She likes to recline on her seat, sort of like her throne and play with her hair.

She resides at a place that looks white everywhere, it feels like a cave with its closed-in, resounding energy, however it also has the vibe of a forest but with no trees around. The place looks and feels like it's embedded in snow but the snow is not moving, every thing, every energy in this place is stationery. There is a quality of trapped air, as if time is frozen in space.

I asked if she could give me a peek of her energy. She showed me. Her core energy is close to original point energy, close to neutral. She takes the form of a kitsune because there was a kitsune past life that she feels particularly resonating with. Without the kitsune element your soul feels like a ball of fire and air, it's a misty translucent ball and the fire isn't in flames, but encapsulated in air.

The man looked rugged, he had a bad of arrows on his back. He asked what's the matter, I then told him about you wishing to know more about him.

He has a deep voice, looks intimidating but appears to be a solid, honest, grounded fellow. He has light brown skin and long black hair. His energy is friendly; a gentle giant. He is aligned with wood element. He is more on the defensive side rather than combative, meaning he is not one to attack unless it's the last resort.

"Would you like to answer some questions?" I asked him.

"Yeah I would, just don't ask something too personal," he replied.

I told him if he doesn't want to answer some questions then he can choose not to.

Since this conversation progressed like an interview, my questions would be in highlight.

What makes you romantic soulmates with Jes?

"We go way back. Back when I was a troll in the forests and she was a nature spirit. We have always been supporting each other. It's like we were mated, or meant to be."

What do you remember the most about Jes in your past lives?

"Wouldn't judge, always kind. The kind to offer her shoulder to anyone especially her family (by family, he meant all friendly beings who reside in the same forest area). Very reliable. The girl I would risk anything for." He added that he wished to provide for you, tend to your every wish because you deserve it, because you make the world and his world a better place. You also reminded him of rainbows.

Did you know Jes in her kitsune past life?

"Yes, I was a hunter."

What was she like?

"Trickster, playful, would try to mess with you, loved to get too uncomfortably close to people, would play with their hair, flirty, made me scared, but has a good heart underneath but her morals and the way she expressed herself was very different from human standards. Liked to chill in the woods lazily, liked to observe and poke fun at passing humans, think humans are toys and very curious about them. Liked to play pranks on them like throwing small stones at them from on top of trees and playing hide and seek with them, like making them lost in the woods and rewalk the paths they have walked before."

What was your relationship with her like?

"To be honest she was just too otherworldly to me that I ended up very scared. She did seem to feel connected to me though, and I her. She visited me. We had the kind of relationship that's more than mortal. But I do not wish to clarify. She became more than just a friend. A friend till the days when we become old and part, till I tell my grandchildren about such a being existing. She was like, came out of storybooks altogether."

What are your favourite memories from your past lives with Jes?

“Honesty, promises, pinky promises that we will not part. Those are always sacred to me. I still find myself doing this, myself," he said and made a pinky promise gesture with both his hands. "Those promises never expire because we the persons making them are still around even though we have different faces in different bodies, our hearts are still around - beating. That's the essence of a promise, where even time stands still."

What are memories you believe Jes needs to remember from her past lives with you?

"I would say happy things but it's more than that. Her strengths, and whatever she needs to remember, that would be of benefit to her."

Can you describe the happy things you have shared?

"Us holding hands, exploring a small island by the beach. It was deserted so it was an adventure for us. We did that a day before our wedding day." I also saw a vision of you both in a food truck, you taking care of your baby beside him on the truck and he cooking. He had such a happy smile on his face. He felt like the luckiest man in the world because he got to provide for you and the baby.

"When we walk we are always together, there's no like one is a leader the other is a follower, no, we walk together, if anything, we trust each other and we discuss, we walk as one. There's no distance between us."

In your opinion, what are Jes's strengths?

"Her ability to see patterns. She can be analytical so she knows what's best for her. She knows the right steps forward, she's not easy to get lost. She's got a good sense of direction and a keen sense of where she should be going. I'm proud of her."

