Time for another #electronicsdemonstration, featuring #OperationalAmplifiers. This is a somewhat complicated #circuit. It uses 3 #OpAmps spread across two #integratedcircuits, a #TLC272CP dual op amp and a #NJM386D single power amplifier. Sound is picked up by an #electret #microphone into one of the op amps on the 272 as a preamplifier, out to the 386 as the main speaker driver, then out to the speaker. A separate circuit goes out from the 386 to the second op amp on the 272 to drive the #LED, which changes brightness in respect to the volume of the mic input. WHEW.
