So I was cleaning up the kitchen and doing chores in general and I started thinking of your reception arch for Wyatt or whatever this is and it hit me (I’m doing ask because I don’t want to spoil anything and also don’t feel close enough to just send you a DM because I’m weird like that). Kian setting a timer and then when it runs down he kinda like… very timidly knocks on the door “hey…. Everything still okay in there??” It’s the most traumatizing part for Kian (/hj) bc he’s walked in on them rand elbows deep in Rolan’s torso before

yeah i think even the knocks would be very soft, he's afraid of maybe jumpscaring one of them during a particularly risky moment and getting one of them (or both) hurt. after walking in on them once, he never did it again, he only ever enters the room if theres no answer and even then he does it keeping his eyes away from them/closed
