, dill is used in a wide array of food. You most likely think of pickles, which uses the top part of the plant. The leaves or "aerial" part of the plant is used most of the time in cooking. It goes great in acidic and savory foods, as well as with food like salmon and eggs.
Uses in healing
I tend to used the seeds more frequently when it comes to herbalism. I will often chew on a seed or two to help with bad breath. Some people also use the seeds in a tea to help with period cramps.
Uses in witchcraft
Carrying seeds in a small pouch or your pocket will attract luck and money. Similarly, using the herb in cooking with intention will attract the same. Because you can buy it dried for the kitchen, I love using it in spell jars.
Tips for growing at home
Dill is resilient and can grow in most climates in summer. An outdoor pot or garden is best though, because it can get tall. It is a great companion plant for cabbage but not carrots!

One of my favorite family recipes is super simple and tasty. Dill dip is something we always have at family functions.
You need:
2 part sour cream
1.5 part cream cheese
1/4 part dried dill
1/4 part garlic powder
Mix and enjoy with Hawaiian rolls !

What do you think is Tenma's and others' favourite food and drink?
Ooh, favorite foods! Okay so please bear with me, I’m not familiar with Japanese cuisine but I’ll give it a shot!
First, the first-years! Tsurugi has a sweet tooth, but he wouldn’t admit it even on pain of death and only Yuuichi knows because Tsurugi believes it’d take away from his reputation otherwise. He loves rice cakes, especially with fillings. He’s also a fan of dried beans covered with sugar.
Hikaru is also a major fan of sweets and is willing to try whatever's offered to him, but his absolute favorite is coffee jelly. He can sometimes be bribed with sweets if necessary. To finish up the sweet tooth trio, Aoi loves any type of cake, although she prefers milder tastes instead of super sweet. She and Hikaru go out to cafes to try out their menu and manage to drag Tsurugi along eventually, although he’ll pretend to come along just to humor them. These three are also the biggest fans of going to Tenma’s place, because Aki usually has some homemade baking ready.
Shinsuke really likes onigiri, it’s simple yet tasty, and easy to share with friends. No need for any fancy dishes for him! He’s also a fan of sweets, although not as bad as the three mentioned above, and he likes fruit-flavored soy milk.
Kariya likes takoyaki the most! It’s pretty easy to get, so he likes treating himself to it if he’s done well on a test or something, or if he’s just in the mood. Since he lives in an orphanage, food options are dependent on whatever gets prepared there, so while the food is good he doesn’t really have any input in dinner. Makes it extra nice to get takoyaki as a snack for himself!
If asked, Tenma’s favorite food is whatever Aki prepares because her cooking is amazing, but his favorite dish would be gōyā chanpurū, Okinawan stir fry. He’s loved it since he was young, and now that he lives in Tokyo, it reminds him of home. He also enjoys sweet snacks, particularly mitarashi dango and sata andagi (which is also from Okinawa, and he loves it for similar reasons).
Onto the second-years! Hamano loves sashimi (raw fish), but he doesn’t really have a preference for a specific type. He also likes taiyaki, fish-shaped cakes, not only because of the taste but also because they’re, well, in the shape of a fish. He and Hayami often get some if they're hanging out after school, most often with red bean paste or custard filling. Although Hayami likes taiyaki too, he prefers gyõza (Japanese dumplings). He’s also a pretty big tea fan, especially green tea, which he has in common with Shindou.
Speaking of - everyone knows Shindou is a rich kid. Influential, loaded family that goes to operas and pays for private tutoring outside of school and eats at a five star restaurant every other month. And yet, ironically, his absolute favorite food turns out to be homemade ramen from Rairaiken (after his friends have introduced him to it, of course). He likes to experiment with toppings and is delighted whenever he finds a new combination he enjoys.
Kirino’s favorite food is sushi, also because there’s such a wide variety of it, and he can pick whatever he feels like at that moment. Luckily for him, he’s best friends with rich kid Shindou, and whenever they hang out at his manor, the staff knows to prepare sushi. Kirino takes full advantage of this and claims it’s payment for dealing with Shindou’s soccer strategy ramblings. Just like Shindou and Hayami, he likes green tea, but he prefers royal milk tea.
Nishiki picked up a love for Italian cuisine during his time abroad. He loves ravioli (stuffed pasta) and he’s got a preference for ciabatta bread. He’s lucky enough not to be lactose intolerant like many other Japanese people, and he absolutely LOVED spending time in a country with countless cheese options, in which Japan is, unsurprisingly, lacking. He’s cooked for his friends a few times and it was a pretty big success.
Midori and Kurama, surprisingly enough, share their favorite food: kushiyaki, skewered and grilled foods. Midori loves grilled pork skewers, whereas Kurama’s favorite are grilled vegetable skewers. Midori likes other types as well, but Kurama’s a picky eater so he'll stick to his vegetables, thank you very much.
Akane can usually be found with various types of bread in her bento, the specific kind switching every day. It’s her favorite snack and she usually brings some to eat during afternoon practice. Her favorites are melonpan and anpan (filled with red bean paste). She brings enough for the entire team as a treat if they’ve won a particularly hard match. She also really loves bubble tea (her favorite is honeydew milk tea), and often drags Aoi and Midori along. Aoi’s favorite is matcha milk tea, and Midori’s is black milk tea.
Aoyama, as mentioned in the AR one-shot collection, is obsessed with noodles. His favorite is kitsune udon, but he likes switching it up so he also orders other dishes quite regularly. Ichino also appreciates udon and other noodle foods (he doesn’t really have a choice, being best friends with Aoyama), and he’s also a big fan of shaved ice.
Finally the third-years! They’ve actually got a pretty big thing in common there: they all prefer the company over the food, really. Sangoku, for example, doesn’t really have a favorite food. He loves cooking, and cooking for others, and he’s a fan of trying out new recipes, although he favors traditional Japanese meals. He originally taught himself how to cook because his mother is usually busy with work, but discovered a love for it and he likes seeing his friends enjoy his food. He does really enjoy a good cup of green tea, though, like Shindou and Hayami.
Next, Kurumada! If asked, he claims he likes going to yakiniku (grilled meat) restaurants with his friends most. He thinks it’s tasty, and he likes having multiple options for food and being able to just get whatever he’s in the mood for at the time. It’s only made better by the company, although inviting his team along has been known to end in chaos.
Amagi’s favorite food is katsudon, which he has in common with Mahoro. When they were kids, he, Mahoro and their childhood friend Kousaka Yukie would eat it as often as their parents would allow - that’s where his love for shared meals began, because it’s much more fun to eat together than alone.
…I may have gone a bit overboard with this. Whoops?

