Lore:

Pyro would fit so well in the Infernal/Ashen Lord story its just insane. The story is that a group of cultist summoned a big dragon named The Ashen Lord to make a deal for power. Slight problem, big dragon aint a fan and brings the monsters of fire to destroy the world for funnies.

Design:

Im really not a fan of the TF2 cosmetic system. Guess im too used to the way skins work in other games like bad game and other bad game. I really want to make cool TF2 guys but im a huge fan of the LoL skins so i just put them together.

Metal based off of the Ashen Lord splash art by Evan 'Somnicidal' Monteiro. Rope/cloth to 'hold' the body together and give man some pants. Stone skin so i can make a prestige variant :3

TF2に狂い、SFMをすげえ見た

前置き

これは好きなSFMおよびファン制作アニメーションリストです。TF2のコミュニティの愛、深い。

・SFM？ Source FilmmakerというValveが公開してる映像作成ソフト（？）の略。Youtubeとかで[SFM]と入っているのは、このソフトを使って作られたファンアニメーションの総称らしい。 TF2、Valve作品以外でも3Dモデルが存在するゲームのキャラクターをアニメーションする際に使っている人は多い。エッチなのも多いらしい。 とても使いづらいと聞くけど、それでもものすごい数の作品がある。

・TF2って… Team Fortress 2というFree to Playな所謂ヒーローシューターゲーム。Steamでなんと無料です。宣伝。 古いゲームでもうあんまり更新されてないけど未だにアクティブプレーヤー人数は多く、コミュニティが活気。

Meet the Team

公式の全9クラス（＋サンドヴィッチ）の紹介動画のプレイリスト、クオリティ高く、ともかく印象に残る。 正直ゲームを知らなくても何度か見た記憶があり、ともかく知名度がすごいし、無意味にScoutのセリフを覚えてしまう。 全部見たらExpiration Date（賞味期限切れ/時間切れ）を見るとみんなに愛着が益々湧く。そしてこれにはなんと日本語字幕がある…。

Emesis Blue

切って離せない、というかこの作品を見てTF2をはじめた。ファン制作のホラーSFM映画。 Twitterで延々と呟いているのですが、元々死生観の感じられる作品がすごく好きで、あんなにカオスで命の軽い世界観の作品を基に、その命の軽さ・リスポンというゲームメカニック、Mann兄弟の（言っちゃえば）自分勝手な理由で戦争を続ける為にMercたちを雇用しているという設定を逆手にとって、ここまでホラーとして秀逸な切り口を入れられているのが本当にすごいし、TF2を知らない自分がのめりこんでしまったくらい映像としてよくできてました。 ここからloreを学んだ後に見直してデモソルの関係性とか、パイロに焼かれるスパイとか、殺し合う赤ヘビメディとかに大きな感情を抱いたという結果です

Lil' Guardian Pyro

Emesis Blue見た後���ームをインストールしてbot相手にトレーニングしてるときに見て、は～カワイイんだけど…ってなった。ともかくカワイイし、Pyro/Engieの関係性がやっぱとても良い。みんなちっちゃいね。

Team Fortress Guilty Gear OP Parody

（やったことも見たこともないのだけど）ｷﾞﾙﾃｨｷﾞｱのOPパロらしく、ムチャクチャかっこよくてループして見ていた。War!のコミック読んでデモ…ソル…ってなってるときに見たので二人のショットが多くて泣いてしまいそうでした。SpyがScoutが死んでピエタ構図になっているコミックのコマがすごく好きなので、そこが入っていて嬉しい。Jarateのとこで笑っちゃうしバトルエンジのガンスリンガーが映るところがすげえ好きです。

Tribute

またリスポンメカニックをテーマに、友達がいなくなってしまったMercの悲しみが丁寧に静かに描かれててジワ…ときました。展開と見せ方が上手。

TF2: Revenge

テーマ的にはTributeに近く、友達がいなくなっちゃったMercの悲しみ…からの復讐を描くSFM。このSFMのパイロの描かれ方がともかく好きで、全て燃やした後になんにも残らない虚しさが切ない

Demoman's Dilemma 

この方（The Wingletさん）のSFMは全部クオリティが高いのだけれど、これは私欲で入れてます。デモマンがマジで呂律ゼロになるのがいつ聞いても笑えるので好きです。

