BoB:S2-Ch15:...Once is an Accident, Twice is a Coincidence...

“I am Lieutenant Colonel Alexander Hamilton. You will tell me your name, and then---” his voice cut off upon seeing the blood soaked, beaten, battered and impaled 12 year old boy playing with a puppy. “What the hell happened to you?”

It took Levi a moment to realize Hamilton was speaking to him…he was slightly distracted. Looking up, the red haired officer was looking straight at him, and so were all the British soldiers. Levi glanced down at his impaled, extremely painful side, then up at the officer with a raised eyebrow.

“I was just in a fucking battle. What the fuck do you think happen? We sat down for a cup of tea?”

Summary: After being injured in battle, Levi is reunited with someone he thought he would never see again.

Chapter 22- Luck be a Lady (Turn AMC)

Hello! So I accidentally went on a frenzy and wrote a whole chapter in a week for the first time in a very long time. So yeah, here you go. We have some lovely healing AND if you see the header we have a very special visit from the backbone of this chapter, Miss Charlotte Harris from Band of Brothers (again becuase I just love her that much). Anyways if you like it please give it a like, reblog, and/or comment!! It’s very much appreciated considering a LOT of research about the topic of this chapter happened in the span of a week!

"Ona did not say a word as Adrienne stared into the fire and had this reflection. It was the return of Miss Charlotte Harris that broke the room’s silence. The young brunette entered the room with a slight struggle, causing Ona to rise from the chair she had been sitting in to help the girl. Upon further inspection— once she sat up in the bed, that is— Adrienne realized the girl was carrying a large tray, passing it to Ona only to return to the hallway and enter with another, equally heavy, tray. “I have no idea what we are supposed to do with all of this food!” Charlie exclaimed, “And I think this might be tea— like a real tea, not coffee or that nasty herb stuff!”

Adrienne made a noise of disgust, pulling a rather childish face at the mention of the abomination that some Patriots have the audacity to call tea, and Charlie laughed at her for it. “It is a benefit of having parents in England,” Adrienne replied from under the covers. “Acceptable methods of receiving a proper tea. It smells like a Green Hyson,” she said, with an odd amount of confidence, “if I am correct.”"

BoB: S2-Ch17: The End is the Beginning

“Levi? Are you—is that a dog?” Zipporah’s face went from shocked to see Levi, concerned, to confused in a matter of three seconds. “Yeah! Meet Gunner!” Levi shoved Gunner at Zipporah, a startled Zipporah quickly reaching up and taking the happy puppy, who promptly licked her right up the face. “See, he likes you!”

“Okay…” Zipporah breathed out as she shut the door and tried to collect her thoughts. “Couch, young man. You have to answer some questions.” Levi let out a long, deep groan.

Summary: A prisoner exchange is held, new bonds and connections are made, and Levi finally returns home. 

LAST CHAPTER!!!! Oh my god, guys. Final chapter. Season 2 is. Thank you for coming on their adventure with me and Levi. And HANG TIGHT, because the adventures aren’t over! Season 3 and Season 4 will be coming out later this year.

BoB: S2-Ch16:Saving the General

“About time you showed up,” Levi quipped, standing up. Caleb reached forward and pulled the man off the ground, holding onto him firmly.

“You two…did this?” Ben asked, gesturing from the Life Guard to Charlie and back.

“Don’t act so surprised. And it was mostly Charlie,” Levi shrugged, shooting Charlie a small smile.

“Well, thank you, Miss Harris,” Ben nodded in Charlie’s direction as he grabbed Levi by the shoulder, starting to steer him out of the medical tent. “Come on, you’re coming with us.”

Summary: Charlie and Levi are just two 12 yr olds doing everyone's work for them. Charlie gets some help disinfecting medical equipment, Levi meets some high ranking military official, and at the end of the day, he gets a life long friend.

In honor of @ms-march‘s new chapter featuring Charlie Harris, here is an excerpt to Band of Brothers: S2-Ch15, which heavily features Charlie Harris and Levi Tallmadge. There’s so many fun cameos in this chapter!

“You have got to be kidding me?” She groaned, setting down the gauze in her hand and turning to face him.

“I’m not any more thrilled about this than you are, sweetheart,” Levi gritted out as the Private hoisted him up onto a bed, dripping blood onto the crisp white sheets. Levi didn’t take his eyes off Charlie as the Private left the tent.

“Papa! We have a patient!” She yelled, striding towards him, and stopping by his bedside.

BoB:S2-Ch12: Off to War

“All in all, a good night’s work, huh?” MacInnis taunted, as he pushed Abraham towards them. “Maybe the captain will reward us for this.”

