I actually DO have some theories about what's going to happen, but I feel like with what happened I can't tell if they're accurate or not. I guess we'll see next Friday (1/6)

1) Ryan and The Holo-Professor fight each other. Ryan gets the upper hand and throws him out of the Example Window. He uses the genie lamp to wish for The Dino-Professor (and the other puppets) back, and it works. However, The Holo-Professor didn’t die after being thrown from the window, as he wasn’t mostly corporeal when he hit the ground. He shows up again and fights The Professor. The beginning of the theory is based off the fact that despite the hologram having a knife, he's still a hologram.

2) Ryan and The Holo-Professor fight. Before the Holo-Professor can kill Ryan, The Professor shows up via time travel and fights The Holo-Professor. He wins and they continue the episode as normally as possible. The Professor just keeps the Genie Lamp, as it did belong to him. I think it would be funny if everything happens and they basically go, "enough of that, time to learn history"

3) The Holo-Professor successfully enacts his plan. He wishes for The Professor to be back so he can successfully finish what he was actually sent to do. He pretends to be Ryan for the episode until he figures out that The Professor isn’t mad at Ryan, despite the fact that The Holo-Professor just killed Ryan out of revenge. The Holo-Professor starts gearing up for a fight when The Professor decides to time travel to before The Holo-Professor kills Ryan and fights him there.

4) The Holo-Professor successfully enacts his plan. Shane has to hire another substitute because The Holo-Professor has suddenly disappeared. The episode continues when it is interrupted by The Professor, who used his satchel to time travel back to the present, arrives and sees the commotion. The Holo-Professor fights The Professor. The Professor uses the Genie Lamp to wish everything back to normal. In return, the Genie takes away The Professor’s ability to time travel.

5) This is more or less an alternate beginning for the last two but it basically goes: After being asked by multiple people about Ryan’s whereabouts, Shane decides to check the set of Puppet History and finds that something bad has happened, but no one is there and the lamp is missing. He decides he still will not get involved and goes to find another substitute. Anyways, I can't wait for the post credits scene where we get to see Steven Lim present the Plague Rat with his dish on Dish Granted

ILLUSTRATION TASK 6

For the next few assignments we had to choose one fashion look from each city for fashion week SS23 for London I chose this gorgeous look from Harris reed. This collection really interested me as he started the show with 10 black looks dedicated to the Queens life following her passing. The looks we’re outstanding, I chose the white look as I wanted to experiment with different media and so I used tissue paper to create the white. I loved doing this look so much as it gave creativity freedom. The style I chose to do them in is CONNIE LIM and MALIK ROBERTS I loved blending the Malik roberts into the face I love the style that he uses I feel like it’s very quirky and different. Connie lims style is also amazing and so I chose to do hers and add the cards into it.

Fresh off the boat watch season 5 episode 6 substandard

Eddie tries to impress the kids in his school by showing them a 'dirty movie' which is actually Louis' sexual harassment video for the restaurant.Īs Jessica searches for a job for herself, Eddie starts working at the Cattleman's Ranch to get enough money for a video game he wants. Jessica requests that Louis has a sexual harassment seminar for the restaurant, but ends up making the employees feel harassed. Eddie is excited about seeing his cousin who introduced him to hip hop, Justin ( Lance Lim) - but Justin is now very depressing to be around now that he is a fan of grunge music instead. As they arrive in Orlando, Louis and Jessica have tried to make their house and the restaurant look better than they are - so that successful Steve, snotty Connie, and penny-pinching Grandma Chu will think they are successful as well. Lee), and Jessica's mother (Shu Lan Tuan) visit the family. Jessica's sister Connie ( Susan Park), her husband and Louis' old boss Steve ( C. Louis uses a neighborhood block party to shamelessly promote the restaurant. To gain more popularity after not being able to have Jordans like the other kids at school, Eddie figures showing off a hot girl like Honey to them will make him more popular instead. Jessica finally makes a new friend she likes named Honey (Chelsey Crisp), only to discover that the other neighborhood women dislike her for breaking up her husband's previous marriage. When she finds out that Louis is keeping her away from the restaurant in order to relax the strict regime she has implemented there, she brings the boys there so that she can teach and keep watch over the restaurant. Wanting to get Jessica and her incessant micromanaging away from the restaurant, Louis convinces her to home-school the boys. She then considers enrolling them in a Chinese Learning Center (CLC), but there are none in the area. She tries to get him moved into gifted programs but the school does not have them. When Eddie gets high marks in school, Jessica reacts by thinking that the schoolwork is not challenging enough. Eddie finds it difficult to fit in at school, while Emery seems to be doing just fine. Jessica is confused by the rituals and habits of her new neighbors. to Orlando when his father Louis assumes control of a failing steakhouse, certain that he can turn around its fortunes. In 1995, Eddie Huang's family moves from D.C. It has been suggested that this section be split out into another article titled Fresh Off the Boat (season 1).