Hiking Trip [SFM]

こちらもWingletさんの作品。短いほのぼの（？）ハイキングするよ♪という中でハプニングが起きて、Mercy Killing（「安らかに逝かせてやろう…」）をするかしないかみたいな話なんですが、それに加えてOuter Wildsの音楽が流れるのが好きです。

Story of a Sentry

EngieとSentry Gunのお話。二人が親子みたいなのが素直に可愛い。EngieをやってSentryカンカンやってると、このSFMのエンジの気持ちはすごくよく分かる。俺のセントリーに手を出さんでくれ。

Lil’ Pootis - Season 1 [Episodes 1-7]

こちらはSFMではなく手描きアニメーションなのですが、ともかくみんなカワイイし愛を感じる…。 Heavyの”Put this dispenser here!”（「ディスペンサーここに置いてくれ！」）というセリフが英語だとPootisに聞こえるのでmeme化しているのが、Heavyの鳥頭Cosmeticをベースに鳥のキャラクターにした…アニメーション……？（説明が難しい） Pootis以外にもSpy Crub、MedicのArchimedesなども出てきていて、ワイヤワイヤしていてほっこりする。 手描きアニメーションだとMeet the Amazing Teamシリーズも好き。

Tumblrだと10個までしかビデオを貼れませんでした。以下も大好きです。

・End of the Line すごく有名所…？そうなのだけれど、クオリティが高く、最初から最後まで画がとてもキレイ。それぞれのMercたちの描かれ方も丁寧で、1映像作品として起承転結していてキレイに終わる。ヘビメディがかっこよい。

・Mann Swap HeavyとScoutが入れ替わっちゃった☆？！みたいな短いストーリーで起承転結がキレイで、モデルはとくに変更ないのに表情と動きでそれぞれのキャラクターが入れ替わってることを描くアニメーション能力がすごい…

・Pootis Engage //EXTREME 海外memeだらけで勢いがすごい、中々テンションが高くて置いてかれそうになる、けど好きです。使われてるのはSFMではなくて別のソフトなのかな…。

・Keep Going, Buddy [SFM] なんだかうまくいかない…なScoutの描かれ方にすごい親近感。お父さんみたいなEngieも大好きで、最後の終わり方もすごく良かったです。

・Creation of Mimi-Sentry [SFM] Engieのセントリーガンを女の子に擬人化したMimi-SentryとEngieのお話。Mimi自体は賛否両論だったらしいけど、エンジとミミが親子的な描かれ方がしているのは個人的にすごくすき。アクションシーンもかっこよい。

・Jolly Rancher こちらはGMod（SFMではない）アニメーションなのだけれど、この方の作品はなんか好きで見ちゃうしGMod特有の謎の……フィーバードリーム的な…癖になる感じというか……混沌とした安寧……

・Buff Fortress 2 [SFM] サムネからしてアレなんですけど大好きなので何回もみてます

Headcanon: Ways to trust [Offense classes]

We all trust, a lot or a little, always do. We´re sociable and even the most antisocial person does the same, and our beloved mercenaries are no exception. Here, I´ll try to make some headcanons of the ways I think they´d do to show that they trust someone, at the end a snippet.

Today, offense classes: Scout, Soldier and Pyro.

Scout

Becomes more touchable. Like Demo, Scout is a person who expresses himself better physically than with words, if there's someone he gets along, he won't be able to avoid doing so. He'll put his arm around their shoulder, pat on the back, grab their arm, smile more, and he'd feel more open with that teammate. If he becomes too trusting, he might visit them from time to time, to give them a hug. As long as the other mercenaries aren't around.

"Ma! here's the friend I told you about!". His hometown, his home and his mother are very important to him. He counts the days to return to the place he was born, and if he bring someone as a guest it'd be unusual. Doing this is an important step to his confidence. Mainly, if him showing his room to them, is like confessing his whole life.

"Something wrong, Scout?". Like father, like son, he hides his insecurities under his smile and a cheerful attitude, however, he will break down if someone close to him asks him that question. What it felt like to him to be the youngest of eight siblings, to be like the black sheep, the absence of a father and how his mother worked so hard to raise them.

His bat. His mother gave it to him as a child, but it was too big for his age and he had to use another one. But until that moment, he kept it as if it were a treasure, it has his name engraved on it and that makes it more special. Not to mention that back then, money was very difficult to get.

