Look, I know, canonically, Shen Yuan read PIDW in only 20 days, but I love thinking of him as a long-time hater/reader for silliness implications. Obviously he and Airplane don't know each other IRL, but imagine Airplane being like "Damn if I had to cast someone as SQQ, it'd be this guy just for the pure, scathing energy he radiates."

This is all well and good on its own, but it's also such a hilarious reason for SY to look like SQQ, even if it's only a little. Like he looks in a mirror the first time after transmigration and he's almost terrified because that's his face what the fuck???

I was thinking as I go through the original Mobile Suit: Gundam that the choice between Zeon and the Federation appears to me, in the aggregate, more or less as follows