Familienvater Hutch (Bob Odenkirk) ist ein Niemand. Der Vorstadt-Familienvater wird von den meisten Leuten einfach ignoriert und zieht auch niemals die Aufmerksamkeit auf sich. Als zwei Verbrecher eines Nachts in sein Haus einsteigen, sieht er sich außerstande, sich oder seine Familie zu verteidigen. Schließlich will er Gewalt um jeden Preis verhindern. Sein Sohn Brady (Gage Munroe) wendet sich daraufhin enttäuscht von seinem Vater ab. Seine Frau Becca (Connie Nielsen) tut es ihm gleich und zieht sich noch mehr zurück. Doch der Einbruch löst bei Hutch etwas aus. Er sieht plötzlich rot und enthüllt eine dunkle Seite, die ihn auf einen Pfad der Gewalt schickt: Einst arbeitete der vermeintliche Versager nämlich als Killer für die Mafia. Und von nun an stellt er mit allen Mitteln sicher, dass seiner Familie nie wieder etwas geschehen und er als Niemand so schnell nicht mehr unterschätzt wird...

„Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero“ - Hintergründe, Besetzung und Kinostart

Fünf Jahre sind vergangen, seit Disney mit „Vaiana“ den letzten Animationsfilm mit einem Original-Drehbuch in die Kinos gebracht hat. „Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero“ tritt nun in die Fußstapfen und erzählt nach den Fortsetzungen im Jahr 2019 („Die Eiskönigin 2“ und „Ralph Reichts 2“) eine eigene Geschichte. Für das Drehbuch war die „Crazy Rich“-Autorin Adele Lim sowie Qui Nguyen verantwortlich.

Die beiden Hauptrollen von Raya und Wasserdrache Sisu werden von Kelly Marie Tran („Star Wars“-Reihe) und GThe Sadnessen-Globe-Gewinnerin Awkwafina („The Farewell“) eingesprochen. „Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero“ ist der 62. abendfüllende Disney-Film und der erste in der neuen Dekade der 2020er. Das Regieduo Don Hall und Carlos López Estrada hat ganz unterschiedliche Erfahrungen in der Filmwelt. Don Hall führte Regie bei den Disney-Filmen „Baymax“ und „Vaiana“, Estrada ist für Indie-Filme „Summertime“ und „Blindspotting“ verantwortlich.

Der deutsche Kinostart von „Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero“ ist mit etwas Verspätung am 11. März 2022.

Philippine Heritage Society Ball and 2022 Filipino Heritage Awards a testament to the beauty and richness of our Filipino Heritage

Proud to be Filipino!

