Hi! I see that the Kitsune and O.E.D. advice column has been closed. Is this something you two think you might re-open again in the future? Hello, and thank you - I'm glad you enjoyed the game! We enjoyed it on this end as well. I think the Editor has Kitsune and OED on lockdown for a little while, but you know... it takes a LOT to keep a warlord contained, so... "Samurwise Advice" might return at some point in the future, with even more warlords giving advice. In the meanwhile - if it's shenanigans you want, there's something fun/cursed coming late June/early July.

Dear Mr. Kitsune and Mr. O.E.D,

I'm an exorcist, working to guide the straying spirits to go back to their realm. But lately... I couldn't take my eyes off a man who often disguised himself as a fox spirit. He's not under the control of any spirits, no, he's totally a normal human being but there are times when he could read me as precisely as a Satori (a spirit who can read people's minds and see into the future) would do. I love my job as an exorcist as I would always treat the lost souls and spirits as my own dearest friends looking for help, yet here's where I found my doubt... is the longing I felt for him is just a mere illusion (for overlapping it with the burning passion of my own profession), or is this something real and it's acceptable and even forgivable to bloom this buds of adoration into a beautiful flower named affection and desire?

Dear Exorcist,

I believe you’re overthinking the problem. Can your feelings be any more real than what you’re experiencing at the moment? True, they may change one day, but it is not productive to live your life while worrying about a future that you may not even have. After all, no tomorrows can be taken for granted.

The only way to assess your feelings is to act on them. Do you want to live your life wondering about what-if-s? Or would you rather live through it and judge it at the end? From my perspective, it is much worse to regret not having done something, especially when you are the one holding yourself back.

About pursuing your emotion: why should anybody be able to tell you whether it is acceptable? Miss Exorcist, the only person capable of weighing that is you. Ask yourself what are the things you strive for and consider your core. Does this relationship stand in contradiction to your ideals? Does it challenge them? Could it allow for you to grow into the person you want to become?

Although… If the object of your longing really is able to read minds like Satori, I suppose he may already be aware of your affections towards him. In which case, is there really still a reason to hesitate? He may be waiting for you to deliver him the answer yourself.

The following definition was discovered in the 1999 edition of the Random House dictionary. The crafting of this definition was the final assignment of Mr. Del Delhuey, who had been dismissed after 32 years with the company.

Then I would read out of the Random House some of my favorites among those that I worked on: “the” (just try it); “blue” (give it a shot, and don’t use the word ‘nanometer’). 35. I would make love to her according to the O.E.D., sixth definition.

36. We would call room service and order tagliolini without looking it up. 37. I would return her to the beach, and we would say good-bye. 38. Gibberish in e-mail. 39. A reading lamp with a lousy fifteen-watt bulb, like they have in Europe. Also: a. muttonchops: slicing sheep meat with the face. b. muttsam: sheep floating in the sea. c. muttonheads: the Random House people.

Things that will never not be funny: pre-60′s literary critics bending over backward trying not to say any dirty words and instead saying things like “that firmly established Standard English word which, a vulgarism, is omitted by the O.E.D.”

(The word is “cunt.” It’s in the O.E.D. now, so don’t worry.)

(Side note, other things that will never not be funny: old-school scholars tearing other old-school scholars new ones for not being ballsy enough to put “cunt” or “fuck” into their dictionaries.)

Judicial Notice to the U.S. Supreme Court Witnessed by All High Courts

I am told that on the 1st day of November, 2021, the U.S. Supreme Court will be taking up the question of who owns the land and soil of America?

It is not for the U.S. Supreme Court to decide. This court is not authorized to consider questions of land or soil ownership in America. Both jurisdictions lie outside the purview of the U.S. Supreme Court and the Justices thereof, and these questions are also outside the jurisdiction of the Municipal Government.

I am further informed that the Justices are so confused that they do not even understand the process by which the American States were formed and are unable to give any accurate account of the process that led to the existence of our Autochthonous States of the Union, our Federation of States, and our country as a whole.

This absurd situation should reasonably suggest to everyone that those so ignorant of the history that they fail to recognize the limits of their own jurisdiction cannot lead the discussion and are incompetent to even properly frame the questions to be answered.

The short answer is that the former Colonies were all organized as estates, and upon declaring their independence, they further organized groups of these estates within their traditional colonial boundaries as "States".

