NOA! MY BELOVED! I feel like you know me so well and that's why you asked the ones you did. I did also put off answering this for a few hours to try and give it a good think. I'll try to be brief, but you know I love to talk about these Founders! Let me answer backwards...

Favorite thing about Shane: Obviously his creativity and intelligence are some of his best traits - hello PH original songs! But I think what I love most about Shane is that he always seems ready to roll with anything happening at Watcher. Just look at his appearances on Dish Granted, or Worth a Shot, when he was so supportive of Steven and Ricky - to the point he said he was gonna leave PH to join Ricky in making drinks lol. And Shane knows he's not an athletic guy, but when he was at roller derby training he keep rolling (heh) with it.

He's like the ultimate improv partner, always read to "yes, and..." whatever is thrown at him. It's one of the things that makes his on-camera chemistry with Ryan pop - because they both know where they can jump in to keep the bit going after years of working together (and I've often thought Shane would have similar report with Steven, if they'd give them more screen-time).

Favorite co-founder: I CAN'T CHOOSE! I really did go back and forth over this so let me talk it out and we'll see what happens.

Anyone who follows my blog should already know that I'm a Steven Lim fan, so much so that I participated in a whole week- long event talking about how awesome he is! I'm not sure what else I could say about Steven that I haven't already - except I was so proud when he got the Digital Influencer award at UG in December! He definitely has the potential to be my favorite co-founder.

Then there's Ryan Steven Bergara.

Ryan also feels a little more relatable, at least to me, because of his anxiety and the way he talks about some things. And watching FYA is my new favorite pastime because I love how detailed he gets about his hyperfixation of theme parks. I get more excited about a new FYA then I do PW - sorry not sorry!

I don't have any evidence for this, but I feel like Watcher wouldn't have started out like it did if not for Ryan pushing for certain creative decisions. Maybe part of that is due to him creating Making Watcher and wanting to share the company building process?

We all know he was the one to create BFU - that has led us to Ghost Files and Mystery Files. He's smart, funny, and creative. He says some of the most bonkers sentences in the English language. He works incredibly hard, has adoring fans all over the world, and still doubts himself. Ryan - I want to shake you (gently) and tell you you're doing enough!

I feel like if any one founder needed reassurance that he was doing a good job (not that my opinion would carry much weight, but ya know this is my blog) it would go to Ryan. But if I had to choose the founder I thought I could spend a day with, and feel the most comfortable, it would go to Steven.

All that to say - it really feels like a tie! (please don't hate me)

𝙵𝚒𝚕𝚎: 𝚂𝚝𝚊𝚛𝚝 𝚘𝚏 𝚝𝚛𝚒𝚊𝚕 𝟹 𝚛𝚎𝚙𝚘𝚛𝚝

Haruto: The date is 1 November XXXX. On October 31, the prisoners were offered two options to choose from as a Halloween special: trick or treat. I wasn't aware of this until today.

Prisoner 001: Kanai Ichiro chose treat and received a sample of clay. He was still fascinated with it this morning despite receiving it last night. I wouldn't be surprised if he's hyperfixating.

But... I'm pretty sure he's playing with it to distract himself from the crying. He told Noa-san about it and then she told me. According to Ichiro, there's a baby on his bed that won't stop crying. He only appeared this morning when Ichiro woke up. He moved to the cafeteria, but he can still hear the crying.

Ichiro is a prisoner that obviously hasn't been mentally well even before he was brought to Milgram, but when most of the prisoners are seeing people in their rooms, I know its not another one of his hallucinations. You... You're pretty fucked up for orchestrating something like this. Everyone was already-! [Haruto groans and tussles his hair frustratedly.] Whatever. On with the report.

Prisoner 002: Kobayashi Akane chose treat and received a CD of "A silent voice". She plans to watch it tonight in Noa-san's room after dinner. Even though the screen in her room has a CD player, she avoids it because her father is in there. She told me he started beating her in a rage when she woke up, but her arms show no marks or bruising. Apparently it felt real to her. She also thinks these "hallucinations" can't leave the prisoners' rooms because her father didn't follow her when she ran out of her room.

[Haruto flips through his notepad on his table.] What the hell is even happening anymore?

Ah, prisoner 003: Iwamoto Daisuke chose treat and received a photo of his friend Ryuto at a company dinner. He showed me. Um, Daisuke-kun must really appreciate suits. His friend's a handsome guy who can't be bothered to smile for the camera. I'm somehow not surprised.

