19 Small teaser from wip. From my Wip for Aurora/Dew fic

“Oh, oh, sorry Aurora! I thought you were Rain.” Dew was quick to apologize, pulling his pants closed and ready to turn back around to give her the privacy she deserved. As he turned though, he heard her phone playing something, and why did it sound like Rain’s voice.

Wait. That wasn’t Rain’s voice, that was his moans.

Dew’s eyebrows shot up into his forehead as his eyes snapped to Aurora’s. Aurora for her part was looking everywhere but at Dew, trying to find her phone and shut it off before more damning evidence was found.

Shuffling around on the bed, the blanket held up in front of her body, hands flailing around the bed, she desperately searched as she tried to talk over the sound from the phone. “Hey, Dew, what’s up?”

Where is that damn phone?

Dew’s mouth had dropped open as he heard himself also come through that speaker. “Aurora?”

Dew found the phone a second before Aurora did, quickly grabbing it from under her hand as pleaded to have her phone back. Dew flipped the phone over before she could get it out of his hand though. On the screen was a picture of Rain, and it was a good one. HIs hair disheveled, eyelids at half mast, tongue licking the bottom lip, Dew remembered this picture, he had taken it last Yule. They both had been up early, a little to early for Rain, they sat on the couch waiting for the others as they held hands. Dew had his phone out with his other hand, playing some dumb game on it. He turned to face his body towards Rain, and caught this picture in a quick moment. He also remembered what came after the capture of that picture, but that was another story.

It was one of his favorite pictures of Rain. Where did she even get that picture from?

He looked at Aurora questioningly as she clicked off the sound and placed her phone screen side down. The blush on her cheeks, started to finally click for him. She had a thing for Rain.

“Move over? Let’s talk?” He asked.

“It isn’t what it looks like Dew,” she started as she moved closer to the wall for Dew to face her in the bunk. Closing the curtain behind him as he got situated.

“It looks like you were getting off to Rain, am I wrong?”

Eyes cast downward, she shook her head slowly, “It won’t - won’t hap-.”

Dew brought his finger up to her lips to silence her confession.

“Would you like some help?” He asked.

“Help? Help, how?”

“Trust me?”

She slowly shook her head yes, of course she did, they were pack.

Facing each other, he grabbed for the phone again, bringing the picture back up for her to look at. He watched as her eyes dilated, wow she had it bad.

“He is beautiful, isn’t he?”

The Axolotl is named for the ancient Aztec god Xolotl. He was the twin brother of Quetzalcoatl both born to a virgin mother. He was the god of monsters, misfortune, sickness and deformities. He was a guide for the dead and one of his duties involved dragging the sun through the underworld each night, protecting it from the dangers there.
