I love drow but I just can't seem to create a unique tav ;-; I'm scared all our drow tav's look the same in the end😭 any advice?🥹

Honestly, since most drow are purple/blue with white hair and red eyes, it’s hard not to make them look alike, but I don’t think it’s necessarily a bad thing! I love drow sooo much that I just love every single drow tav I see 😭 I think they are all beautiful, so that just means your tav is also beautiful! <3

This turned into kind of a long post, BUT MOD RECS BELOW!!

I am probably not the best person to ask when it comes to creating unique tavs since I use the same face and hair for my fem tavs (IM TOO ATTACHED </3)

I like what I like what can I say, what can I saaay?

But for character customization here are my tips:

I’d say if you want to create a more “unique” drow, feel free to go beyond what is the usual “drow” look (purple/blue skin, red eyes, white hair, etc.)

I’m pretty sure drow can’t naturally have other hair colours (idk i could be wrong, ask @vspin cause they are like a drow lore master-I KNOW NOTHING) but who says hair dye doesn’t exist in faerun?!! Try some cool new hair colours! Have fun with different hairstyles and tattoos, different eye colours, download some new scar mods!

Another big factor is the clothing and accessories + the dye you choose. I feel like they really will allow your tav/oc to stand out.

Basically, DONT FEEL LIMITED!!! GO CRAZY GO WILD RAAAAA

Astralities' Hair Color Supplement - A fun thing you can do is play around with the eyebrow/eyelash colours + there is more variants of white/grey hair colours if you want to stick with that colour!!

Astralities' Skintone Expansions - Fantasy | Natural- SO many new skin tone options, i feel like this can make a huge difference as well.

New eye colours (and blindness for all eyes) - SO MANY new eye colours + blindness options (as u all know I luv my ocs half blind 😭)

CovenElf's Tattoo and Makeup Collection - I use this for the messy eye makeup + Lillith’s night elf tattoos + I use the one that replaces the floral neck tattoo to intensify eyeshadow colours or I use like a brownish red at a low opacity to create the effect of tired eyes (my fav thing ever)

first things first, your half vampire tag. what exactly does that entail? it could mean anything. are there going to be other character's who are a vampire?

thirdly, is this going to be based off of stakes? with its recent departure from the fandom, a lot of people are missing it. is there a reason you posted this when you did, so close to its deletion?

well, lets start in order.. lets seeee..

mm i dont know if i can answer this in a way that isnt spoilery or holds plot relevance. sorry if that doesnt help ur curiosity, but rest assured it will be addressed in the fic itself so .. just stay tuned!

i dont see how it would be any spoilers to say this, so ill just come out and do so already! one of the main background ships is geoff/gwen/bridgette. they are just so cute to me, and id like to make it clear the three of them are all dating each other. there is also going to be eva/izzy, of course; and owen/izzy (izzy has two hands). another ship im entertaining the idea of is possibly duncan/dj? but neither of those two are going to have much relevance to the story. actually, funny story, this was supposed to be an alejandro/noah/heather fic, but i totally forgot to tag it as such. im debating on if i want to keep it that way afterall, or have it stay just alenoah.. i guess we'll see the further i write. there is some others but those are a bit spoilery so, stay tuned..!

uhh.. i feel like thats a very weird thing to ask? but, i guess you could say i was inspired after reading stakes? i began writing this last month (pictured below) so i wouldnt say i wrote and posted this just because stakes got deleted. actually, i wasnt going to post this fic at all until i had at least 5 chapters written for it, or all of it written, but i got too excited after finishing writing chapter 2 so.. teehee...

fun facts, huh..? mmm i really dont know.. tbh not even i think too deeply on this sort of thing.. i guess id say that noah has a lot of moles / freckles everywhere? so him having a bite mark wouldnt really raise suspicion, given that its just two puncture wounds. i dont know, im sorry! i guess ill have to think on this some more.. im sort of entertaining the idea that theres more to the universe than just vampires, if this helps. buut,.. i havent decided yet, teehee.

hmm, aside from me thinking itd be funny for him to have a mark on his leg? well... who knows!

It was a lazy morning in The Hidden Leaf Village. The wind blew gently through an open window to a young couple cuddling in bed. The man, Minato, read a book gifted to him by his sensei. His flushed cheeks betrayed the truth of his guilt as his wife, Kushina, lay in his lap still snoozing. He and his students had a mission later that afternoon, but he wanted to get through one last chapter before he got ready.

