Samsung will launch three phones - Samsung Galaxy S23, Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, and Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus in the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S23 series launch event that will take place on 1 February 2023.
As per different reports, following are the leaked features and specs of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra smartphone.
6.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display along with 1–120Hz refresh rate.
Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC processor.
The smartphone measures 163.3x78.1x8.9mm and about 233 grams.
12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB, 512GB and 1TB storage options.
A 5,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging capability.
An in-display fingerprint sensor
A quad rear camera system including 200 MP primary sensor, a f/1.7 lens, a12 MP ultra-wide shooter, and two 10-megapixel telephoto shooters. For selfies and video calls, there is a 12 MP sensor on the front side.
Connectivity options include 5G, GPS, NFC, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth v5.3 and a USB Type-C port.

Samsung One UI 6.1.1 Update Tipped to Bring Video AI Feature
According to a recent leak, Samsung may be planning on releasing another artificial intelligence AI-powered feature later this year. According to a source, the One UI 6.1.1 version will include a feature called Video AI.
This could be part of Samsung's Galaxy AI suite of features, which was announced in January and includes Circle to Search, Live Translation, Interpreter, and others. Notably, Google and Samsung are collaborating on new AI technologies for the Android ecosystem.
According to Ice Universe on X (previously known as Twitter), the South Korean IT giant is developing a Video AI feature that will be released with the One UI 6.1.1 update. The update is scheduled to be released during the next Galaxy Unpacked event, where the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 are set to debut. While no one knows what this new feature will do, the name gives some indications.
The key functional innovation of One UI 6.1.1 will be video AI.

The Samsung Galaxy S24 series now includes generative AI photo editing features that allow users to resize, remove, or reposition items inside the image. However, there are currently no similar features for video editing.
Video AI could refer to AI-powered editing tools that can perform the same modification as photo editors but only for videos. Another potential is AI text-to-video generation, but this is unlikely because the technology is still in its early stages, with companies such as OpenAI working on their Sora model.

However, these are just speculations; if such a feature is in the works, details will be revealed during the next Galaxy Unpacked event, which is expected to take place in July. For the time being, Samsung users with Galaxy AI-enabled devices can enjoy features such as Circle to Search for quick visual lookups, Chat Assist for improved written messages, Note Assist in the Notes app for text summarization, translation, formatting, and more.

Σήμερα το πρωί, η Samsung έριξε φως στα σχέδιά της για την αναβάθμιση παλαιότερων συσκευών στην OneUI 6.1, συνοδευόμενη από το εντυπωσιακό Galaxy AI. Αναμένεται να επηρεάσει σημαντικά την εμπειρία χρήσης των κατόχων των συσκευών της εταιρείας.
Τονίζοντας τη σημασία της αναβάθμισης, ένας εκπρόσωπος της Samsung επιβεβαίωσε ότι το OneUI 6.1, με τις προηγμένες λειτουργίες τεχνητής νοημοσύνης, θα φτάσει σε παλαιότερες συσκευές, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της σειράς Galaxy S22.
Εκτός από τα Galaxy S22, οι κάτοχοι των Z Fold 4, Z Flip 4 και του Galaxy Tab S8 θα απολαύσουν επίσης τις νέες λειτουργίες. Συγκεκριμένα, αναφέρθηκε ότι η αναβάθμιση θα φέρει το One UI 6.1 σε συνδυασμό με το επίπεδο AI που προσφέρει το Galaxy S23 FE.

Σύμφωνα με τις πληροφορίες που μοιράστηκε ο εκπρόσωπος της εταιρείας, τον Μάιο αναμένεται να αναβαθμιστούν τα εξής μοντέλα:

Αργότερα εκείνον το μήνα, θα ακολουθήσουν τα Galaxy S21, S21+, S21 Ultra, Z Flip 3 και Z Fold 3, τα οποία ωστόσο θα λάβουν μόνο μερικές από τις νέες λειτουργίες, όπως το Circle to Search και το Magic Rewrite.
Το τελευταίο update θα επιφέρει διπλασιασμό στον αριθμό των συσκευών που θα εφοδιαστούν με το Galaxy AI, φτάνοντας τα 200 εκατομμύρια.
Αυτό αποτελεί ένα σημαντικό ορόσημο για την εταιρεία, καθώς μόλις πρόσφατα είχε ξεπεράσει τα 100 εκατομμύρια στα τέλη του Μαρτίου.