How would you guide Jes to become her highest self?

"Unlock the maze in her heart, guide her through things she should let go of, like the past, like the burdens, and what she should keep, like her heart, her original heart that's untainted. Teach her to wipe it clean, and teach her to treasure it, take care of it properly, remove the blemishes left by those who have hurt her, and make good, healthy, happy memories with her that would leave good happy smiles on her heart, happy wrinkles. Let it be a place of goodness again. And let her be known to herself once more as the best she could be.

"To be honest she would warm my heart whichever version she is, to me I see the one and the same person as I fell in love with. But if she's not happy with herself then I'm willing to be there and guide her through the storms one by one. I don't believe there's anything you can't brave through if you're brave enough. Just wear a sturdy jacket and brave through the rain."

Will you meet Jes as your present incarnation?

"Yes, definitely. I'm dying to meet her (pun intended). I'm crossing the (place where spirits have to cross sort of like a challenge in order to incarnate, like purgatory but not in the Christian atoning for sin way, this is more neutral where most ordinary spirits will go through) to meet her.

What's your current incarnation like?

He showed me a vision. The vibes I got from his current incarnation were wood, book, library and carpenter vibes. He's youngish, in his 20s but he looks much younger. Moderate stature. "I'm sorry I can't give away much. He's someone you'd deem honest at first sight, like there's this vibe of him being someone you could trust. Unless there are misunderstandings which happen quite a lot in his life lately. That's all I'm gonna say," he explained.

What's your message to Jes?

"I know it's hard but he truthful and true to yourself in every step you take. You are your own priority when it comes to healing yourself so you are the one whose feelings you must take full consideration of."

What are your parting words with Jes?

"Take good care of yourself, until the day we meet. I promise to sweep you off your feet. Take care now," he gave a two-finger salute (the touching his forehead kind), and off he went.

The Falcon & The Winter Soldier - TV Review

5/1/21 ***spoilers***

Out of all the announced Disney+ MCU shows, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier seemed to be the most out of left field. Two sidekicks from the later 2 Captain America movies pair up and get their own show? What made their bormance so special? I mean, I like them well enough, but what is it that warrants a show? With all of it now said and done, this show is not what I expected, in a good way, but I can't say it lived up to its own potential. It brings up a lot of controversial subjects--stuff I really found interesting and progressive, but it doesn't fully commit. That being said, I'm glad it exists, and it takes many steps in the right direction.

6 months after Avengers Endgame, Sam Wilson (Anthony Mackie) and Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan) are returning to every day life, and the problems that come along with it. Bucky in particular is attending strict therapy to repair mental damage from decades of being Hydra's Winter Soldier. Sam is working with his sister and her boating shrimp business. As it turns out, the Avengers didn't technically receive a salary. Strange beings who they worked with, and i assumed Tony Stark or government funding supported the Avengers. Who built their base, made their suits, equipment, and how have the Avengers gotten by so far? The idea is brought up, but the show never comes around and fully explores this interesting point.

The Falcon the the Winter Soldier is only 6 episodes long, compared to WandaVision at 8. I feel like this show needed to be as longer for the numerous ideas it brings up and doesn't have time to flesh out. The main conflict of this series is the fight against the Flag Smashers. A revolutionary group, they want to return the world to what it was during the "blip." They want a worldwide policy of nations without borders. This is a really cool concept and something I could get behind, but yet again it's an interesting idea that is never sufficiently fleshed out. What (according to the Flash Smashers) was so great about the state of the world during the blip? What did nations do around the world that makes the Flag Smashers want to return to the way of life? Did people receive more finances and property? Did socialism thrive? None of this is ever expanded upon.

