So, it is:
All is MĀ — who bore first
MARAKALA, who is Order.
And who bore last — RAKALA,
Who moves All in accordance
With Fate and Vision.
Born between them, Three Sisters.
Born of them, VAĪ — King of Illusion and
The Illusion itself, bent by Red Hands
Into All that can be Known.
So, it is:
You are of MĀ by decree of MARAKALA,
Created and maintained by RAKALA
Who bends VAĪ into flesh, into Reality.
Thus, take heed:
Though all you See is Illusory,
The value in Being is incalculable.
Every delight, every misery.
Every life, counted in centuries or moments,
Expands what it means to be Divine.

Bhagavad Gita, 18.66
(Charama Shloka)
One of the most important verses in the entire Vedic literature is found in the Bhagavad Gita, chapter 18, verse 66. Here, Krishna explains to Arjuna that self-surrender to the Divine is the highest of all spiritual paths, that we are to abandon all artificial, man-made paths, and that we are not to fear. This verse contains the highest teaching in the entirety of the Vedic literature and tradition.
Lyrics
sarva-dharman parityajya
mam ekam sharanam vraja
aham tvam sarva-papebhyo
mokshayishyami ma suchah

One of the cool things about te reo Māori is that you can have a complete sentence with no verb in it. In English, Izzy has to say "a shark did this" or "it was a shark". But it te reo he can just use "nā" to indicate who/what did something.
It fascinates the hell out of me that "nā" (and mā for future action) is also used for ownership. "Nā tētahi mangō" also means that something belongs to a shark, or a shark owns it. I think this ties into how the nā/mā structure emphasizes who/what did the thing, rather than the action itself. So the shark (or whoever) owns the action, it is responsible for it.
Mangō is the general term for sharks if you're not specifying a species. The term for great white shark is "mangō taniwha". I thought about using that (since taniwha is a possible translation for the Kraken), but it seemed to be calling a bit too much attention to the metaphor of Ed as the shark, and I'm not sure if Izzy is even aware that he's creating an allegory.

~ JP Pun Explainer ~
麻雀牌 (mājanpai) is "mahjong tiles" in Japanese.
にゃん (nyan) = meowing sound in Japanese.
The below is Japanese capsule toy series named まあにゃんぱい (mā-nyan-pai) which could be interpreted in English as "meow-jong tiles" 🐱

Allāhumma’hdinī fī man hadayt, wa `āfinī fī man `āfayt, wa tawallanī fī man tawallayt, wa bārik lī fī mā a`atayt, wa qinī sharra mā qaḍayt, fa innaka taqḍī wa lā yuqḍā `alayk, innahu lā yadhillu man wālayt, [wa lā ya`izzu man `ādayt] , tabārakta Rabbanā wa ta`ālayt.
O Allah, guide me with those whom You have guided, and strengthen me with those whom You have given strength. Take me to Your care with those whom You have taken to Your care. Bless me in what You have given me. Protect me from the evil You have ordained. Surely, You command and are not commanded, and none whom You have committed to Your care shall be humiliated [and none whom You have taken as an enemy shall taste glory]. You are Blessed, Our Lord, and Exalted.

Bindu Chakra बिंदु
Bindu = point, drop
Talon Abraxas
The most outstanding effect of the Bindu Chakra is the production of AMRITA, the nectar of immortality.
At the beginning of the Peace Mantra it is said:
ASATO MĀ SAT GAMAYA
TAMASO MĀ JYOTIR GAMAYA
MRITYOR MĀ AMRITAM GAMAYALead us from unreality to reality
Lead us from darkness into light
Lead us from death to immortality.
The moon is the symbol of Lord Shiva, and the Mantra of the Bindu Chakra is AMRITAM – I am immortal. At the end of the Peace Mantra we sing:
OM TRYAMBAKAM YAJĀMAHE SUGHANDHIM PUSHTIVARDHANAM
URVĀRUKAMIVA BHANDANĀN MRITYOR MUKSHĪYA MĀMRITĀT
OM my adored One, the three-eyed Lord Shiva , who is omnipresent
May He nurture us and bless us with health
May His blessings liberate us and lead to immortality.
This Mantra is known as MAHĀ MRITYUN JAYA MANTRA – the glorious Mantra of victory over death.
May the light of Shiva fill our consciousness. May the nectar of immortality spread through and expand our inner space (Chidākāsha). Through this nectar all Chakras are brought into harmony. Fear, sadness, anger, resentment and other disease-producing emotions are released in the healing vibration of this Mantra. May it spread fragrance, melodiousness, love, happiness and contentment through the entire world.

ever since I was a kid I've been absolutely obsessed with the background ambience that played on the BionicleStory website, but was always dismayed at how compressed the audio was.
Eventually I settled on taking a crack at it myself. Obviously, as this is a very early attempt at a cover, it's not an exact duplicate of the original and some of the timings are a little off, and also I couldn't help but add my own spin on things; perhaps when I get more used to building sounds I'll take a crack at emulating the original as best I can
