since my drawing of mike and will as birds actually did well i was motivated to make one of my fav characters robin as my fav bird: a conure :DD

conures are super playful and can be seen as the adhd equivalent of birds (can confirm as a conure owner) and they love being with people but will also bond closely to one person or other birds, and they are also very intelligent and can learn many tricks. i think this fits robin so well because i believe she has adhd and shes also pretty social but bonds with specific people, and shes also really talented and smart :) whenever i see my ggc being silly and playing around he reminds me so much of robin especially in s4

Goals

So, what are our current goals for this project? Our main goal for this project is to make a vertical slice for GGC, or Gotland Game Conference during the 3rd to the 5th of June in the beautiful medieval town of Visby.

To reach this goal in this time-frame, we want to have:

Interesting and enjoyable combat, with a unique and smooth "switching" mechanic that works with singleplayer and co-op.

Challenging levels that end in an epic boss-fight to give a small but enticing taste of the full game.

Gorgeous graphics that helps communicate the game-play to the players as well as the culture that the games story is based on.

Implementing audio and soundtrack that fits the feel and aesthetic of our game.

And last but not least;

Displaying our game at GGC with a nice booth, making connections with players and other developers attending.

hey so my mom is mad about the brownies (ggc) changing their name to the embers, like?? she says the world is going to chaos because a guiding branch changed their name to be less racist??? may i mention that she is a poc and im really not sure where she's trying to go with her argument? i literally showed her quotes from real people that were hurt/teased because they were brown and they were in brownies. so now she thinks that if they don't want to be teased for being brownies they shouldn't be in guiding at all? mcscuse me miss don't guides have this whole thing about being inclusive??
