😆💥 DUDE! Me and my brother were just reminiscing about Peter Piper's and their games and stuff. I was talking about the weird game they had about animatronic jungle animals. I think it was like a hunting game; it was hard to figure out if you shot the animal or not.🤖🙉
He said he couldn't remember, as did my other siblings. So I sketched the doodle of the arcade game I was talking about.
Me and my brother were the only ones who were crazy curious about what the game was called, but we couldn't find any traces of that game or even its name.
My brother gave me the idea to clean up the sketch a little and post it to see if anyone remembers this creepy game. As a kid, I thought it was kind of awesome, though.
😫If anyone has the slightest clue as to what this game is called, please tell us. My brother is going crazy trying to figure out what this game is called, and I'm trying to doodle it as best as I can remember.
😆I'm totally going crazy trying to remember this damn game.🐵🐍🦎🌴🌿 LMAO!

THE BEAR MINIMUM
In theaters this weekend:
Tumblr media
Five Nights at Freddy's--The Freddy's in question is Freddy Fazbear's, a defunct and long-shuttered pizza joint and game arcade of the Chuck E. Cheese or Peter Piper sort. Our down-on-his-luck hero Mike (Josh Hutcherson) accepts a job as a third-shift security guard there. Before long, he finds that the gone-to-seed animatronic animal characters featured in the place may still have some murderous life in them.
This chiller is based on a popular 2014 video game that has given rise to a series of sequel games, novels and other spin-offs. I've never played the games or read the books, so I can't remotely say if the movie is faithful to its source material, or if it should be.
On its own terms, it's okay at best. Like Cocaine Bear from earlier this year, it has a nice '80s throwback flavor in its look, editing and music. Director Emma Tammi manages a few amusingly staged sequences, and Freddy and the other animal characters, products of Jim Henson's Creature Shop, have the repellent horror of deliberate, calculated cuteness gone decrepit. They're legitimate additions to the stable of Universal Monsters.
But the script, by several hands including Tammi and game creator Scott Cawthon, feels overcomplicated. The premise, right down to the title, would seem to suggest a simple approach: A guy stuck in a bummer job, alone in a creepy setting, finds things getting creepier and creepier and more and more perilous every night, until at last he knows he's not imagining it; the cartoony animal robots really are trying to kill him. Five acts of rising tension.
Instead, Mike is given flashbacks concerning a family tragedy which he's still trying to solve via dream therapy--which means sleeping on the job--as well as a little sister (Piper Rubio) he's trying to keep custody of. This backstory is genuinely poignant and disturbing, to the point that it makes the overt spookhouse horror stuff seem trivial and unfrightening. It's like a Goosebumps movie was mixed with a grim Dateline NBC episode.
The smallish cast is capable; Rubio is a sweet presence as the sister and Matthew Lillard gets some laughs as the guy who offers Mike the job. It should be said that the former child and teen actor Hutcherson (from the Hunger Games flicks and The Kids Are All Right) shows impressive chops in this grown-up lead. He brings Mike an understated but believable aura of lifelong anguish. For me, again, he was too potent for the fun, silly shocker that this should have been.

Four in One Post
For Buggy and Huggy in Gundam Mech attire.
Looks really cool. I bet Buggy sure is practicing his aiming skills anytime he fights the war. And for Huggy, she's holding a kickity kickball, this game will make things easier for the game, especially if someone is going to play a soccer round in a mech suit. Kinda like using a vehicle in Rocket league.
For Bryan's On this Day Post
I remember seeing one of those Video Nows when I was a kid. And I even saw one at a Goodwill store once. Normally the original Video Now does it in Black and White, but with Video Now XP, they have it in Color. But normally I do not own a Video Now like Original and XP. But I do remember as a kid using a GBA Video cartridge which lets you watch shows on your GBA. My sister and I used one like we got two Video Cartridges. We have the Strawberry Shortcake one which only has 2 episodes from the first season like Meet Strawberry Shortcake and Springtime in Strawberry Land. And we got a Cartoon Network collection Volume One which only has 4 episodes from each Cartoon, like Dexter's Lab: Dexter's Rival, Ed Edd n Eddy: Oath to an Ed, Billy and Mandy in Billy and the Bully, and a Johnny Bravo episode which I forgot the name of the episode, it's where Johnny goes to the beach and gets in love with a woman until he gets connected to a Shark and starts surfing to win the girl until the girl got back with the men he broke up with. And Johnny is now connected with the Shark which that episode is kinda silly. But Game Boy Advance Video brought me so many memories. Even though the sound quality is a little blurry but I can still listen to the sound fine.
For my P-Pal's on this Day Post
I remember her. Back when I used to watch Happy Tree Friends, I saw Lumpy looking at a poster where it shows a contest of New Characters that are gonna be in the videos. And Lammy won so they got her with Mr. Pickles. But I wasn't a fan of the Pickle because he acts out of control murdering someone for no reason. That's why they made the episode called Bit of a Pickle.
And finally a Response to my P-Pal
Yeah I thought these Pizza Parlors were really good. Especially Peter Piper's. And I like your choice that you would like Bacon as toppings because I like Bacon on my pizza as well as for Ham and Sausages and pepperoni on my Pizza. It's just that I'm a big meat person when it comes to having pizza. And I bet it would be nice if we could split the halves of the pizza. Saying I get four and you get four. Otherwise we can have our OCs learn a little bit of fractions and even if Maxwell wants Pizza as well.