Plantation “… A COLONY”… “e state” [> COLONIAL STATES OPPOSED TO REPUBLICAN States]. Plantation. "In English Law. A colony... In American law. A farm; a large cultivated estate".

Province …. Proxincia> Government administrated by a Magistrate and / or Military Commander [Origins … Eymological Dictionary by Eric Partridge (O.E.D.) p. 531].

I shall now direct the Autochthonous people's attention to only three/3.

In Art.1, § 2, Clause 3, Sentence 3 of the C.U.S.A. there are fourteen/ 14 states esoterically written:

4. Providence Plantation

5. Connecticut

6. New York

7. New Jersey

8. Pennsylvanian

9. Delaware

10. Maryland

The Federal Government is none other than "Providence Plantation" [of Art. 1, § 2,

C.U.S.A.] or the Corporate Administrative government in charge of and having jurisdiction over "Property", i.e., (a) the European White inhabitants and (b) "the(se) United Colonies'" rights and/or

property and certain individuals of African NATIVITY. See, e.g., Penhallow vs. Doane, 1 L.Ed 507, 3 Dall at page 75:

“The style of the confederation was changed from “United Colonies” to “United

States” on September 16th 1776”.

Within Article 1, § 2 there is no mention of a "national or federal" government, however, the Congressional Globe or Records of the United States [S.P. 1489, 13th Amendment, 38-Congress, 1st Sess., April 9, 1864, New Series... No. 94] does clearly indicate three governments, that is to say:

I. General Government> Preamble and Treaty Government

II. Federal Government> Corporation or Administrative Government

III. State Government> Republican and Common Law Government

Congressional Quote:

"The General Government have not legitimately, and were never intended to have, any jurisdiction or authority over the subject of PROPERTY [>Rights, personal property and White Negro subject to another's jurisdiction]... are questions which were never intended to be entrusted to the General [Preamble and Articles 1-7] Government.

That is a great and fundamental feature of our Federal [Corporation- 14th Amendment citizenship] Government and State [Republican] Governments".

The United States of North America, in the Family of Nations, government sent this senatorial response after George Washington's 1789 Inauguration speech:

Monuments of Washington's Patriotism, 1789 pp. 77 & 79:

“This day the great illustrious Washington, the favorite son of Liberty, and deliverer of HIS (not Our) country, entered upon the execution of the office n...t Magistrate of the United States of America … His Excellency …attended by a COMMITTEE (Not Members or Representative) of the

Senate and House of Representatives, to FEDERAL HALL ...”.

"We, the Senate of the United States.. ..Congratulate you on the complete

organization of the Federal Government ...on your elevation to the office of

President, an office highly important by the powers constitutionally ANNEXED to it … in which the APPOINTMENT is made". M.W.P., p. 79.

New States were added under the provisions of the Northwest Ordinance until the Civil War.

During the Civil War (West Virginia) and afterward, new States continued to form under the provisions of the Northwest Ordinance and were added as Territorial States, approved for admittance to the Union, yet not fully enrolled because the actual Autochthonous Government was not in Session to enroll them.

This situation was finally recognized slightly over a year ago, when the State Assemblies formed prior to the Civil War voted by Roll Call Vote to enroll all the Territorial States as States of the Union.

All fifty (50) States are present and accounted for and their Governments are in Session, as is their unincorporated Federation of States doing business as The United States of North America.

We are the Owners of Record, and despite a lot of selfinterested rumors otherwise, we are still here and still in possession of the sovereignty and treaties and contracts owed to this country.

This information and our objections to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Supreme Court in this matter are being recorded and distributed to all the High Courts and persons responsible for proper administration.

Chief LaVern Fast Horse is presenting the interests of a Dependent Sovereignty which lost the various Indian Wars, and any revisiting of these issues outside the peaceful settlement of our present co-existence would only cause more bloodshed and the likely extermination of a precious minority.

Shoot them creatures back into oblivion using your cannons. But watch out, these nasties hit back. Dodge the oncoming projectiles that can destroy your ship, the Model B Raven, and shoot and aim your weapons to blast them nasties back. Are you ready, Defender?

Genre: Asteroid, Bullet-hell, Top-down Shooter Demographic: Aimed for adolescent to adults. This would fit those who are familiar with top-down shooters and bullet hell games.
