#SCP-914
My favorite thing about the Reddit migration from r/196 to Tumblr is that it’s exiting the trans pipeline just to jump directly back into the trans pipeline. Literally running gender identities through SCP-914 ‘til we get an entire spectrum of gender normally only visible to shrimp, and I for one am excited.
(This post is meant to be affectionate btw, TERFs fuck off)

SCP-914: The Clockworks (And experiment log)
SCP-914 is a large clockwork device weighing several tons and covering an area of eighteen square meters, consisting of screw drives, belts, pulleys, gears, springs and other clockwork. It is incredibly complex, consisting of over eight million moving parts comprised mostly of tin and copper, with some wooden and cloth items observed. Observation and probing have showed no electronic assemblies or any form of power other than the “Mainspring” under the “Selection Panel”. Two large booths 3mx2.1mx2.1m (10ftx7ftx7ft) are connected via copper tubes to the main body of SCP-914, labeled “Intake” and “Output”. Between them is a copper panel with a large knob with a small arrow attached. The words Rough, Coarse, 1:1, Fine, and Very Fine are positioned at points around the knob. Below the knob is a large “key” that winds the “mainspring”.
SCP-7000: The Loser
SCP-7000 is a progressive randomization of probability factors and anomalous fortuity on the planet Earth, and potentially beyond. The effect is not total — a comprehensive karmic failure would in quick succession terminate consensus normalcy, the SCP Foundation and the human race — but instead piecemeal. Each factor is randomized to a different extent, for a different length of time, and often with a different geographical radius of effect, corresponding to no obvious logical pattern. Nevertheless, the cumulative impact of many nonsensical and high-profile outcomes to formerly predictable actions is degrading the Veil of Secrecy at an alarming rate and jeopardizing containment efforts worldwide. SCP-7000-1 is Dr. William Wallace Wettle, a white male 54 years of age presently serving as Deputy Chair of Replication Studies at Site-43. His relationship to SCP-7000 is classified Level 4: Secret.

SCP-914 Meets Bugsnax
Name: Researcher “Sheepe”
Date: 10/24/2022
Total Items: Five copies of the PS5 game Bugsnax by Young Horses.
Input: One Bugsnax game
Setting: Rough
Output: Two plastics, one crushed blue plastic and one shredded multi-colored reflective polycarbonate plastic coated with aluminum.
Input: One Bugsnax game
Setting: Coarse
Output: A pile of paper (most likely the case design), an intact case, pink and tan ink (from the cd, which looked like a donut), and aluminum and polycarbonate plastic pellets.
Input: One Bugsnax game
Setting: 1:1
Output: One Octodad game; This game was compatible with the PS5, even though Octodad has not been released on that console.
Input: One Bugsnax game
Setting: Fine
Output: One apparently unchanged disk case. However when played by D-class personnel, they described feeling hungrier than they had before playing. Anomalous effects continued for 48 hours afterwards, persisting even after eating.
Input: One Bugsnax game
Setting: Very Fine
Output: One blue plastic figure of the character “Filbo” from the game, about the same size as the disk case. Object is fully animate, but not capable of speech. Object appears to have an anomalous effect of increasing the hunger and appetite of those around them.
Note: This little guy could prove useful for those having trouble eating. Perhaps we should put it into the cafeteria? - Researcher “Sheepe”
Further Note: Upon approval of Researcher “Sheepe’s” request, the figure was placed in the cafeteria. Five minutes afterwards, the figure opened up its mouth and screeched, everyone who was in the vicinity of the screech began dumping and/or vomiting food onto the figure, which subsequently turned to plastic and became part of the figure, leading to rapid growth. Security swiftly melted it with flamethrowers.
Note: How many times are we going to put objects with potential cognitohazards from SCP-914 into the cafeteria?! For gods sake, see me in my office, “Sheepe”. - Dr Veritas

there’s a lot to unravel here but i’ll try to be short haha! i have a very old humanAU about several SCP objects running an organization like the Foundation itself - like, doing same research but some objects are still being contained (049 or 895 for example) and some run the organization - like all those depicted above. and most of them are anomalous as well and being contained when needed
the organization (and the AU by extension) is titled DUOTR, it’s also an acronym and it’s run by an admin team of five (six) people; six in brackets cuz the last one is technically not a part of it but provides invaluable info by his own anomaly. one by one left to right, the agents depicted above are: 173, 914, (0)682, 079, 106 and 372, where 173 is the director and 106 is his second in command and the co-founder, and 372 is the non-official sixth admin team member. you can read more info on this AU and see some old ass arts in this DeviantArt folder!

We put your boyfriend in SCP-914. Yeah sorry, we refined him on the 1:1 setting and the output was a guy who was functionally the same but visibly different. We ran him through a few more times but we couldn’t get him back to how he used to be. You can still date him but he might not remember you or even have the same personality. Sorry again

SCP-166: Just a Teenage Gaea
SCP-166 is a European female human in its late teens with ungulate features; possessing antlers, hooved feet, and a short tail reminiscent of Rangifer tarandus (Common reindeer). Despite these obvious abnormalities, DNA analysis reveals no abnormal genetic traits.
Within a fifteen-meter radius of SCP-166, artificial objects gradually return to an unworked state. Higher complexity objects like electronics or vehicles are affected quicker, with degradation of their metallic components causing catastrophic structural failure in a matter of hours. Rudimentary materials, such as stone buildings or products made of organic materials, decay at a virtually imperceptible rate. Within the same radius plant life will begin to sprout, often growing in improbable places such as out of security cameras or ID scanners.

i've started a little series of weekly posts documenting every MoC i made (digitally) over the last few years:
Week 4: the next part of 2019
just Set MoCups of SCP and Slime Rancher, because tumblr allows max. 30 images.

i made these almost directly after the The Forest Sets and i had the big idea to design them as modular test chambers that can be combined. they're more displaysets than the other ones, but i think that fits pretty alright.
i'm not a big fan of the way i built the test chamber itself, i think it's not as elegant as it could've been, but it is alright for what it needs to be.
also, i should've used a grill tile instead of a normal tile for SCP-426, because it makes me look more like a toaster than just a silver brick. oh well.

i had just gotten over 100 followers on reddit when i built these sets, so i had the idea that i would post some behind the scenes/progress stuff exclusively on my reddit profile. barely anyone saw those posts and even less people cared.
i expect that the slimes would probably be specialised pieces if LEGO ever made sets based on this game, but i think my brickbuilt slimes are still pretty adorable, even if they're blocky as fuck.
the Ranch house (the biggest and last of these sets) is also the first (and only) project i posted on LEGO ideas. it got 42 supporters before expiring.
first week last week next week

i love how varied scps are. some are so, so terrifying, some are extremely heartwarming, some are so sad, some are any combination of those three, and some are that one vending machine with an edging kink

hey boss, one of the researchers said they were prepping for a biological test on scp-914, and uhhh, aren't we not supposed to do that anymore
Would you mind pointing towards these researchers? This sounds like some pretty blatant conspiracy to violate direct orders.