Kushina mumbled something before lifting her head from her husband’s lap. Her bright red hair was a wild mess that matched Minato’s blond bird’s nest. “Morning, y’know,” she greeted him.

“Good morning, Kushina,” Minato responded, quickly hiding his reading material.

Kushina squinted at him, wiping the drool from her mouth to speak, “hey…was that one of Jiraiya’s…”

“Uhh…” Minato was busted.

Kushina sprung to life and jumped on top of Minato. “It was! Minato you naughty little- do I have to remind you? You have a mission today y’know!”

“Well, uh… you see….”

“You should know better than to read that stuff before a mission! It’ll distract you! You know the shinobi prohibitions!”

“I’m sure it’ll be fine,” Minato reassured timidly.

Kushina rested a bit firmer on him and she could feel him pressing back through her netted underwear. She sneered, “oh really? Then you should be able to handle this too.” She rocked her hips and the two of them threw their heads back, huffing in lecherous gratification.

Minato considered himself lucky that Kushina was feeling as hot as he was that morning and wasn’t looking to pound the prohibitions into him with her fists. Those were the types of mornings he loved the most. “I can’t wait to see you later if everything works out today,” he said.

Suddenly, he found himself wrapped up in the powerful sealing chains of his jinchuriki lover. Her hair had grown even wilder, and she pulled the chains tighter with a powerful tug. “What did you saaay?” she hissed, pushing up and in close to her husband’s face. “If?” She forced a threatening smile. “Whaddaya mean if, y’know?!”

“It’s just-”

“Just nothing! You will be coming back y’know! There is no if!” She got up, releasing him and hopping off of the bed “Sooo you can be plenty excited to see me later when you get back! After all,” she looked back and said, “you want the rest, don’t you?”

Minato smiled nervously and swallowed a lump in his throat. A bead of sweat rolled down from his brow. Somehow, he was even more excited now. He had no choice. He would have to make it back.

The group of Full Throttle4 was set to perform at the Super Live, which was scheduled to be held at the end of the year.

YUI, a member of the aforementioned group, was absolutely pumped to give the best performance he could, in order to show off the results of his efforts over the past year.

That day, FT4 had a rehearsal session to prepare for the performance. But before that, YUI, along with his fellow vocalist, RIO, had to attend a magazine interview.

However, during the interview…

Interviewer: You guys will be performing at the end-of-year Super Live again along with the rest of FT4. How excited are you about it?

RIO: Hmm, well… I guess I’m looking forward to it just like I would with any of our usual performances.

YUI: There’s no way for our performances to not be exciting, yannow?

YUI: So I really wanna show y’all a superb performance to end the year with a bang!

Interviewer: Haha, what characteristic answers from you both.

Interviewer: And lastly… How did you find this year as a whole, and what are you hoping to achieve in the coming year?

RIO: I had a great year thanks to all of our SICKS, as well as the other members of FT4… I guess.

RIO: I’ll be satisfied as long as we’re able to carry on with our activities as usual during the coming year.

YUI: You don’t saaay. We just sing the way we wanna sing, and do whatever we wanna do.

YUI: So I’ll be happy as long as our SICKS shut the hell up and tag along with us!

YUI: They’ll get to see us being all cool next year if they do!

Interviewer: You guys... are the only ones who could ever tell your fans to “Shut the hell up and follow us”, aren’t you?

YUI: Tsk, tsk, you’re too sweet, Mr. Reporter.

YUI: Our fans are the ones who’re able to understand us the most, right?

YUI: They can’t claim to be true SICKS if they aren’t able to understand this much about us.

YUI: We’re free to choose whether to sing or not. So they’re also free to choose whether to tag along with us or not.

YUI: …Right?

RIO: …

RIO: …Hey, YUI.

YUI: Eh? What’s up?

RIO: Didn’t you go a little too far… during our magazine interview?

YUI: I went too far? How so?

RIO: It’s fine if you’re doing it to fire people up during our lives, but we were at an interview for a music magazine, you know?

RIO: What you said would stand out to people who aren’t fans of ours.

RIO: You should watch your words a little more, depending on the time and place.

YUI: Ehh, whaddya mean by “depending on the time and place”? Are you telling me to hide my true feelings when I’m on the job?

RIO: “Why do we have to care?”... All I’m trying to say is that we should just do our jobs properly.

RIO: It’s not like you’re oblivious to how hard IV works behind the scenes, right?

YUI: I know, but… Why do I have to hear that from you?

YUI: Like, your answers were way too plain for the most part.

YUI: No one will enjoy reading the interview if you’re spouting nothing but model answers!

