does mob-boss wally actually like howdy or does bro got daddy issues or smth??

The base au is made with the attention that nobody is shipped with eachother so anyone can put their own interpretations/ships into it if they like- so nobody really feels that "oh it's canon in this au"

Their relationship in base is pretty simple: boss has a butler bodyguard who follows him around like a dog (and has another who follows him who is a dog). When ever the boss doesn't need him, Howdy is most likely tending the bar listening to conversations and mostly minding his own business unless otherwise asked.

Besides the point, Wally likes to talk to him randomly in his office or out and about even though Howdy would say very very little in return. Conversations could literally be anything, and Howdy would just listen and give input whenever asked. Wally enjoys these moments a lot since he feels he's "bonding with family" (howdy hasn't said shid in the past 2 hours). (I will mention though Howdy is a bit of a punching bag for Wally whenever wally is VERY upset. Howdy for the most part won't do anything since he's used to it)

That's mostly the end to their relationship- it's pretty cut and dry for the most part- however if Wally was actually infatuated with Howdy, Wally would be at the bar a LOT more often (he usually drinks and has meetings in his office) just staring at Howdy and talking with others. However due to this, he'd sometimes get drunk (poor guy can't handle his liquor well) and would have to be escorted back to his room. It wouldn't be much of a thing if it wasn't for the fact his butler always carries him back. (sometimes it's Barnaby if Howdy is too busy- those are the only two he allows to pick him up). His behaviors is similar to normal wally in liking Howdy, except a lot more, u h, threatening and scary- even more obsessive and possessive, specially when Howdy and Frank are talking behind his back-

But you always find more lipstick on that you didn't order and your begining to think this prank for your shits in giggles will now have you have a shit ton of lipstick that cause you now have different colors of lipstick in your house

Eddie likes it cause it makes him feel special when you do it, even if it's on his cheek or forehead. First time you kissed his temple by surprise and he was looking to the side so you went for it and he froze and blushed for only half a hour

Julie and sally kinda caught you drawing with the lipstick on a window or mirror and then joined you even if you didn't give them a kiss they just like hanging out with you but frank kinda grabbed the lipstick and drew a proper sketch or drawing of a butterfly but then realized he just marked up his own window and got mad

Frank got a forehead kiss for you after he brought you a very nice sketch or painting of a butterfly (wally definitely didn't help him paint the portrait. Wally taught him how to a bit) and you gave him a little kiss on his head as a thank you

Poppy and Barnaby kinda knew what you where playing at when they saw red kiss marks on the other neighbors and you having red lips and poppy taught you how to put lipstick on properly cause you just put it on and accidentally smeared it when you tried to wipe it off

And wally knows a lot more colors than everyone so he likes to get lipstick from howdy if howdy has some and then looks at all the colors, his favorite is candy apple or Carmel apple red. Or just a rouge red

And that was a few months ago and you’re all healed up. Wally was strolling down the street when he sees you skipping along. And well if you’re you, he doesn’t need to worry.

“Hey, neighbor!”

“Oh! Hi, cutie. Are you going to Howdy’s for an apple? I’m getting a jalapeño.” You smile. You always give the neighborhood nickname and treat them with love because well, that’s how you are! And because you feel bad for terrorizing then for so long.

You walk inside with a chime from the bell above the door and greet Howdy. “Hi, Big Brother!”

“Good afternoon, sweetheart! Are you here for a jalapeño?” He muses with a smile and shuffles your hair.

You nod and hold you arms out with your palms up to receive your treat and then asked him for an apple. For extra sweetness? Regardless he gave it to you.

Next was Wally, who only gets one for obvious reasons.

Then, Barnaby, what’s with everyone wanting apples?

Then it was poppy getting her supply for baking sweets and when he saw that her feathers were a little discolored he knew it was you, but how can he prove it?

Sometimes I feel that Barnaby and Wally have this friendship like big bro/Lil bro, and Howdy being Barnabys bf has to put up with a lot of Wallys shenanigans for Barnaby (doesn't mind cause he also adores Wally I'm a big bro way)

Part 2 of my Blacklight Madness au repost!

All attacks shown can eventually kill the player(aka y/n), they work similarly to the undertale mechanics minus the literal hitbox you/the soul floats around in to dodge. The dodging mechanism would look more similar to Mario dream team bros. or fnf where the player stands opposite of their opponent. I’m yet to draw out concepts and all, but i’m already busy since i’ve taken it upon myself to draw out and design the entire club/home. And similar to fnaf sb each character will have their own little reserves.