What a night of celebrating Filipino music, Filipino Heritage and all things Filipino!  All roads led to the Fiesta Pavilion of the historic Manila Hotel last July 25 for the Philippine Heritage Society Ball and 2022 Filipino Heritage Awards.  Guests arrived at the reception area dressed to the nines in formal Filipiniana and to partake of the unlimited coffee by Curve Coffee Collaborators and cocktails by Destileria Limtuaco.  Special exhibitors lined up the reception area of the hall including media partners Globaltronics/PARC Foundation and Light TV; presenter Greenfield Development Corporation, MX3, Apo View Hotel, Organique,  ….,.The whole area, including the ballroom, was tastefully styled by Carmen Afzelius of Floral Fairy, who used bamboo, anahaw, succulents, sampaguita, capiz shells and other accents to give the entire event an elegant and festive atmosphere. 

The red-carpet pre-event was hosted by the fabulous Raymond Villanueva, who interviewed the attendees and guests about their advocacies, views on heritage, and whose creations they were wearing.  Photographers and media personnel snapped away as each guest was being interviewed. 

By 7pm, the guests were ushered into the grand ballroom for the main event.  The show was divided into three main portions:  the Heritage Waltz, the Awards ceremony, and the fashion walk titled Harana sa Rampa.

As the lights dimmed and the announcer called the name of each participant, Philippine Heritage Society members and their partners made their way to the dance floor to dance to “Tanda de Valse”, composed by Jose “Pitong” Ledesma and choreographed by Dalah Pia. The men wore barong tagalog made from local materials like pina while the women wore beautiful designed baro’t saya which swayed gently as the dancers went through their routine. They finished their dance to resounding applause by the appreciative audience.

The awards ceremony was both grand and solemn.  As each awardee walked slowly up the stage to receive their award, the audience was silent in reverence while the announcer listed each awardee’s accomplishments. The awardees present included the owners of Sarao Motors (Awardee for Design), the owners of Aristocrat (Awardee for Service), Lisa Macuja-Elizalde (Awardee for Dance), Attorney Dominador Buhain (Awardee for Publishing), and National Artist Fides Cuyugan Asensio (Awardee for Music). 

Dinner was a delight for the senses as Manila Hotel chefs outdid themselves with a tasteful menu of Filipino classics.  Performances by LyrOPERA artists: Randy Gilongo, Calie Ng, Nina Campos (who also emceed), Bernadette Mamauag, Sherine Ann Koa, Eden Dumlao, and the Philippine Tenors, serenaded the guests throughout the evening.

The fashion walk “Harana sa Rampa” was definitely one of the most anticipated portions of the entire evening.  Exquisite Filipiniana fashions designed by some of the country’s top designers (Oskar Peralta, Edgar Madamba, Edgar San Diego, Ditta Sandico, Peri Diaz, Frankie de Leon, Petra Lim, Ronaldo Arnaldo, Ole Morabe and Lito Perez) were worn by luminaries and fashion icons including Ambassador Vic and Connie Garcia, David and Mache Ackerman, Jennifer Angeles, Malou Brewer, Danda Buhain, Aileen Campos, Tess Castro, Maggie Chavez, Ruby Chua, Joel Cruz and kids, Adrea Endicio, Aileen Garalde, Loubelle Gardiola, Rina Garcia, Genieve Jamisola, Rose Ranola Jordan, Rose Santiago Licup, Cora Lozada, Jessie Maloles, Ann Marie Morales, Mhel Pechera, Genevieve Qui, Minerva Racuya, Charito San Pedro, Michelle Media Sison, Lina Castillo Sullivan, Coco and Chanel Sun, Nikki Tang, Elaine Timbol, Dr. Mary Jane Torres, Flora Urquico, Sophia Yara and Mayor Krisel Lagman.  The models succeeded in showing their clothes elegantly and in the best light while they were being serenaded to kundiman classics like Mutya ng Pasig, Ang Maya, Maalaala mo kaya, etc. performed by LyrOPERA singers.

The evening ended with a grand toast wishing everyone a bright future led by PHS founder Sherwin Sozon with fellow founders Tess Castro, Nathan de Leon and PHS Committee Chairperson Mache Torres Ackerman. 

Overall the Philippine Heritage Society Ball and 2022 Filipino Heritage Awards were a testament to the beauty and richness of our Filipino Heritage.  Mabuhay!