I also didn't care much for Karli Morgenthau, the leader of the Flag Smashers. Apparently their whole side story had to be changed last minute due to the covid-19 pandemic, and their inconsistent dialog and motivation shows this fact. I never bought actress Erin Kellyman as a revolutionary which thousands of people would follow and kill for, nor did I buy her as a juiced-up super soldier. The best character to come out of this show is John Walker as the government approved new Captain America. Wyatt Russell plays the character extremely well, and it's engaging to see a villain which so easily could have been one-dimensional develop into a more rounded person. He did however get a stupid small redemption in the final episode, but this "good guy" moment is wedged between him brutally killing an unarmed person in public, and joining what looks to be a "Dark Avengers" squad. For a show with progressive ideas, John Walker killing a civilian in a fit of rage should have been a point of no return.

My favorite aspect of The Falcon & the Winter Solider are the racial aspects it brings up. Finally we have a big mainstream company and mainstream show directly making light of the unfair bias and poorer treatment of minorities, especially black men. To see it happen even to an Avenger (Sam) was really cool, and fourth-wall breaking. Sam also discovers a man named Izayah who was a test subject, along with other black men, for the original super soldier serum in WWII. Izayah's mistreatment and his disenfranchised view of the United States is some of the best stuff in the entire show. Everything is all about living up to the legacy of Steve Rogers, but Izayah thinks no black man should even want to bear the stars and stripes. I hope this trend continues as it hangs a lampshade on something broad entertainment should address.

The action and cinematography also evoke my favorite corner of the MCU: everything directed by the Russo Brothers. The fight choreography is visceral without having to be flashy or larger than life (until the end). It was also great to see Sam Wilson reject the shield at the beginning of the show, thinking he would never live up to the mantle. His humility and growth throughout the show is also some of the best stuff to see. He truly is a man of the people, and the next best person besides Steve Rogers who truly can be and deserves to be the new Captain America. Zemo (Daniel Bruhl) also reemerges from Captain America: Civil War, but his character is totally retconned into being a Baron (comics accurate) with huge amounts of wealth and resources. I didn't like his character as much as I did in Civil War, as an everyday soldier tearing the Avengers apart is more compelling than a rich and powerful supervillain doing the same thing. He also had a dumb moment where he wore his purple ski mask for literally one action scene (less than a minute or two) and took it off never to be seen again.

Sharon Carter also makes an appearance, but I don't think the character, nor her twist being the Power Broker meant anything to me. It could be this show going a bit too far with its story threads. Carter has never been a charismatic character to me, and I'm wondering how they'll keep her interesting in the MCU going forward. She is the icing on the cake for too numerous and too weak of villains in this series. I also didn't think it was consistent of honorable of her character to go down a bad path especially knowing the lineage of Peggy Carter. I'm curious where this aspect of the story will go, but I'm not holding my breath. I wish this show cut out some of its threads in order to focus on some of its very good core ideas, especially only at 6 episodes.

The Falcon & The Winter Soldier has a lot of interesting ideas and brings up a lot of important ideas. I didn't expect this show to be critical of racial treatment, police brutality, and government overreach. To eventually see Sam evolve into the new Captain America and believing it down to the atom is the best thing to witness about this story. Bucky gets the short end of the stick, and while he does go through healing, I wish he had more great action or dialog scenes. The Falcon & the Winter soldier sets up future stuff, as the MCU does best. Sharon Carter might be some kind of bad guy going forward, the Dark Avengers seem to be forming, and Sam Wilson as Captain America may go on to lead a new generation of Avengers. The show is far from perfect, and sadly doesn't commit to some of its best ideas. I would watch another season, but hope it would have a slightly sharper script.

From this post and this one. I’ll put my headcanons and a bit of chatter about them under a read more because it got pretty long.