“Maybe promote us over that stinkin’ African,” Tanner replied, his pistol still trained on Anna and Levi.

“Oooo someone’s jealous,” Levi whistled under his breath.

“Shut up, you!” Tanner yelled, punching him in the stomach, causing him to immediately crumple to the ground.

McInnis and Tanner try to be heroes and put an end to the Culper Ring, and its time for the Queen's Rangers, Hewlett's Regulars and Levi to go to war.

Always gotta give props and thanks to my ladies @tallmadgeandtea​ and @ms-march​ who read my chapters, and give advice, and gush over Levi as much as I do. So THANKS.

BoB: S2-Ch8: Red String of Fate

“These two soldiers? Did you kill them, squirt?” Caleb asked after inspecting the bodies by the tent that had Levi so worked up. Levi shifted his gaze from Ben a couple paces away to Caleb who was still next to him.

“…..Yeah, I did,” Levi answered simply, subdued. Without responding, Caleb simply pulled him into a hug, wrapping his arms tightly around Levi’s small shoulders and ignoring the blood that Levi was getting on Caleb’s shirt.

Summary: Ben and Caleb find Levi at the Continental Camp, injured and tormented. They take him back to Valley Forge to be seen by a doctor, where Levi meets a life changing person.

BoB:S2-Ch4: Male Bonding

“….Are you kidding me? He gets a neat spy name like Culper, and I get…’Squirt’? The name I’ve been called since I was two?”  Levi ranted, his voice cracking several times throughout.

“Sorry, squirt. You’re just…Squirt,” Ben smiled, mussing up Levi’s hair. While Anna and Abe laughed, Levi groaned and pulled out of Ben’s grip.

Summary: Levi doesn't have a lot of male role models, but in a couple of quiet days, he manages to find time with some of his important male role models. And see some beloved family members.

BoB:S2-Ch6: The Death of Innocence

“Annie, just tell me. What happened to Levi?” Zipporah asked, desperation lacing her tone. Anna took a deep breath.

“Levi’s been kidnapped.” Immediately, a hand went to Zipporah’s face as her eyes welled up with tears. Her knees visibly buckled as the emotions rolled through her. Anna grabbed her by the arm and gently led her over to the couch in the parlor.

“What? How? Is he alright? Tell me what exactly happened.” Zipporah stammered, as she wiped the tears from her face.

“Levi was with the Woodhulls’, Major Hewlett, and I at White Hall. He’d just found a book on space that he was really enjoying,” She told Zipporah with a small smile. “And out of nowhere….a bunch of Continental soldiers barged into the place, and grabbed Major Hewlett. Of course, Levi started running his mouth---” Zipporah snorted inelegantly.

Summary: The Continental soldiers take Major Hewlett and Levi to their camp in Connecticut, where Hewlett is being accused of heinous crimes.

BoB:S2-Ch13: Strategy in Battle and at Home

“They’re camped out at the base of both bridges, here and here,” one of the lesser commanders informed the room. “They’ve already taken the planks out of both bridges to prevent anyone crossing.”  

“That complicates matters,” Wakefield muttered, scratching at his chin, as he stared at the map before him. “Fortifications?”

“They’re building wooden defenses here and here. Our only defenses against them is this railing here, along this bank, and this run down house located here,” Another commander informed the group, pointing to both locations. “Along this railing at this bank. Those fortifications and the lack of planks in the bridge makes a head on attack near impossible.”

Summary: Zipporah and Levi are more similar than either of them think, with both of them developing winning strategies. With luck, Zipporah can divert Abe from his hair brained planned to murder Hewlett, and hopefully Levi can save the British in battle.

“Uh…yeah, why do you have a dog?” Hewlett finally asked, confused as Levi took the puppy back in his arms.

“Oh…uh…Yeah, I sorta saved Washington’s life,” Levi explained sheepishly, avoiding eye contact with the man.

“You do know we’re trying to end this war, right?” Hewlett questioned, trying to hold back an amused smirk.

“Yeah, but assassination isn’t my style. That’s simply not fair. Everyone deserves a fighting chance,” Levi stated sternly with a small shrug.

Finally, his horse slid to a stop outside Ben’s tent. Hopping down from the saddle, Caleb swept into the tent, the opening flapping loudly around him.

“Hope I’m not interrupting anything,” He grinned at the two occupants. Ben sat on his small cot, listening intently as the beautiful blond across from him at the desk went over the supplies book. Both looked up at him as he spoke.

“Not at all, Lt. Brewster. We were just finishing up,” the woman said, shutting the book and tucking it under her arm.