Snippet:

"Scout, it's a family vacation."

"Ye— but look, yeah? Uh, Spy isn't part of the family too and he's comin' with us."

"Heh you're right."

His partner smiled nervously, often forgetting that he doesn't know that Spy is actually his father, keeping such a secret isn't that easy. They were both sitting on some rocks outside the base, practicing baseball throws.

"Y'know my ma' loves you— not that way, like a son. She wouldn't mind if you came." He put one arm around his friend's neck and smiled. "C'mon, i'll be bored without ya!"

"... okay." However, they raised an arm to show that it was not yet over. "But I'm not gonna help you screw over your mother and Spy. I know your intentions."

"What? Why would i do..."

"Deal?"

He took a moment, he knew this was serious, so he was silent until he nodded and took their arm.

"Deal."

Soldier.

Becomes calmer. Look, he keeps screaming but let's say, a lil less when that person is around. He'd even sit next to 'em for a moment and be in completely in silence. It'd be surprising to see that he can be without opening his mouth for a long time. He may not say so, but when he does that, it's because he likes his partner's company and helps him relax.

"Huhah! Every American has to have their own secret space!". It's a remote part of one of the war camps, many know about it but don't want to go in. Showing this to someone and not getting annoyed, is something very important to Soldier, it'd look weird but he'd invite them to bring some food and have a kind of "picnic". Don't panic if the only view is a few of decapitated heads.

'What's mine is yours too'. As we know, Soldier always claims what his stuff is and doesn't like to share it. However, he'd make an exception if it's a friend who gets along very well. May sound silly but him leaving you something, even if it's a bucket, that means a lot, he really trusts you. Just... keep calm if he wants to gift his ear necklace.

The helmet. He has many but there's one that's HIS, don't touch it unless want to see a angry Soldier. However, if that person does it and he doesn't get mad, uff lucky one. No one knows why, but it's something he appreciates and often uses when an event is coming up, such as a party, a meeting or the Fourth of July

"Who made you the burger? Engie?"

"No. I did."

"Wha—really!? I mean—"His friend tried to hide their surprise with a smile. They looked closely at the food. "Man, this is awesome, delicious! Uh, by the way, thanks for..."

"It's okay".

Soldier responded with a grin before taking another bite. Both had planned to go his secret place but they forgot to bring their food, luckily, he had brought two hamburgers and he didn't hesitate to give 'em one.

"Solly, how can you shoot with this? I can't see shit."

And his helmet too. He couldn't help but laugh at the way they said it and reached out his hand to take it away, the two of them looked into each other's eyes.

"Practice, son."

"Will you teach me?"

Well, why not?

Pyro.

Like Heavy, they(Pyro) would spend time with you. It's a person who lets know when they likes or dislikes someone and if they does that, great! That person is a good one. They'd rather be with someone they get along with like Engie or Scout than with others,as long as they doesn't light a match in his room/workshop again...

The hugs never stop! Pyro loves to express their affection in all possible ways, mainly cuddling or holding the hand, they is very touchable. At first they would get a little insecure as not everyone likes their physical expressions so much but with time everything will change. Since they can't be understood when he talks, thwy just wants to show how much they trusts someone.

Gifts. They loves givin' presents to their friends and more when they're in the middle of a battle, they'll bring a flower and give it to their partner with great happiness and say; "Look what I've taken for you!". It's actually the arm of an enemy Spy but nevermind. You'll have a bodyguard during the whole game who will give you random things, they just want to let 'em know that you're important!

Balloonicorn. It's very special to Pyro and you can see it right away. It is always on their arm and they rarely leaves it. They doesn't like others to approach it unless they are people Pyro trusts very much. If they doesn't get upset when that person is even touching their stuffed animal, that's an achievement.

Snippet.

"I can't accept it, Pyro, ya need it more—" the friend was interrupted when the stuffed animal hit their face. "Ouch! Why did you do that!?"

"Mmph pff"

"It was just a nightmare, no big deal!"

Pyro muttered something as they stood beside em, they had found their partner taking a nap but they seemed to be scared of something, luckily the mercenary came to the rescue and woke 'em up.

