Seeing Kate in her pink Beulah London dress made me think about what you said on the podcast, how some dresses/gowns are stunning not simply because they're beautiful pieces of clothing but also because they're perfect for the occasion. I loved the outfit at Wimbledon, I think it's one of her best looks but at the V&A museum it felt a little bit meh, it no longer had a spark.

100% - a lot of my favourite Kate looks are looks I never want to see again because they were so perfect the first time. Or we have seen them again and they weren't as good. The teal Jenny Packham gown is always a good example of this, plus her 2019 Christmas day coat or even the threepeat of her Roksanda Ilinčić lilac dress - the first time it was fine, the second time it was kind of bad, and the third time it was perfect!

"The Pre-Raphaelites really established their own idea of beauty. It was an unconventional look for the time, and a brave move. The pale skin, long romantic hair and willowy poses that muses like Elizabeth Siddal had were distinctly feminine, but there was often a strength and courage to the women which was expressed both in their features and in the stories they featured, that have made them powerful and lasting female icons. They were experts in using incredibly vivid colours [which has influenced my work]. They had a specific way of painting onto a wet, white ground which heightened the brightness of colour. It was quite radical at the time, and a definite shift form the more muted palette that immediately preceded the movement. That Roksanda Ilinčić seems to be the designer of the satin pinkish dress SH wore to the Sky Arts event. I can’t see much suitable for Wimbledon but I’m betting SH does wear her as the designer is Serbian (like Djokovich).

Weirdo’s not one for dressing appropriately for any occasion Nonny.  She’s made that perfectly clear, not only during the past 4 and a half years, but also before she ever got the job of Ben’s red carpet girlfriend   ;o)
