nightmares and shit

woke up screaming so much last night. also accidentally hit my partner in the crotch when waking up and flinging the covers off i felt so badddd. legit thought i was being strangled by my father, and then whenever i tried to tell a friend, teacher, family member they would laugh and say im being dramatic and deserved it. and the other night my head was being repeatedly crushed between a car and a wall. it was so real even after i woke up. i havent been able to leave bed yet but my pits stink so bad i gotta make my way to the shower. i gotta do something to get my mind off of this.

I wish people who are very sad would stop calling themselves depressed. People who have clinical depression are not experiencing the same thing as people who have been rendered depressed by circumstances. Just like someone about to take a dive is feeling anxious without having anxiety they are different things. One of which is a normal human emotion and the other is a debilitating health condition.

my high libido has not been affected not even once from all the SRRI’s, mood stabilizers, antipsychotics, and whatever else they put me on. but birth control finally did it.
