juno signs and their specific love language pt3🦋🪷
Tumblr media
Spy x Family
juno shows us what’s the style that functions better with you -relationships, meaningful committed partnership-, the characteristics of our ideal partner and more.
birth chart + tropical + whole sign system
take what resonates, leave what don’t 🎀 you don’t have to necessarily identify with it.
Sagittarius
how I’ll describe sag junos ideal partner: they’re telling you the truth. they put you in your place. they’re not letting you go until you open your eyes. they know they can’t control things but they’ll do everything to put a smile on you. your grin melts them. they wish you infinite joy. they won’t impose their mindset. they’ll let you be. sag juno travel between minds, social groups, countries, etc. they’re so absorbed by the unknown, they want to eat the world, they search that in a partner. first of all, they need a best friend who’s also their partner, someone who they’re NOT trying to be other person/ to only show an aspect of their person. they want to feel and be captivated by others mindset. I’m not only referring about knowledge of books and etc, I’m referring to experiences and what the other have had learned to deal with it. they’re captivated by the way their partner outcome without effort a situation that, at first sight, is seen as problematic, but the other will joke about it. it’s giving they want a sugar mommy/daddy. sag juno specific love language: they’ll put you in your place.
Scorpio
this is a more “I’ll kill and die for you” type of vibe. you want them to be your protector? how I’ll describe scorpio ideal partner: they’re so obsessed and consume by their partners. “obsessed” it’s not the correct word to describe it. they want nothing to happen to them. they want to get to know them deeply, since the beginning of their existence 😭 they want to know their traumas, they want to know why are the way they’re, the events who left a mark on their soul. EVERY DETAIL. how you feel about them, I think they consider a lot the emotions of their loved ones -partner- and how an experience/person made them feel. in conclusion, scorpio juno is needy jk THEY WANT CRAVE LOVE INTENSITY. they don’t like their partner to be superficial. they search for the meaning of “growing together as a couple”. they want to change -transform- with you, bc of you and beside you -NEED THEIR IDEAL PARTNER TO FEEL THE SAME-. scorpio juno has standards, “if you don’t have this I won’t be with you” kind of vibe. the love language of scorpio juno is staying with you no matter what or trying to make things easier, to protect your soul. ik I’m not mentioning a single and practical love language but scorpio juno is so intense I can’t 😝
Pisces
THE DELUSIONAL OF THE DELULUS. definitely gift giving or quality time love language. I imagine pisces juno in their head, spacing out, thinking about their crush and their crush is BESIDE THEM. EVERY TIME they open their eyes and leave the “best qualities of my soulmate/ideal partner” space they’re disappointed asf. I’ll describe how I think the ideal partner of pisces juno is: the incapability of setting boundaries i fear😤 PLS the handmade gifts, pictures, songs, drawings, every existing expression they can explode their artistic potential will be given to you, the chosen one. THEYRE THE DEFINITION OF EMPATHY, idc what others will say. they’ll show you parts of themselves others don’t know and don’t have the honor to enjoy. they’ll fucking accept you and take care of you generously. the things they’ll do for you comes from the bottom of their hearts. they’re so pure ☹️ but they could get lost in the idea of love, relationships. they won’t hesitate on helping you, as impulsive and incoherent as they are for who owns their heart. they literally FEEL their heart in your hands if they’re in love with you. they’re so vulnerable, you could throw away their heart AND THEY WILL LOVE YOU ANYWAYS. reminds me of a puppy eye person or an artist 😝 specific love language of pisces juno is GIVING THEIR HEART TO YOU (and they’re not deciding it, it happens) -yes, the same as their partner would bc THEY NEED TO BE RECIPROCATED- and also zoning out bc of you.

The thing with 3h stans is that they act like spoiled brats most of them, to the point of saying that 3h having 2 more cyls (cyl5 and cyl6) would be justified so the elitist would shut up, even if most users who don't want more 3h is bc it showed that when given those wins, IS go the laziest and boring way possible, instead bc of being the new game or hating it. Doing that they're not only spiting the elitists, but also other fans pd the franchise who want diversity or only want their faves.
