Review: Jack Absolute Flies Again, National Theatre
Review: Jack Absolute Flies Again, @nationaltheatre
Dance routines! Ukuleles! Banter about bunting! And so much more, I absolutely adored this.
Richard Bean and Oliver Chris’ reinvention of The Rivals in Jack Absolute Flies Again is a comic masterpiece at the National Theatre
“I do love a man in uniform”
Having had my funny-bone resolutely untickled by One Man, Two Guvnors, I was a little trepidatious to approach Richard Bean’s newest comedy for the National Theatre, co-written with Oliver Chris. But I needn’t have worried as their riff…

Kelvin Fletcher and 11 other celebrities who are secret farmers
Many huge names in showbiz and television have hectic lives full of early call-times, constant travel, and late nights.
To offset the stress of the limelight, some celebrities have chosen to make the countryside their home and retire to the tranquillity of a farm.
Away from the red carpet, these celebrities live a very different life which most people may not know about.

Danny's full Q&A from Inside Soap, including what he said about Robert / Ryan, but also Mack. (And I like the idea of him being a "new Adam" for Aaron, because he needs it.)
I still don't quite know what to think as far as our chances of getting a Robert return any time soon.
I think a lot of the "old hope" I had has kind of gone out the window, and by that I mean their meeting last April and the early Robert mentions we got when Aaron returned. And obviously, the "big" return was Vanessa.
But, we do have Iain back now, so it's still possible that Ryan would get a great, new offer to come back. But if he is still getting other jobs frequently enough to make a living, together with his voice over work, then he might not want to come back, at least not yet. (I wouldn't if I were him, given the state of the show!)
I did get the feeling when he left that he wasn't looking for another contract role in a longer series, he wanted to play different roles, just like Kelvin Fletcher recently said when they asked him if he'd want to return to Emmerdale.
One thing that does gives me a little glimmer of hope is that there is no talk about a new love interest for Aaron and Danny is selling Robron more and better than ever before ❤
I guess we'll just have to wait and see. Danny would obviously not tell us either way, he even fibbed like four days before his own return.

Re-review: Jack Absolute Flies Again, National Theatre
I absolutely adore Jack Absolute Flies Again again at the National Theatre, this is one not to miss when it comes to NTLive in October
“I’m a dramatic device!”
I adored the National Theatre’s Jack Absolute Flies Again when I first saw it, to the point where I knew I would have to see it again as I was missing jokes from laughing so hard (particularly where Caroline Quentin’s Mrs Malaprop was…

Okay, your Strictly AU sounds amazing and Oti Mabuse is my favourite pro. Imagine Sophie and Benedict doing this dance:

Oti Mabuse, my beloved 💖💖💖 God I miss her and her choreography skills so much and I rewatch so many of her iconic dances all the time. I've already managed to incorporate her rumba with Kelvin Fletcher and her samba with Danny Mac into the AU already, and to be honest I could easily include all of her routines with very little persuasion 😂
I absolutely love this Argentine Tango 😍 I have it saved to a playlist of my favourite Strictly dances, though for this AU the Argentine Tango I was leaning a little more towards is Simon Webbe's purely because it's one of the few dances I've reacted to with an audible gasp, and the fact that he's dancing to El Tango De Roxanne is just the cherry on top.