"It's okay bro, thanks for saving me anyways." They laughed as they lay back and closed their eyes, they turned his face towards the pyromaniac. "There's still time for the next match, wanna take a nap with me?"

No words were needed, a hug was enough to say yes, they both put their arms around each other and left the Ballonicorn as a guardian.

I made Minecraft OCs in Gacha Club. Enjoy.

Fireball (she/her) is a ghast that mutated into a humanoid creature. She hates humans. Fireball is extremely sad but her friends are great at cheering her up.

Squish (they/them) is a slime. They, along with Fireball and 6 other mob characters, became humanoid. Squish can turn liquid and squeeze through any space they desire.

Forest (she/her) is a wandering trader. She is the only human Fireball can tolerate. Forest helps the humanoid mobs adjust to their humanoid figures. Forest was named after the biome she was born in.

Pyro (he/him) is Fireball's best friend. He's a hotheaded blaze who is quick to attack and guards the Nether Fortress from human invaders.

Shelly (they/them) is a shulker who was minding their own business and then got mutated. They live in an End City and eat chorus fruits while they try to figure out how to return to their original body.

Portal (she/her) is an enderwoman with an amazing fashion sense. She is Shelly's best friend and will do anything for them. Portal is good friends with Squish and Forest.

Insomnia (they/them) is a phantom who, ever since mutating, has needed sleep. They try to sleep during the day in a cave that is blocked from the sun, but Forest and her llamas step very loudly over their cave and as a result, Insomnia can't sleep. They get very angry because of this.

Magma (he/him) is Squish's older brother and Pyro's boyfriend. He's a magma cube that gets a lil angery sometimes. Magma and Fireball are good friends and he often cheers her up.

Basalt (he/him) is a strider who is besties with Forest. The two of them don't let being in seperate dimensions stop them from communicating. Basalt is a pacifist who is always trying to calm Pyro down. He lives in a warped forest and loves swimming in the lava oceans.

Prismarine (they/them) was the leader of the Elder Guardian's army until they mutated. The Elder Guardian exiled Prismarine from her army and monument and now they swim the oceans. Prismarine was always angry, but now they're even angrier because of being exiled. Prismarine is hesitant to trust anyone but they found a colony of drowned zombies. The colony took Prismarine in and are like their new family.

VERSE: SHADOWHUNTERS

“Life’s just gonna keep getting weirder and weirder, it’s definitely something I’m looking forward to.”

While street magic has always come easy for one Jack Wilder, real magic isn’t a cake walk. He’d always figured it was just something weird going on around him but he’d never actually pegged it to the supernatural being real. Werewolves, Vampires, Warlocks and Demons being more than just the fiction shown on screen or read in books was mind boggling to him and yet it made something click in his mind.

There were a few times when something strange would happen around Jack and it always involved fire. Small sparks or just a slight fixation to flames from time to time. He’d chalked it up to him being a bit of a pyro because fire has always been interesting to him.

When his Warlock marks developed during his junior year of high school, saying that he panicked was putting it mildly. Thankfully the incident that followed was contained within the school’s pool area and there had been a couple of members from Praetor Lupus there to be on the look out for any development, such as rude awakenings into the Shadow World.

Given how...chaotic Jack had unexpectedly been to reacting to his Warlock marks, the Praetors arranged to have the new warlock lodged somewhere that wasn’t the current home he was staying in and to have member stay with him as his guardian since Jack was only 16 at the time.

Arrangements were quickly done and Jack’s life had completely taken quite the unexpected nosedive into ‘what the fuck’ territory the more he learned about the Shadow World. He was more or less alright while the Praetor Lupus tried to find a mentor for him. The search always turned out to be a little...bad. Jack’s magic was volatile and he had a lot of trouble controlling it to the point that there would be random outbursts of magic either with his emotional state or from it building too much and needing some form of escape. It sucked.

It made him feel progressively worse when each warlock mentor he was introduced to couldn’t help him because they weren’t strong enough to handle his chaotic magic that didn’t always listen to him. Though he did notice that he could command fire with startling ease.

He started to ask some questions about maybe the reason his power is so out of whack (his words) was due to whoever was his demonic parent. That led to a whole other rabbit hole. It took a few months to get everything gathered and to even arrange to be alone that day when he did the spell. It had a 80% chance of literally blowing up in his face but he managed to summon his demonic parent and then promptly wished he hadn’t.

