Ладно, я решила, что надо все-таки что-то делать со своим плоскостопием и hallux valgus, так что взяла в ортопедическом компрессионные носки (для начала, скажем так, ибо только операция может дать полноценный результат).

Выглядят они забавно! Как традиционные японские таби с отделенным ото всех остальных большим пальцем (ну и как то, что принято носить у ниндзя ^___^).

Пишут, что благодаря им стопа приобретает нужное положение, а еще они уменьшают боли (насчет болей — ну ок, приятный бонус, у меня их, ттт, нет). Штош, проверим!

Далее из консервативных методов — правильные стельки и обувь. Пока в раздумьях. P.S.: жаль, что на Авито-СПб чет нет ничего подходящего мне от М.Марджелы, да и сами модели класса люкс, однако.. 🌚 Хочется! *когда-нить я вас тоже заполучу!)

P.P.S.: вообще мне оч нравится, что в моде обувь, которая в принципе и показана тем, у кого какие-нить проблемс со стопами: ты вроде и сам по себе, носишь прост то, что ТЕБЕ удобно, и вместе с тем еще и в тренде, оказывается :) Сюда же, к модной нынче обуви, кроме классических таби Марджелы, входят ортопедические биркенштоки.

I’ve finally bought a pair of new sneakers that will replace my old Nike Air Max that I’ve had since 2014, and they’ve got special soles for my particular problem.
