A lot of people sleep on Bibeak because she’s an esoteric unit that grows stronger the harder the content is, which runs contrary to how power tends to scale in Arknights (or, in other words, power tends to be linear and straightforward).

In non-challenging or non-endgame content, you really don’t need the raw amount of CC she can output, and would just be better off killing things outright. When you get to the goofy end of things, though, when Just Kill It doesn’t quite work anymore, when Elites are really dangerous or even certain clusters of normal enemies on some maps, such as Waves 13+ or High Risk, then suddenly sacrificing some damage for a downpour of CC that will make it so you don’t explode nigh instantly suddenly works really, really well.

Bibeak used to be better in the past due to lack of other equivalent CC options-slash-there are even more goofy goober damage vomiters nowadays, so her case use is more limited, but when the move is using Bibeak, then she goes hard. I personally used her a lot in RA to great effect, for instance. Linebreaker can’t break lines if he’s stuck in Bibeak Samsara forever with a few SP generators and an ASPD food.

Tequila is very good, especially if you can get him to E2. At E2, he gives you a bonus 500 LMD every time the trading post he's stationed in produces a 4-gold order, so assign him to the same base as Shamare (who gives you a higher chance of getting 4-gold orders and then at E2 significantly increases the rate at which you acquire orders overall) and either Kafka or Bibeak (who increase your chances of getting 4-gold orders) and watch the cash roll in. I prefer Bibeak for this purpose because iirc there are some cheese strats for endgame content that use level 1 Kafka, but either works just fine.

I think Irene's second module (X type - the one that ups skill damage by 10%) should add an extra effect on one of her talents that lets her deploy with +8 starting sp. Don't check what this would mean for the readiness of her skills upon deploying. Just trust me that I'm not being funny with her numbers.
