Why is it I stopped playing the Arcana for like a year. Came back and Nix Hydra jumped ship! Fictif (sages story) hath been abandoned. And I don’t want to use Dorian. I keep seeing it everywhere but I don’t want to make my own story thing I want to read what devs make and kick my feet at the fluff. Like what happened?

There was a post this morning on the Arcana subreddit talking about how it's been about 200 days since the Dorian acquisition, about how they're keeping the story alive (yes it's as a cash cow but it's new content) and putting out merchandise and whatever and it got me thinking,, we haven't had any Fictif content. Obviously my focus is Last Legacy but none of the stories have gotten anything new in 200 days. It would be one thing if Nix Hydra shut down entirely, but it was absorbed. Dorian could do something. Would the new content be good? Probably not. But there would be something.

Idk. I was watching something last night and one of the characters said 'bad news might stop you for a while, but hope paralyzes you forever' or something to that effect.

It's been 200 days. I just want Dorian to either cancel the stories or confirm they're working on something. This 'we're in talks about what to do' thing is just exhausting, and as far as I know there's been no updates...

I think Im in love with "Find love or die trying", its so fucking amazing and is by far my favorite otome game. It starts so cliché but has this touch of mystery and its sooooo fucking worth it. Please please please play this game, its free on Steam and needs the recognition is should have. The characters are interesting and I fucking love Kat for reasons you'll discover at some point. Anyway i BEG you to play this game.

Yep, here it is. Uhm.. the future for last legacy isnt looking great. The arcana and fictif been such a big part of my life these past few years. I cant begin to think about how much of a loss this is for me right now. Ive loved this community a lot, thx for all the memes and late night convos.. this feels like s goodbye from me but im gonna stick around to see where this shitshow leads me.