Nursey: Panromantic (Pan flag in the heart) + Grey-Ace

(it was a while ago that I did his icon and only after I posted it and someone else asked what it was that I realized that this actually isn’t a universal flag, it was one someone made up a couple of years ago and hasn’t been normalized in the community, but it seems like the only one that has been is the Asexual one and honestly I think Nursey would love to have one that wasn’t the mainstream one and was a bit more specific to him. I do actually also headcanon Nursey as not really knowing where he stands on his own gender and thinking gender labels and the binary are complete bullshit but eventually just telling himself to chill over it constantly and not quite getting around to questioning if he is genderqueer/agender/what exactly. And because I had already started on the icons and would have to make their faces a lot smaller to be able to fit a third layer of flags on, I didn’t try, I simply went for 2)

Ransom: Bi + Polyamorous (Blue, Red and Black stripes with the pi sign)

I will go down with Poly!Ransom honestly. I know I’ve hinted at this in fics before, about him, March and April being together all three of them (somehow Bitty got the wrong end of the stick because March is more open about PDA and more likely to be at Samwell on weekends after volleyball season’s ended because she’s from CA and April is from MA and you never assume your bro is dating two girls at once). At that point (at Samwell) his relationship with Holster was bordering on queerplatonic, not that they labelled it as such, but then he moves to Boston with Holster and they’re both busy and suddenly getting down to Samwell at a time when March and April are free becomes difficult and- well he talks about that a bit in this fic (though bear in mind it was written before N crushed our dreams of NHL!Holster). I’m still not sure how I headcanon his endgame with Holster being, but Ransom probably finds someone else as well.

Holster: Bi

For the record in my fic Fresh (more about that later) when he says that he knows of 4 members of the SMH who are LGBTQIA+ he is one of those 4, and so is Ransom. Bros don’t keep their sexuality from each other, bro (but also, like, no need to tell the rest of the team, bro. Love them and all, but they don’t need to know this right now). He takes a long time to train himself out of the sports culture mindset of always only ever attempting to wheel girls, even after accepting with himself that he is into guys as well.

Jack and Lardo: Pan

I don’t have much explanation for Jack except for how I read it from canon, particularly the time he was telling Bitty about his past experiences. Lardo, also, I don’t have much explanation for except that’s just how I see her.

Shitty: Ace

Again this is one I don’t have much explanation for? But I see it anyway. One time he and Lardo had sex because they’re such close bros that if Shitty’s gonna feel comfortable with that with anyone when his libido is pretty high it would be Lardo, but afterwards they agreed that was the weirdest thing they’d ever done and went back to being queerplatonic bros.

Chowder: Trans

Bitty, Dex, George and Kent: Gay

Obviously Bitty’s sexuality is canon (shout out to the one person who tagged their reblog of my icons with how pleasantly surprised they were at his until they remembered it was canon), and the other three are prominent enough in fanon as being gay that I probably don’t have to give this much explanation. George as a lesbian means a lot to me because with the ratio male:female in omgcp it’s so easy to end up shipping the few girls with have with guys in the comic (I mean. I’ve done that with Ford. And I do love any and all people in the fandom creating content where she is a wlw and having relationships with women) and especially when you throw canon relationships into the mix it leaves very little scope for having a lesbian character but George is there and she obviously has a wife? Isn’t that canon now? (It’s probably just fanon but still)

Tater: Bi

Tater going to America because of homophobia in Russia, and then finding his sanctuary with the Falconers with their Lesbian Assistant GM and even though he’s still not going to be out in the NHL, he just feels a lot safer and happier in general, and he wants Jack to know that they’ll have his back. But he’s still going to say that he doesn’t have a girlfriend, rather than a partner (gender neutral) because he is bi, he would date women, and he doesn’t want the media getting suspicious.

The Taddies: All bi; trans!Whiskey, Genderqueer!Tango

If it weren’t for the gender headcanons and aforementioned struggle with getting three flags onto the icons I might have put the polyamory flag on these three too because PolyTaddies or whatever they’re called in fandom are my jam. Which is also why they’re all bi (and nobody gonna try and tell me my girl Ford isn’t sapphic even if she’s in a relationship with a trans man and an enby). Tango’s pronouns change a lot, and the whole thing is more confusing for him than for anyone else in all honesty. (W: just stick to things that you can remember to respond to. T: People can use nouns as pronouns??? English is so cool. F: English is your mother tongue. T: But not my grandmother tongue?? Is that Spanish or Tagalog? I have two grandmothers. W: *facepalms*)