India is indeed a diverse country. However, now that we know the façade of the country, let us now proceed who really India is with their Unique Cultural Values.
But before anything else, let us have a knowledge what Unique cultural values is:
Cultural values are a series of principles and values passed on generation after generation by our ancestors. Based on the given values, the entire cultural community must decide their own process of life. And those ideas decide how a person of that culture behaves and how they lead their lives.

Collectivism and Harmony
Indians place a high value on Harmony and unity with others, as long as being characterized by what is called collectivism, a principle of giving a group priority through each individual in a community. This system/principle results in a stronger support system from a community or family that anyone can rely on daily.
This culture is important for Indians to help maintain order and Harmony, one application of Collectivism and Harmony is in the field of economics, some parts of India are suffering from economic hardships and unreliability of official services, but this conflict did not stop them, instead they rely on one another to sustain their needs.
Karma, acceptance, and personal Choice
Many Indians have a strong principle of acceptance through one’s life, or a belief that anything they do is being observed by their god. With that being said, Indians have this belief that good people will benefit from their good deeds, while those who made wrong doings will pay the price often in their next time also known as the ‘samsara’(the cycle of rebirth).  
The interplay of these social, cultural and religious factors allows people to be accepting of life events and trajectories. However, this is not to be interpreted as Indians being unwilling to take responsibility for life circumstances. Many often contemplate how their actions may impact their future and make decisions accordingly. Some of India's youth are challenging a fatalistic perspective by asserting their free will to choose their vocation, spouse and other life factors. Indeed, as social mobility becomes more common, there is a growing belief that one can change their circumstances.

Greetings
Namaste, which means "I greet the divine inside you," is a widespread greeting used by Hindus in many parts of India especially on ceremonial occasions. Depending on the status of the person you are greeting, this is followed with a nod of the head or a bow. Verbal greetings vary by area and also depend on the relationships between individuals. "Kem cho" ('How are you?') is a typical Gujarati greeting. Muslims can extend a greeting by shaking hands and saying "Salaam" to their counterpart. Shaking hands is generally acceptable between men and women. But it's best to wait till a woman extends her hand first. Some Hindu or Muslim men and women might not want to touch someone who is the other gender.
1. Khuda Hafiz
-        This type of greeting Is followed by the Islamic religion by India. They use Khuda hafiz or Allah hafiz as a form of saying goodbye to someone. It is followed by the Muslim community for ages, that simply means “let God be your protector”.
2. Vanakkam
-        In the southern part of India, welcoming someone is done by saying Vanakkam, this greeting is practiced by Tamilians, Malayalam, and Lakhans. It is also used when the person is leaving the home.
3. Pranam
-        Mainly there exist 6 types of pranam which are ashtanga, sashtanga, panchanga, dandavats, namaskar, and Abhinanda. Pranam is an old form of Hindi mythological greeting that is used to greet to elderly people, people who greet pranam usually touch their feet.
4. Jai Shree Krishna
-        Jai Shree Krishna is generally used by all the individuals of India, but especially when you visit Gujarat or meet the Gujarati family, Jai Shree Krishna is the first word you hear from their mouth. Greeting Jai Shree Krishna means hailing Lord Krishna.
However, Unique cultural values do not only appear in greetings, but it can also be shown in their religion, specifically the way they pray.
How Hindu Pray
Hindu worship is primarily an individual act rather than a communal one, as it involves making personal offerings to the deity. Worshippers repeat the names of their favorite gods and goddesses and repeat mantras. Water, fruit, flowers and incense are offered to God.

