He can’t be expected to look at allllllll the emails and texts that come in for him; he’s too in demand for all that boring keep-up! He skims his texts for mainly 2 things: groupie skanks, er ladies requesting his ‘time’ and his endorsements pay-off notifications. Occasionally he cares if he gets an award mention for his guitar playing or song writing. Other than that? Everything else is balls. Plus, he’s busy practicing his unplugged guitar right now, so he can’t be bothered to look down at his dethphone every single time it vibrates a text. And he kinda likes the vibration going off in his pants, but he’s too classy to say THAT casually in mixed company. He’s too far into his OCD-cloud of plucking the same riff over and over to catch her tone or squawk back. Deftly, despite his better judgment he stops in mid-fiddle, and pulls out his phone. 

Glancing at his last 4 texts, he sees a string of custom made Holli insults---apparently the childish argument they had at breakfast was SO not over. F’ this, F’ that, ‘place small dick insult here,’ and ‘low IQ insult there’...Pleasant, classy. Glorious, garbage-mouth trash talk. It’s all stuff he’s used to, given his bandmates and what they send each other all day buuuuut...