Former god now Ancient, Baal, was his demonic parent. Said fallen god he was all too happy to drop by to meet his newest child and caused a snowstorm in the middle of June. The talk went...as well as it could before Jack managed to make Baal leave back to his realm, but not after his ‘father’ decided to leave him some parting gifts that he didn’t want. Jack never told anyone about his meeting with Baal.

It was shortly after that that the Praetor Lupus approached Magnus Bane, High Warlock of Brooklyn to see if he could help mentor Jack. Thankfully, he was able to be taken in as a sort of apprentice. He wasn’t quite sure what else that title would entail other than the obvious, he was kind of hoping it’d be a bit like the Sorcerer’s Apprentice type deal. Regardless, he wasn’t disappointed with finding some control but there were other difficulties he encountered

Now he just trying to learn as much as he can while the pace for spell-weaving was almost as slow as a snail. But he’s made friends with a few other downwolders, so that helped some. The Shadow World going through quite the rollercoaster a couple years after he graduated high school was definitely something he could’ve done without but what can you do? Jack would just rather make potions in peace while listening to Magnus talk to or lecture him.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

Jack met Raphael Santiago a little less than a year after he became Magnus’ apprentice (another of his many adopted children). @immcrtuos is my main Raphael and the one who Jack will be referring to in threads. Those two are best friends even if the prickly vampire denies the hell out of it.

When he talks about Magnus, he’ll be referring to Zelda’s @magnvs. It’s his warlock dad, I don’t make the rules, he’s been adopted just like many other downworlder children. Jack is Magnus’ lil bug.

His warlock marks are his eyes being the color of ember (they really look like they glow a little too) and the other is sharp claw like black nails, he has the claws glamoured to hell to look normal.

If you want to know more about Baal, Jack’s demonic parent then please look here for the information that I wrote up. Another quick thing to note, while Jack’s got some powerful magic he can’t exactly use his magic to it’s fullest potential yet and that won’t happen for years in the verse because it’s liable to go out of control. Currently in the verse he can do a good amount of small and simple spells that don’t blow up from the magical overload and some more complex spells that welcome large amounts of magic to be used.

(Hmm... Interesting ask, @psychowithacomputer!!! I’ve heard of role-swap or color-swap AU’s, but never a reverse-personality AU... Let’s list out the possibilities of this unique AU, yeah?!)

Scout: VERY self-conscious, keeps to himself and very anxious lil’ guy. Hell, if it wasn’t for his good swinging arm, half the team would be questioning why this kid is even here?

Engineer: Almost a myth on base, rarely-seen hermit that lives in the basement. You can hear his crazed muttering, wires been welded and ungodly machinery being built on all hours of the night... And, big rumor is that the Engineer is over 50% machine, and he replaced over half of his body with mechanical parts... Of course, no one dares get close enough to see for themselves... Too many nightmarish stories.

Sniper: 103% more charismatic, probably a ladies-man and a frequent at nightclubs. Boasts freely about his kills, probably walks around like he owns the place. Think, hmm... Think Starlord from Guardians Of the Galaxy, before the angst-y backstory and whatnot. 

Soldier: Fanon Vs. Canon Soldier. It’s been a reoccurring thing to make Soldier this cold, angry bitter guy all the time... THIS IS THE DUDE THAT TELEPORTED BREAD FOR THREE DAYS. C’mon guys, this guy is SOOOOO much more then Mr. McYellsAlot

Demoman: Instead of a almost jovial, team-friendly Demo we know and love, we have a cold, calculating loner on the team. Never one to play a part in the team, always does what he can for himself and himself alone... Also, he doesn’t drink, NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Medic: Also a bit more reclusive then his canon-counterpart, Medic is... Well, a normal doctor, really. No more experiments, no weird birds, and prefers to stay INSIDE during a battle, and only venture out during dire emergencies... I know he makes me sad too...

Pyro: Instead of a masked pyromanic... We have a professional senior fire-fighter, with a large hose instead of a flamethrower.... It’s very boring in comparison.

Heavy: Gone is any shred of loyalty, familial or otherwise.He would happily abandon his team for $50 and a loaf of sourdough, and no one doubts that for a second.

Spy: Stutters when he talks to women. Yep, Mr. Womanizer is no more.