Family
-        In most countries, living in a house only consists of 1-2 generations only. But in India, a single household is formed usually by 3-4 generations. Which resulted due to encouraging people to have a strong relationship with their aunts and uncles just like a parental relationship. Extended families tend to defer to the elderly and observe a clear hierarchy among family members. In more urban areas, people will usually live in smaller nuclear families yet maintain strong ties to their extended family.

Relationships and Marriage
  Arranged marriages are common throughout India, though expectations and practices of marital arrangements vary depending on the region and religion. Marriages are typically arranged through a matchmaker, the couple’s parents or some other trusted third party. Unlike in the past where individuals would not be informed about their future partner, it is now more common for the family to consult the couple for consent before the wedding.

Etiquette
   In Indian Culture, facing the feet with someone else must be avoided, for this is a sign of disrespect, especially inside the temple, since the feet is the dirtiest part of the body. On the other hand, the head is the most important thing. Touching someone’s head in India is a sign of disrespect or rude.

Visiting
   -  Indians are known to be hospitable, when people visit their homes, they offer tea to their visitors, but there are times that visitors reject the offer, and this is considered politeness. In addition, saying goodbye when leaving someone’s house is a sign of respect.

-        In India, they usually do not use utensils when eating as they normally use their hands. When eating, the most commonly used hand is the right one as they consider the left hand as the dirty one which is used for cleaning. However, when it comes to the variation of food, there are some Indians that are restricted from eating a certain food, especially Pork for Muslims.

Gift Giving
-        The lucky colors for Indians are Red, Green, and Yellow which are usually used for gift wrapping. In India, when men are giving gifts it should be from themselves and their families to avoid misinterpretation. On the other hand, they are particular about the connotation or meaning of the flower which should be learned before giving it to someone.

Communication
-        Most Indians are polite and use indirect communication when socializing with other people. They are usually open to hearing other people’s opinions to know the different perspectives, especially during debates to avoid arguments and address this through negotiation instead. Phrases such as “maybe” and “I’ll do my best” are used in India as a way of saying no, this is to avoid any harshness. However, there are times that they are also silent which is considered they are refusing or not agreeing with the discussion. They also use gestures to communicate with people. They usually nod as a sign of politeness, however, there are times when this does not mean that they are agreeing with you. Additionally, using our point finger to point out something, especially when giving directions is accusatory to them. In India, they use the whole hand in pointing out something.

Indian culture involves Yoga, Kumbh Mela, celebrating festivals (Diwali, Eid, Baisakhi, Buddha-Purnima, Onam, and many more), clothing, beliefs, customs, ethics, social norms, art crafts, and technologies. Many elements of Indian culture (like mathematics, philosophy, food, etc.) have influenced the world too. Indian culture teaches us to respect each other, be kind, tolerant, and generous.
Indian culture is one of the oldest and most diverse cultures in the world. Still, many Indians stick to their culture. Indian’s way of hospitality, greeting, ethics, belongingness, unity, adapting behavior makes India unique in sustaining its culture more than the rest of the world.

okay my final commentary. the bear is populated by extremely cool and loveable characters. however i was taken by surprise by the plot turning in the direction of the gang turning Beef into a fancy restaurant. i am not a big fan of high cuisine. no offense to Marcus but i find desserts that you can eat in one gulp a waste of time. i know, they've spent an entire ep discussing why people work in high end restaurants if it Sucks So Much - can't say they've convinced me. everyone is suffering, and especially Carmy is suffering by reliving his trauma. it's upsetting to see him roll back to the beginning of the series in the last ep. would he handle making simple food for not-rich people? i am not sure. however, i would enjoy this a little more if the story was still about a small hot dog joint with tasty food and a small but tightly knit family

The flatbreads would produce softer results and there would be minimal gluten production. - Make sure there are no holes or cracks in the dough when you roll it out or make the dough balls; otherwise, the flatbread won't puff up. - Prior to cooking the bread, make sure to heat the pan on medium-high for 5 minutes. Low heat will cause your bread to not rise very well.
