Patent Pending status granted!

We’ve decided to share a selection of our rough technical drawings for our provisional patent application to give you the clearest picture of what Leaf Tree is! As we continue to refine the design we will be submitting updated drawings–eventually (and as soon as possible) securing the official patent for the invention–and we will be sharing those with you when we can.

Up next we’ll be sharing the ongoing progression from Leaf Tree prototype Mk1 V1 to Mk1 V2 and our plans for the continued development of the design up to launch.

We will be sharing our goals for manufacturing, how we plan to bring Leaf Tree to cats and their families, and our vision for Mindful Maker Co’s role in the supply chain on our site:

We’ll announce when that site goes live and we start sharing our efforts to establish a transparent supply chain of natural and safe materials to bring Leaf Tree to market.

I made myself as a warrior cat in WCUE so here’s some info about WC me:

Personality: A calm, quiet, and often forgetful medication cat.

•Even if she’s forgetful, she knows almost all the herbs and their purposes, she cares for all cats that come into the Med den.

•She-cat

•She/they

•Med cat of WindClan

•They don’t go to the Moonstone as much as she should.

•Younger than most Med cats. (Not super young tho.)

•Her mentor was Moonstar (Leader before LeafTree)

•poor eyesight

•Her fur is brown. Main coat is a very dark brown while secondary coat is slightly lighter.

•Mostly stays in the Med Den or wandering around or near camp.

We start our story here with the Tribe of Rushing Water. They are a group of cats that live in the mountains. Life is bad cause eagles eat their children and it’s cold. Cats move down the mountains.

Ok I haven’t read too much of this particular series (Series 5: Dawn of the Clans) cause by series 4 I kind of gave up on really reading the books in depth, but basically the cats seperate in the new land and slowly form four new clans: Thunderclan, who are experts of the forest and are the BEST CLAN in the series for some reason cause like 70% of the main characters come from this clan, Riverclan who eat fish and can swim and are supposed to be pretty and sleek (what), Shadowclan the eeeevilll clan who eat rotting food in a dumpster like land, and Windclan who are fast, skinny, and practically useless to the story other than being Thunderclan’s main buddies.

So we have these clans and they do things like fight and hunt. But then there is this almighty god called Starclan, which is basically a bunch of past cats who live in the Milky Way. And the clans pretty much worship these cats, get prophecies from them, get signs from them and all that juicy stuff. And these clans also have a strict code of law called the Warrior Code which causes like 99% of the problems in these books. I’m going to paste the code here.

Defend your Clan, even with your life. You may have friendships with cats from other Clans, but your loyalty must remain to your Clan, as one day you may meet them in battle.Do not hunt or trespass on another Clan’s territory.Elders, queens, and kits must be fed before apprentices and warriors. Unless they have permission, apprentices may not eat until they have hunted to feed the elders. If any warrior or apprentice is sick or injured, they may eat while the elders, queens, and kits are eating.Prey is killed only to be eaten. Give thanks to StarClan for its life.A kit must be at least six moons old to become an apprentice.Newly appointed warriors will keep a silent vigil for one night after receiving their warrior name.A cat cannot be made deputy without having mentored at least one apprentice.The deputy will become Clan leader when the leader dies, retires or is exiled.After the death or retirement of the deputy, the new deputy must be chosen before moonhigh.A Gathering of all four Clans is held at the full moon during a truce that lasts for the night. There shall be no fighting among Clans at this time.Boundaries must be checked and marked daily. Challenge all trespassing cats.No warrior can neglect a kit in pain or danger, even if the kit is from a different Clan.The word of the Clan leader is the warrior code.An honorable warrior does not need to kill other cats to win their battles, unless they are outside the warrior code or if it is necessary for self-defense.A warrior rejects the soft life of a kittypet.Each Clan has the right to be proud and independent, but in times of trouble they must forget their boundaries and fight side by side to protect the four. Each Clan must help the others so that no Clan will fall.

Oh yeah and a kittypet is the cats that twolegs have. And a twoleg is a human. Cause they have twolegs. Kittypets are considered soft cause they live in warm houses and have lots of foods. Rogues are outside cats who are considered hostile and will mark territory. Loners are outside cats who will hunt wherever they wish without any territory.

Ok now it’s time for cat rooooles.Each cat in a clan has a role. Most cats are born into the clan as kits (kittens). They will have kit at the end of their name. For example, Leafkit. Then when the cats turn six moons, they train as apprentices. Their names will have paw at the end. For example, Leafpaw. Then when they are done with training they become a warrior, and will have a random thing at the end of their name. Leafpaw will now be Leaftree, or Leafpelt, or Leaftail. Some cats will become medicine cats. They’re like the doctors of the clan. These cats take care of injuries and illnesses. Medicine cats can’t have mates or kits, which guess what? Starts major c o n f l i c t (there are like fifty medicine cats that had a forbidden relationship hnnNNNNNG). Queens are female cats who are expecting or currently have kits. Elders are cats who have retired from their past roles and are now resting. Deputies are special cats that are second in place. Leaders lead the clan, and will have star at the end of their name. Leaftail can now be Leafstar.

And also there are certain enemies of cats. Foxes and badgers try to eat cats. Twolegs can be innocent, but may pick up the cats and take them to their dens (homes) or capture them.