RIO: I wasn’t trying to give model answers or anything. I was just…

YUI: You were just what?

RIO: What’s with the aggression? I wasn’t…

IV: Okay, that’s enough!

YUI & RIO: …!

IV: I heard some squabbling, but… I never thought that it’d be between my guys.

IV: Don’t fight in such public places, got it?

IV: You’ve got to be more professional than this.

YUI: But RIO started it…

IV: It doesn’t matter who started it. Do you understand what I just said?

YUI: …Yeah.

RIO: Sorry, IV.

RIO: …I’m sorry to you too, YUI. I had nothing but the best of intentions when I said what I did, but… I’m sorry if it came out wrong.

YUI: What’s with you? Why’re you the first one to apologise?

YUI: All’s good with me. But more importantly, if IV’s here to pick us up, it means that it’s time for our next job! Let’s go!

YUI: (“Let’s get to work”, “Be more professional”... But aren’t we just a bunch of guys who like to perform live?)

Okay okay, this is still a work in progress, and it's past midnight and my inner critic has fallen asleep already, but this is probably my favourite section I've written today, so here goes nothing...

... under the readmore bc it's long and a wip. For context, V is 17 here, Jackie would be 19ish going by the age stated on the wiki. A good way to summarize it probably: V has trust issues and Jackie is having none of it.

“V, Good morning!” Jackie greeted him, smiling as always, but he seemed just a tad less enthusiastic about it than usually, “Sleep well?”

“You’re really persistent about that V-thing, aren’t you?” Vincent asked, “And I guess, yes. Was exhausted enough.”

“Not gonna lie, I was a bit worried when I drove home yesterday,” Jackie said, “I’m glad you called.”

Vincent however worried that Jackie’s next sentence would finally prove that he’d been right all along, that now was the time he’d request all the favors back he’d extended to him so far. It would be his good right, too. And Vincent was ready to help him out, that was out of the question. He just hoped, whatever Jackie needed, was something he was capable of doing. And yet…

“So, wanna grab breakfast somewhere?” Jackie asked.

Vincent had to pause a few seconds, mostly to figure out if there was a way he could have misunderstood.

“… huh?”

“Is the connection spotty there? Guess all those runners in Kabuki with their netblockers and personal ICE and whatnot…”

“No, the connection is fine,” Vincent quickly clarified, but he still couldn’t shake his bewilderment, “You want to drive up all the way from Heywood… to grab breakfast with me?”

Jackie stared at him as if he was the one acting weird now.

“It’s not like I have anything better to do anyway, at least not until 4, 5 p.m.,” he then said, “Besides, I know a few people in Kabuki. Friends of friends of friends, you know, who could help you out when I can’t…”

Vincent pinched the bridge of his nose, his head starting to pound quite mercilessly now.

“I appreciate it, Jackie, but – “

“Then appreciate it for real! C’mon, V,” Jackie said, “Doesn’t hurt to have a little bit of trust occasionally.”

“Says the most trusting person I’ve ever met…” Vincent muttered.

“Honesty! Also a good start!” Jackie laughed, “I’ll be there in, let’s saaay… 20 or so minutes. Don’t go anywhere without me just yet!”

He hung up before Vincent could protest. He let himself fall back onto the bed, the springs in the old-fashioned mattress squeaking softly. The radio in the other room was still blaring, the fog outside had almost dissolved in the morning sun by now.

“What did I get myself into…” Vincent murmured to himself and closed his eyes.

tma review, second half of season two!

wow. ok. so just by trawling through the trainwreck that now is my tma lb tag you guys can see I had lots of thoughts on the finale and perhaps even descended into madness whilst listening. so this is going to be fun!

top five episodes

E79: Hide and Seek - So this episode has to go to straight to the top because it terrified me. geniunely I was terrified and had to go stop it even to make myself some chamomile tea it was just so good. it was just terrifying, the combination of Michael and the notSasha was amazing.

E71: Underground - a resentful no.2 because I had a horror story planned for the underground smh. I loved this one because I like trains and it was just very chilling and it was the most believable in terms of things that could happen to me. The description of the filth and dirt and the carriages gone wrong was amazing.

E62: First Edition - this ruled it had so many things which I enjoy like evil books and blood!! ough it sends shivers down me thinking of that book and the blood ink it was so visceral. I am also very interested in Mary Keay....

E63: End of the Tunnel - very nice combination of haunted places and the oppressive darkness. especially the breathing all around them was described so well. excellent episode!!!