The reserves aren’t exactly planned out but these will include things such as a large space inspired stage for sally, a silly dog/circus reserve for barnaby, howdys dj and disc shop, julies flower jungle, poppys very secret goodies shop, wallys art alley, eddies save room and franks bar. Home itself has its own hidden room which can only be accessible when the player beats all characters.

Hi bb! 💗 I'm curious to know who are your top 3 favourite Deano characters and why? (To watch or read or write or just look at 😉)

Ahh, what a nice question, bb! 💛💛💛 I always need to form an emotional connection with the characters, so... while Deano is always nice to look at, this is really based on the character themselves.

This was honestly kinda hard to answer.

1. Anders Johnson (The Almighty Johnsons)

This was probably an obvious answer, haha.

I love his sense of humour and desire to have fun. I love how cunning and cynical he can be, despite clearly having his own ethics and hopes for the future. I love how protective he is of his family/Dawn - especially when they don’t realize/appreciate it. I love when he’s confident and self-assured, but I also love when he’s vulnerable/we see his pain points (which all seem to revolve around his bros and Dawn? This is a man who loves certain people quite fiercely even if it’s not a romantic love and even if it's not always realized).

I interpret him as someone who has spent a lot of his life appeasing people to get by (whether his toxic childhood, or PR work in general, or Bragi powered interactions) but that desires to be more open with a few closer people. He both “trusts” them with his snarkier side and uses it as a shield to keep them from getting too close lest they hurt him with rejection. A bit of “well I don’t even like you anyway so there” at times, even tho it’s bs lol and only Axl ever seems to fully buy into it.

I feel like he needs some unconditional love in his life because it certainly didn’t happen with his parents, and it’s a bit touch and go at times with his bros. (Though Olaf seems very unconditional-grandpa-love? Maybe that’s why he and Olaf get on so easily.)

I think of him as a character that both represents aspects of myself and aspects I find attractive in others.

So in short, he’s my favourite because I think he’s very lovable and interesting and in need of love and he’s in a story where I love the concept and all the characters and it’s very easy to write him and imagine lots of scenarios for. 💛 (Also I find him very attractive in this role, even if he hated those absolutely magnificently tailored suits.)

2. Iolaus (Young Hercules)

Also probably not much of a shock, given he's the other Deano I have a sideblog for! This was the first role I actually saw Dean in, and I loved Iolaus so much back when this was on air, so it was wild to realize this was the same person who played Anders after I got into him haha.

Iolaus is once again a very funny, cunning, cocky character who has some insecurities that I find rather endearing. Iolaus is very charming to me, with his playfulness and heroics. I don't think the other characters see him as heroic necessarily, but he clearly cares about his friends and has many moments of being just as protective of others as Jason and Hercules. 💛

Also I'm always impressed that Iolaus seems to be able to keep up with Hercules; I don't know that he gets enough credit for that. He also should, by all rights, probably get with girls easier than he does since he's such a flirt. (He does have a bad habit of lying, though... Insecure bb.)

Basically I want to be in that world and give him all the love he deserves! I think it helps that I like the universe/world building/conceit of the show already, so I enjoy all the other characters and how they interact too.

Plus: Leather Pants? Those curls? Come on. 😩

3. Jon (Pork Pie)

This is where I got a little stumped. I also considered Barnaby and Will Johnson for third spot. Even as I write this I'm second-guessing my choice haha.

I really root for Jon. He's a fuck up, but he's trying to fix it. He's trying to make amends, and he gets caught up in a crazy situation, but he's so good-hearted. He means well, and you want him to succeed.

I love that he's a writer, but like, clearly not able to write because of what's been messing with his head (and then the shenanigans of the movie). His behaviours are just so funny at times, like how he orders his burger, his rapping along to the radio, etc. Even though I feel like Jon isn't funny in the sense of like, trying to be funny, he's really endearing and makes me laugh.

Mostly I think what I like about Jon is how "soft" he seems. Like, not in a weak way; he certainly powers through a lot of messed up situations and pulls off crazy things! But the motivation for all of it is this deep love he has, and I feel like he shows that love to his cohorts as well. He can be quite vulnerable at times, even when he seems to believe he will be rejected. The way he seems so touched by every kindness, his attempts to be supportive, and accepting...

I just really want to give this man a hug, haha.

Although I haven't formally written for him, I have a sequel to Pork Pie outlined in my WIPs that feels a bit daunting; both because of the plot I have in mind and because of how great the movie itself is. I feel like there's a lot to live up to, there, so we'll see if I ever end up writing it out haha.
