I think it's possible that Tommy and Buck are endgame.

My thoughts on this stem from Jane the Virgin and bisexual Petra.

The writers knew that some fans wanted Jane x Petra, but that was not going to happen. So they found an alternative: Jane Ramos

Well, first they gave Jane a bisexual boyfriend. Then they introduced Jane Ramos played by the gorgeous and talented Rosario Dawson.

They gave Petra a female love interest named Jane, and they ended up together in the series finale. A lot of stuff happened between them first meeting and the finale, but it also includes a breakup, so let's not get into that. They were hot and cute together and genuinely were happy. JR helped Petra realize she was not straight.

How does this apply to Buck and Tommy? The writers know that people shipped B*ddie, and maybe they decided to take the Jane the Virgin route to give folks a happy compromise. Tommy is similar to Eddie, but he's his own person, just like JR was her own person and not Jane.

So I'm just saying that there's chance that Tommy may not be a "stepping stone" for B*ddie, and that he might end up with Buck when the series ends.

But besides all that, I am feasting with all this Buck x Tommy content we're getting.

If I had a nickle for every time the female rival for the main love interest in a TV show ended up in a happy same-sex relationship by the end of the series, I would have two nickles. Which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it happened twice.
