Thoughts and Reactions to “Feast”!

Another long post, enjoy! If Alya was still trying to find out their identities, I bet she would have had Marinette asked her not to find out who Ladybug and Chat Noir are. That investigative work is phenomenal. Lol “Why not a Bunny Miraculous while you’re at it?” So this episode is supposed to take place before Timetagger, according to production code, and that’s apparently the order we’re supposed to see them in? So if that’s the case, hahaha wow, what irony, Alix. xD But really, all these big-named people throughout history were all Miraculous holders. Which is super clever and would certainly make sense, given how great they were. “As if an Order of Guardians have been watching over the superheroes since the beginning of time.” Seriously though. She’s brilliant! :o Okay, so Alya and Alix’s conversation made me realize something that’ll I’ll make a separate post for later, but wow this just burst open the Miraculous universe. o.o So there are 6 other sentimonsters on the picture that Master Fu pulled up, other than Feast. I wonder if we’ll see them later on, and if they represent something, not necessarily taking on those forms? Like Love, Anger, Sadness, Pain, etc. This episode gave me serious Avatar: The Last Airbender vibes. And that’s one of my favorite shows, so seeing all the lore made me so unbelievably happy. x3 And like Aang, Master Fu had to be separated from his family. I know Master Fu says his parents told him he should as it was a great honor, I also don’t think they willingly wanted him to. They probably didn’t have a choice and tried to give him the encouragement to go. But he had to leave his parents and siblings behind, where he was lonely and unhappy, doing something he didn’t want to do. Ugh that’s so sad, it’s even sadder than Adrien’s backstory in a way. x.x Alright, so as Master Fu’s explaining what happened, and while I already knew this back in Season 1, it pushes the question again: How did Gabriel and Emilie find out about the Miraculous in the first place? It was no mere coincidence that they were nearby that temple in Tibet. Also why use the Peacock when damaged and you’re getting sick unless it’s something extremely important? I know all about the Adrien being a sentimonster theory, but I just don’t agree. I can’t imagine Adrien not being an actual person, and it would bother a lot of people if it were true. Oh my gosh, poor Adrien. He cares so much about Nathalie, and here she is, showing the same symptoms that his mom did before she just disappeared one day. “My mom used to have dizzy spells, just like Nathalie. My father said those weren’t serious either.” That broke me. ;-; “My talents go way beyond sniffing out cheese, young man!” AH he called him a young man, I love it. XD “Mom’s the only one who could make me laugh like that. Thank you, Plagg!” STOP MAKING ME ALMOST CRY, DANGIT. I love Plagg and Adrien’s relationship so much, it’s the cutest thinggg. Same with Marinette and Plagg’s too. Plagg is just so sweet. This episode has the production code of 315, Ladybug’s production code is 324. This is before Gabriel asked her to stop being Mayura. Just a reminder for anyone confused and upset. c: The fact that Hawk Moth wouldn’t mind kids getting eaten so he could take their Miraculous... is like a new level of disturbing imo. Adrien waking up to see a note and no Plagg. This is a kind of pain I never want to feel and I never want Adrien to have to feel again. I just can’t. That’s too much. He’s been through enough! “Tikki...NO!” Oh GOSH the panic. I can only imagine how Adrien reacted. Wayzz has a clearer head and sense of what’s going on than Master Fu. I know he feels responsible and that he needs to deal with it alone, but he should’ve learned by now that that’s not how Ladybug and Chat Noir work. I love how immediately, Marinette turns a corner in her biker gear, and there’s Adrien... in the Banana Man costume, and knows 100% that it’s Ladybug. Of course, who else would be rushing after Master Fu? But seriously, Ladybug in biker gear and Chat Noir in a Banana costume. XD I love how they immediately have the same tone that they do as Ladybug and Chat Noir. “If you call be ‘Bugaboo’ one more time, I’ll start calling you Banana Noir.” “As you wish, Bugaboo.” Oh GEEZ xDDD I really do hope one day she explains why she hates that name so much. And the bus driver that doesn’t believe her saying she’s Ladybug. Unless provided with concrete proof, Marinette and Adrien could tell the world they’re Ladybug and Chat Noir and everyone would just laugh. xD Watching Marinette and Adrien fighting a sentimonster is so amusing. I’m glad we got to see it, even if just for a bit.

“Hee hee” she knew Chat Noir would not like the idea of going inside that thing, but they’ve gotta do it anyway! This scene absolutely had me rolling. xD When Hawk Moth thinks he’s finally done it... and he fails... again. Three-way pound-it with Master Fu! That’s so cool. Okay, so the temple is back, monks are there, the Miraculous should be there... it sounds great! But notice how Gabriel & Nathalie, Tomoe, and Audrey are watching/listening to this report? Gabriel and Nathalie are obvious, but these two as well? Is there some reason that Gabriel’s friends with the Bourgeois’ and Tsurugi’s that are more than just because they’re higher-class families? And Audrey looks unhappy about it... Woo! It’s been confirmed that Marinette’s going to become the new guardian! I’ll make this into a separate post as well, but that does not mean she has to be alone all her life! I’ve seen this talked about since it’s been speculated and hinted at, but the circumstances are so different for her versus Master Fu. “I’m not going anywhere until Hawk Moth is defeated. I’ll never leave you.” UGH. Please, please, please, have that be true. A wig, a new shirt, and that fake mustache of Fu’s should be enough to fool Hawk Moth, don’t you think? xD For real, things are expanding so much in this show and it’s beautiful.