Interestingly, Daisuke-kun doesn't see his friend in his room. Instead, all the guilty prisoners had a dream where they met a strange man.

For Daisuke-kun, he can only remember the man wearing the weirdest suit and matching hat. Lime green, purple and orange stripes. If I had to see that, I would consider it a nightmare. All the man said was: "Did you do it for him, or did you do it for you?" Daisuke-kun didn't feel like talking after that, so I let him be.

Prisoner 004: Toma Suzume chose treat and the monitor in her room started playing a recording of her mother calling the police to report her disappearance. That explains why she was crying this morning.

She only remembers a shadowy figure waving a silver wand about in her dream. He leaned in close and asked: "Is this your love?" Suzume-san answered "yes" and he laughed. Freaky, but okay.

Prisoner 005: Endo Haku chose trick "out of curiosity" and received a camera. I checked it out this morning and it just seemed like a normal camera to me. Haku-chan showed me that the camera had future telling properties when he used it. He demonstrated by pointing the camera at an empty bench in the cafeteria. On the screen, Yui-san was shown to be sitting there. He took a picture and sure enough, Yui-san came over to sit by the spot soon after. Um, what a useful camera?

He reported to me that his victim appeared in his room this morning as well, but was strangely silent the whole time. The only thing he did was stare at Haku-chan, albeit angrily. Which is unusual because he's the only victim who hasn't vocalized at least once.

Prisoner 006: Sasaki Yui chose treat and received new earrings with blue bow charms. She's really excited about them, started styling her hair again and everything. But her good mood is mostly due to her dear friend greeting her in the morning. She teared up when she told me about how cheerful and beautiful Himiko was just as she remembered. To be honest, it was giving me fr... Never mind. I'm glad they can reunite, even under shitty circumstances like this.

Prisoner 007: Shigeru Rin chose trick because that's what he felt the options were and received an airhorn to assault the other prisoners with. Compared to Haku-chan's magic camera, Rin-chan's gift is more of a harmless object to prank people with. Unless the airhorn has some magical properties I don't know about.

Rin-chan wasn't as happy with seeing Renho as Yui-san was to see Himiko, with him finally feeling guilty about his crime. According to him, Renho doesn't blame him but is miffed about dying so young. I'm not sure how much of that is true, but he tells me they're talking it out. I can't see or hear Renho anyway, so I'll leave them to it.

Prisoner 008: Watanabe Noa chose treat and received this pretty beach themed jar of sand. Its all white and shimmery, with seashells and an opened oyster with a pearl inside. Super cute. She hadn't come out to make breakfast this morning, so I was worried about her mental state when I went to check on her. I didn't have to worry though. She looked really happy talking to herself (her husband) in her room, so I left her to it. I don't think I've ever seen her genuinely happy. And uh, I ended up making breakfast for everyone even though I woke up late.

Prisoner 009: Miyahara Kiyoshi chose treat and received an apple from his hometown. Its famous for its apples and said apples a have distinct taste. I'm not the expert, so I'll take his word for it.

In his dream, the weird man was wearing a monocle. I asked Kiyoshi-san if the man was wearing a suit as well, and he answered: "Now that I think about it, yes. But its blurry in my head." I guess each guilty prisoner focused on a certain aspect of the man. Kiyoshi-san also didn't seem to be planning on telling me what the man said to him until I asked. "Just accept your punishment quietly." A reference to Kiyoshi-san's guilty verdict perhaps?

Prisoner 010: Okura Mayumi...claimed that she chose treat and received a cupcake. Since Kiyoshi-san received an apple, its not weird for prisoners to receive food. But the cupcake didn't seem to hold any sentimental value for Mayumi-san. She said something about helping her mother bake when she was younger, but I'm still not convinced.

Strangely, she's the only innocent prisoner that doesn't see her victim in her room. Instead, she had a weird dream like the guilty prisoners. She was in an empty cinema hall with the strange man. The thing she remembered about him was his conniving smile. I asked Mayumi-san what he said to her, but she claimed he hadn't said anything.

I'm not sure what the purpose of this Halloween special is, but it can't be anything good as long as there are tricks involved. The hallucinations as well? Give me a break. [Haruto leans back, burying his face in his hands.] You're doing this on purpose, aren't you?

What do you even expect me to do in this situation?