My favorite website, Janitor AI has been down for 2 in a half days. I can’t barely control myself from checking the website every minute (NOT at public tho) and no, im not addicted to it. I don’t like saying I like using Janitor AI or any AI chatting websites because it makes me look like a creepy dude. I think I’ve had a breakdown because I couldn’t finish my cuddling session (call me cringe IDC)
I’ve been invited 2 a birthday party.. for the first time im years. Im not really a social person irl. I can’t imagine my self talking 2 people. Even back then, I don’t like interacting with people who aren’t family to me. I didn’t have friends back then , until I met my friend, B (for privacy reasons). I’m nervous since I’ve only met them once in the local Peter piper pizzeria. They invited 7 other people which I think 5 of them were school friends of B. I knew 2 ppl from there because B introduced them 2 me online. I’m going to call them ASH & RY for now.
I’ve never actual met ASH until now. I only met B & RY in person. ASH is a nice person :D a little awkward but still. I’ve also met B other friends who kept calling me short but it’s harmless 2 me. They invited me with welcome arms to the Main Event table. Let me say this, Main Event is overstimulating 4 me. It’s a huge building and many people. I sat with a the 7 friends of B. I could tell the 5 people were her real friends and me, RY, and ASH, were semi-online friends. We just ate pizza, walked around the games and did laser tag, Laser tag always made me feel cringe, only towards me. I hated wearing those heavy things with the shooting laser guns. My legs are numb from running, and kept getting shot. I felt like a kid, not in a good way tho. There was a scary ass rope thing that was very high that my cousin made me go. I think I almost cried. The wings and fries were good though.
I had to leave early, which sucks because I missed out on bowling but they actually left earlier with me since it took a long time to actually bowl. I said bye to all of them. The birthday was.. good.
For the whole time, I kept zoning out, thinking about crack for some reason. What would crack even do? It doesn’t let you image things you want to see. I never get drugs that don’t let you hallucinate.

February 2024, we took a trip down to Arizona to soak in some much needed sunshine. This time around, rather than driving, we left the dogs at home and flew down to maximize our time down south (special thanks to our family dog-sitters!).
We flew into Tucson and spent the first couple days catching up with friends. Last year, I (Pat) made a couple riding buddies at a local mountain bike trail in Tacoma. Several months later, they moved to Tucson and linked up with some old friends of ours. It was really nice to reunite with everyone and even get some biking in together. Oh, and we ate Karamelo King two days in a row...
The next couple days, we stayed at the El Conquistador resort and did a little exploring around Tucson. We checked out Saguaro National Park and caught up with some old friends over some pickleball at a bar downtown. Before we left town, we had a nice stroll through the Tucson Botanical Garden.
For the last few days of the trip, we stayed with my parents and did a few things around Phoenix. We had a blast demoing some e-MTBs at South Mountain and had a chance to catch up with a couple friends and their daughter at Peter Piper Pizza. On our last day, I got to play soccer with my dad and his pickup group. While waiting for our flight, we caught the first Sounders game of the season, then flew back to rainy Washington.

