So Jamack is older than Hugo/Scarlemagne, imagine they start dating and Lio doesn't like that, but no one can know that!

I mean, Jamack and Lio are friends! They get along well, but not well enough to be okay knowing that Jamack is dating his son. Jamack could easily be Hugo's father. When Jamack and Hugo were friends, it was fine, he didn't care about the age difference, Jamack was kind, intelligent and got along well with his son. Now that they were dating, Jamack became a bad influence, in some way, on his irrational brain as an overprotective father. He doesn't tell anyone, except Song, he tells his wife everything, since Hugo seemed very happy and calm, his nightmares subsided a little and his bad mood also went away, that didn't stop him from criticizing everything and being sarcastic but That's how they wanted it, and why to lie, Jamack seemed more positive and it was very funny to see how nervous and blushing he got when he was with Hugo.

How I feel about this character

Stunning, excellent, 10/10 sad bastard crime frog. Traded all his brain cells for ambition and it DID NOT work out. He’s just so incredibly repressed by his culture, he’s always been an outcast, he’s incredibly insecure about everything. Doesn’t think anyone would ever like him but hides it by being an absolute self-absorbed turnip. Deserves the world and a good kick in the shin.

All the people I ship romantically with this character

Only romantic relationships and not counting my degenerate frog thirst ideas, Lio, Harris, and Scarlemagne are the big ones! He and Harris have always been around each other and have a fraught past with trying to form a relationship. Liomack because Lio will help him love himself and be more confident and Jamack will help Lio to accept that sometimes you try your best and still lose.

AND SCARLEMACK GOD im so weak for all iterations of scarlemack. Where they’re both evil, where they’re both reformed, where scarl is evil and jamack comes to his senses, it’s all so good. I’m a sucker for a happy ending though so reformed villains scarlemack is my favorite!

My non-romantic OTP for this character

I will gush about Jamack and Kwat forever. I will also just gush about Kwat forever. but like seriously they have also been partnered up since they were froglets, and kwat is so much more confident and secure than jamack is and he is so envious because he wants that so much. And Kwat knows how much Jamack cares about promotions and stuff so she cares about that for him, but not actually for herself, and she likes Jamack because he treats her like a person and not just like a big body to be thrown at problems.

That’s not even getting into my “Jamack adopts a red eyed tree froglet” thing where I’m ALSO obsessed with him as a dad and how it would make him face the shittiest parts of mod frog culture

My unpopular opinion about this character

He’s not perfect! He comes from a pretty terrible culture which has affected him horribly and he is certainly not at the end of his journey! He’s also fully not yet in a position where he is going to take care of anyone else as evidenced by the fact that he specifically chose to go with Kipo and co. in season 2. He saw kids who needed help and who could have really used his knowledge and skills and he decided to send them off into danger without him. He’s got a lot of ways to go before he’s actually dadmack material.

Also this is and has always been a Puck hate blog, fuck puck and his theater ilk, Jamack and Puck is not and never will be a thing because Jamack is only there for the dough

One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon.

Obviously he better show up in S3 but if he is there and doesn’t mourn Harris and Kwat i’m gonna cry.

Okay but imagine Scarlemagne hugging Jamack (I'm not exactly sure why yet), and Jamack just freezes up. He, and Scarlemagne, are touch starved; Scarlemagne knew he was, but Jamack didn't. Seeing as the Mod Frogs built up their tadpoles to be proper and serious, there's not really any room for physical affection. Sure, Jamack and Harris dated at one point (and Kwat too at another point, making it poly), but with the Mod Frogs in the way, there wasn't really any time to show affection (in ROTWB at least). But Jamack just stands there, confused for a little while, before inhaling and hugging him back. He just squeezes Scarlemagne, tighter than he intended, just so it could last longer (maybe Jamack cries too, who knows)

It's probably depressing that I spent a good hour, give or take, on Amino, just making an infodump post on Scarlemack. I could talk about this ship for hours if you let me.

Like, I love these two idiots so much, I made 30 whole chapters dedicated to an alternate universe; it started off as a self indulgent AU, just continuing Kipo for the sake of Scarlemack, but it's also a continuation of the story.

I loved the ending, don't get me wrong, but I've cried like 4 times (yes, I've watched the entirety of Kipo 4 times already), so of course I'm gonna write my own continuation because of how desperate I am for Kipo content (whether that be Scarlemack or not)

Just so happens that it's greatly centered around Scarlemack... The closest they ever got to affection is in Scars (and possibly New Tie?), it's like I'm starving myself of content on purpose

SPOILERS FOR KIPO

Just got a "hate" comment on a Kipo post I made on my Spam account on Instagram

I've got implied proof and actual proof

Like, there's visual proof and canonical proof that they know each other

Jamack talks about wanting to eat teacakes with Scarlemagne, proving that he knows about Scarlemagne and wants to work for him

Not only that, but Jamack was there when Scarlemagne put a bounty on Kipo's head, giving more evidence that Jamack knows about him (also, it's a given that he knows about him because Scarlemagne is greatly feared)

Also the fact that Scarlemagne knows that Jamack let Kipo go. He knows he exists. Not only that, but:

-Kipo most likely talked about Jamack (and the other mute's) missing to Scarlemagne when he was captured

-Kipo gets Scarlemagne to try to be friendly with the other mutes (and Jamack's among that group)

-Jamack is among the group of mutes that listen to Scarlemagne in the Timbercat Hall

-Jamack and Scarlemagne are there to talk to Kipo, reassuring her about HMUFA (presumably)

-They're both at PRAHM

-Jamack is apart of the group that helps Kipo fight off Emilia

-Scarlemagne is the last of said group