[Haruto sighs, uncovering his face.] Shit. What else can I do but adapt.

okok so i just started a wip and i LOVE the characters so ill chat about those

first off is noa!! she's just a little silly and i love her to death omg . she has a cat named NOODLES so how could you not love her!!! she's kinda like summer incarnate <3

then there's orion ( her twin ) and he's a goofball. he cares a bunch about his friends and loves to take pictures of them in candid moments :D

demi's also one of my favorites bc she's so genuinely funny like. her pieces of dialogue are so much fun to write bc she reminds me of my friends!! she also is a huge spider-man nerd which is AWESOME

next is indie (who isn't in this wip but they're my favorite regardless!) and i've talked about them a bit on my blog b4 but they play electric guitar and is hyperfixated on space !! they're also pretty energetic n clumsy and for some reason hates tomatoes with a passion

5. Which of your wips would you say is your favorite and why?

I think the answer always changes depending on which one I'm currently hyperfixating on xD But probably Tenebris? It's the first project I worked together on with my friend and I've never come so far with writing a wip (like we're actually close to finishing it!!). There's so much blood, sweat and tears in this story lol and I just love the world and the characters we created. ^-^

8. What's the most tragic thing that happens in your wip?

Oh boy, that's probably the biggest spoiler I could give for that wip xD Let's just say, someone has to kill someone they love with all their heart. And I can't wait to write that scene lmao

12. Do your characters believe in the supernatural?

Well uhhhh.... all of my main characters (at least for Tenebris and Aeternum) either see or are the supernatural. 😂 For Aeternum I have Thanea's brother who's probably the only not-so-minor character who doesn't believe in the supernatural.

For Bleeding City... hm, when you don't count the vampires there as supernatural (since it's more like a medical thing) I think Noa doesn't believe in the supernatural but Corin does.... 🤔

I think it’s about time I do this, I definitely do not just have a random surge of motivation.

Well here we go! The name is Noa, but you can call me Shrimpzhu or Shrimps if you wish, I am an author, and the writer of “A Saddended Symphony” a erotic fantasy LGBTQ+ book and “The Crow And The Wolf” an angsty semi-fantasy book, both of these books have not yet released and will not release for a good few years.

However, outside of my books, I enjoy writing poetry so you’ll get the fair share of Poetry on here and OC lore, I have..so many Oc’s it’s insane okay, all of these Oc’s I work hard to fully build and develop, and most of the time this writing I either, 1. Don’t share it or 2. Send it to friends, 3. Rant to @long-furby6 about it in they’re ask’s like it’s my last day with my left hand.

So this entire slam of chaos will basically just be..Genshin Oc Lore (MiHoYo hire me), Non Genshin Oc Lore, Oc Crossovers, Occasional Oc x reader when I’m feeling bored, Poetry, Genshin Oc Poetry, Oc Poetry, Random book stuff, Oc chaos, Oc crossover chaos, Angst, so much angst, Fluff when I’m feeling nice, Pure crack, artwork and..just about anything that catches my interest or becomes my hyperfixation basically, for my art I use Procreate on iPadOS 15.4.1 and an Apple Pencil.

💕 tell us about one of your favorite characters and why you like them!

so i have a Lot of gbf faves but... im going to talk about ferry for this. her entire lore was honestly the reason i got so hooked on gbf’s lore (in terms of the main story) last year. i completely misinterpreted her little sister thing at first (i thought her little ‘sister’ was drang, who then transitioned. hes still trans though<3) but shes just such a cool character! i love her ghost pets so much she cares about them a lot and momo is my Child as well. i was honestly. ecstatic to see she was brought along in act iii, even though the focus has shifted a bit its nice to see her in the main quests....

💢 what do you NOT like about your hyperfixation? is there something you would want to change about it?

obvious but........ the fact its still a gacha. no matter how much it feels like a visual novel or mmorpg...... its still a gacha at heart. the storytelling for gbf is way too good for a mobile game. luckily theres other media so its not strictly a gacha but. eugh. nasty.

🍀 do you have any kins or comfort characters from your hyperfixation?

i kin loki because i have some underlying issues. 💖💙 my ccs though are fenrir, noa, gran, and lucifer. there’s a few others but in terms of characters that make me feel safe & happy those are the main ones.

💎 are there any fun facts or trivia that you would like to share?

hmm. when gbf was still in the Early chapters and stuff, captain (gran + djeeta) had they/them pronouns used instead of he/him for gran and she/her for djeeta in the translation. it’s different now in the later content but go enjoy your gnc captains.