E70 Book of the Dead - I love a good fatalistic horror story especially when someone is told how they're going to die like I love that because clearly whichever being is anchored to that book just enjoys fucking with people which is hilarious.

plot threads I take particular interest in

the weird not humans who manifest as having like fucked up control over bugs. so the spider guy from hill top road, the other guy who was just filled with spiders, that poor girl annabelle etc etc. very fascinating to me I cannot wait to see more spiders and bugs.

whatever Michael's deal is. I've only just had the entities explained to me by Leitner (bitch) so I'm still not entirely clear on them but Michael fascinates me and scares me a lot.

some particular people I'm still stuck on thinking about like Mike Crew, Gerald Keay and Mr Montauk. what happened to you. how did this power use you.

whatever is wrong with the archives is my favourite thing that keeps coming up and the eye thing finally being acknowledged as A Thing was very good.

BLOOD. right the continuing blood and meat imagery and the fact it's not confirmed sort of by Smell Of Blood episode to have a corrosive impact on people.

the notpeople were amazing. idk if they're a plot thread anymore but I really loved them as a villain they're so scary and unnerving. I really enjoyed the episodes and the only reason they're not in the top five is because I'd have to put them all together.

recurring imagery

Blood - greatly enjoying the blood and meat imagery it's amazing. The smell of blood being so strong around a place and messing with people? epic. also think that's what happened to that cannibal a while ago

Dirt/disease - the way the podcast uses dirt and disease and the idea that something is sick and wrong in a place never fails to deliver

Darkness - THE DARKNESS IS EVIL AND OUT TO GET YOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOUUUUUUU!!! the most obvious (aside from spiders) play on every day fears and I love it so much

I was also right about Elias of course I did not trust that man. I also said last time that Elias would find a way to get rid of him from the archives so I WAS right so I assume he's now framing him for murder and I'll expect a confrontation soon.

so there's clearly some sort of power in and over the archives but I think there's a power to be the archivist yourself. like there's something in the title because the way people keep saying it makes me think it's more than just a job.

Tim and Martin are definitely nearly going to get themselves killed trying to figure things out for Jon and Jon is going to just be like hello work colleagues. alright?

I'm also a little scared something is going to replace Jon because that seemed to TERRIFY him.

I LOVE heavy oil paintings. I love the TEXTURE, those thick strokes of paint that look like the artist just went ham and globbed it on, delicious, keep slathering that paint on there baby

A lot of "old" stuff I never really lose interest, it just goes dormant, but uhhh I guess the closest would be any ideas for animatics or animations because I KNOW i do not have the patience or the willpower and it just never happens

A really recent one is actually people thinking the magikarp koi variations was about magikarp jump. I've never played it and to be honest I forgot that game existed until droves of people started tagging that drawing as magikarp jump!

I do not, at least not intentionally. Sometimes the first thing or two or three I sketch will be crap and I'll restart and I guess that can count as a warmup?

What's my favorite...

Glee ep: New New York! I love seeing (most of) my favorite characters living it up in the big city. It's a breath of fresh air and a great change of pace after the previous 4+ seasons. Obviously lots of great Klaine content. It's fun and wacky but also dramatic. The music is fun and nothing feels boring or pointless. Ticks every box for me!

Friends character: God it's literally so hard to pick. I could say any of the girls or Chandler. I love them all and they could all be my favorite but today I will saaay... Rachel! I mean the show only starts when she comes into the picture. She's so fun and lovable and I adore seeing how much she grows over the course of the show

Degrassi ship: Again so hard to pick bc there are literally a million. For drama obviously I'd have to go with Eclare. For just how cute they are and how much I like them together, I'd say Fimogen. But for over all I guess I would go wiiiith Janny! Literally was so determined not to ship them in the beginning but then they pulled the whole "fake dating to piss off your parents" shtick and I was like oh I guess I'm obsessed with them now

PLL ship: Obsessed with Haleb and Spoby both. They're both god tier ships and Haleb is just barelyyy above Spoby bc I'm fucking obsessed with Caleb lmao. I mean I love all four of those characters, and I love both of those relationships. It's really hard to choose. But also maybe Haleb has slightly better chemistry oops who said that??

PLL character: Again, the four I just talked about lmao. But Spencer is the queen bee supreme over anyone. She's amazing, she's everything. She's smart, gorgeous, funny, Troian is just about the best actress in the bunch. She's pretty much been carrying the show lately lmao. Her whole stint at Radley and that whole arc?? She deserved all the awards for that performance. I love her. She's the best <3