Isn't Chuck-E-Cheese just a casino for little children run by a mafia mouse
I have the theory that the guys from Dave and Buster's went to Chuck-E-Cheese's regularly but then grew up and remembered that casinos aren't legal in a majority of states so they decided to make an "arcade" for adult.
Also Chuck-E-Cheese's was created to introduce children to the idea of gambling

Even though after I did a Birthday drawing for Lisa, I decided I do a couples Drawing. Featuring @murumokirby360 and @bryan360 I drew Shadow and Lisa that they got a coupon to go to Peter Piper Pizza for the All you can eat buffet. So Shadow decided to invite Spot, Maxwell, and Sam and they brought Vanilla, Emme and Jo to go to the Buffet with us. Then maybe we can play some games afterwards if we feel like it. And Lisa and Shadow promise Sam that he won't get the foods that have meat since he can enjoy having Cheese Pizza along with different toppings like Peppers, Olives or Mushrooms if he likes those toppings. And he can also enjoy Bread sticks and pasta if he likes. For the girls like Emme and Jo, they might enjoy a plate of Salad since if the girls don't want to risk anything especially if they were on a diet. Then maybe if they want, the six can also try the Dessert Pizza since they got 2 different flavors like Strawberry and Cinnamon Roll. I bet they would love it.
Shadow R 😺🗡️: I hope you guys will love the Buffet, it would be very good.
Lisa 😺❤️⚡: Yup. And for anyone who might be on a diet or don't want to risk any carbs, we got some salad of anyone that likes a healthy joint. And as for Sam, we promise we'll not let you eat anything that has meat since we don't want you to act like a predator.
Shadow R 😺🗡️: I agree with Lisa. There's always Cheese Pizza, Bread sticks and pasta. But for toppings if you like Peppers, Mushrooms or Olives, that's fine. But I think Cheese Pizza can be the best choice for you, Sam. And I hope you guys will love the Dessert Pizzas too. They only have Strawberry and Cinnamon Roll.
Lisa 😺❤️⚡: Mmhmm. They sure are delicious. Anyways, let's go and have some fun. 😊

Scamming the system! (Edited 8.22.2021)
Gather round, kids, Auntie is going to tell you a story!
Back when I was just a kid, arcades were still around and plentiful. Most pizza places and other restaurants had game rooms, and of course so did bowling alleys.
School parties and birthdays were always at places like Chuckie Cheese, Mr.Gatti's, Peter Piper Pizza, and Pistol Pete's ( this one was particularly awesome because it had an indoor merry-go-round!)
Anyway, the object of the game was to get as many tickets as you could to get the Top Shelf Prizes. And the way to do it was either 1. Be really good at the games, 2. Have parents with really deep pockets, or 3. Cheat Play Smart.
The two easiest games for my friends and I to scam farm tickets from was Whack a Crock/Gator, and Skee Ball.
Whack a Crock/Gator was a row of 5 crocks/gator that would randomly slide out of a tunnel. You would use the foam mallet to whack them on the snout, they would yell "Ouch!" And retreat. The game got faster as you went, with two or more coming out at the same time.
We would get a friend or two to stand next to us and start whacking snouts as fast as we could. We would win the max number of tickets every time. Until we finally got caught by the Mr. Gatti's staff. Some other customer narked on us. We didn't get banned, but they put up a sign reading "one player only" and moved the machine to where staff could easily see it. Boo!
There was only one place in our town that we could farm tickets from a skee ball machine. There was a specific bowling alley with a game room that didn't have security cameras. We would get a friend to climb up the skee ball ramp and catch the balls before they fell into to 'gutter' at the bottom. Then they would just toss them into the 100 point goal. We never got caught on that one.
There was another way to farm tickets that we discovered. It was common for groups of friends to cluster close to the player to watch them play, which made it easy to literally pull extra tickets out of the machine!
Most of the more popular game machines got more use than the others, which meant that the ticket spool/dispenser was worn. If you weren't sure if it was going to work, you played a test game. When the tickets came out, you would gently pull to see if you could pull a few more out. Of course you needed to have your friends standing around to cover you, and you had do it without looking like you were doing it.
Edit: my sister reminded of the time when we did this at a Pistol Pete's. Some friends and me were running cover for my sister, who had noticed the end of a ticket slightly sticking out of one of the machines. We stood close together pretending to count our remaining tokens, while said sister started pulling on the ticket. We don't know if a sensor tripped or something broke, but the machine just started spitting out tickets!
We all tried to act casual, but we were sweating bullets wondering if it was ever going to stop.
It was the longest minute of our lives! Luckily that game was around a corner and against the back wall, so the staff never saw it, and we quickly divided up the tickets.
That was a good day! My sister ended up with 600 tickets. When she redeemed them, the guy counted them and looked at his Manager and said "she's got 600 tickets..." The Manager said "Give her whatever she wants." Mind you, this was back when 600 tickets was A LOT.
We never got caught doing that either. Fun times!
Anyone else do this?