I love how we’re just accepting the term elitists to refer to anyone who likes stuff prior to a certain game, like that’s not half the issue.
Are they saying they should do two CYL events per year, or that Three Houses deserves to sweep two more times?  Because one of those I’m on board with.  That said, it’s straight-up a popularity contest at this point, so like...it doesn’t matter how many people want variety.  All that matters is who gets votes.  Everyone wants their faves in the game, and everyone’s going to vote only for their favorites rather than the favorites of others.  That’s just how it rolls.  They’re not going to refuse voting for Three Houses characters just because it’s a guarantee they’ll get in or we have a ton of rep from that game already or other games need more recognition more desperately.  None of that matters to anyone.  The only reason I can care about variety is because I’ve played every game, so I can latch on to favorites throughout the series.
Also, I don’t think it’s just because it was a Three Houses sweep.  CYL would have always gone lazy if they were permitted.  CYL4 just had the unusual outcome of easily specing to Edelgard axe, Dimitri lance, Claude bow, Lysithea red tome.  Had Bernadetta won over Lysithea, they’d have two bows, and I can guarantee Bernadetta would’ve been a red bow since Claude got first pick.  Now, a Three Houses sweep would be almost required to end with some variety.  Like, suppose it’s F!Byleth, M!Byleth, Felix, and Marianne.  All of them are, barring Marianne, main sword.  F!Byleth wins overall, and takes sword as first pick, as part of her Enlightened One class.  M!Byleth won male division with more votes than Marianne and gets second pick, and takes Green Tome as the light magic option associated with Enlightened One.  Marianne got third and takes staff as a Holy Knight, because her main function is as a healer.  Felix gets last pick, and takes blue tome Mortal Savant to reference his lightning magic.  This is the pattern every CYL followed, except for CYL2.  First pick goes to the winner overall, but accommodations are made for those without a sensible alternative.  To prove the point:
CYL 1 winners: Lyn, Lucina, Ike, Roy.  By all accounts, Lyn should get first pick and take sword, but Roy got sword.  That’s because Lyn gets bows upon promotion, Lucina gets lance upon promotion, and Ike gets axe upon promotion.  Roy gets nothing.  So Roy kept his only available weapon, while the others got their backup for “uniqueness.”
CYL 2 winners: Hector, Celica, Ephraim, Veronica.  Celica got sword, and the only real anomaly is that Hector and Ephraim traded weapons.  This is the only legitimate instance of a creative outcome.  Veronica took staff because required.
CYL 3 winners: Alm, Micaiah, Camilla, Eliwood.  Two sword users natively, and Alm gets first pick, so he takes the sword.  Despite Camilla being known for axes, Micaiah outranked her and got first pick, and took Green tome to avoid color overlap with her other forms, which pushed Camilla into a different option.  She took staff as one of the few weapons her alts don’t have yet.  Eliwood then takes lance as the only option left, and the alternate option he gets upon promotion.
Every CYL only did something “unique” based on necessity from color overlap between winners.  CYL4 had no such overlap, so it was obvious from the instant results were out what they’d be.  I still don’t understand why anyone is surprised or even upset by the outcome they got.  CYL5 will be similarly boring if we get the right spread.  It’s just that so many main characters choose sword as their main deal, so overlap is hard to avoid.  Which is honestly an argument in favor of unexpected victors like Lysithea, who can run something different from the typical sword and not conflict with others.  But I guess then results would be “boring” because they’re taking their standard weapon.
I wonder if people bitched about Micaiah just being another magic user with her Brave alt.  No I am not going to look that up.

Aaaand one more to finish up, Legendary Tiki’s Infernal was already quite challenging so her Abyssal battle was infuriating at times. Fortunately I had a good movie on in the background so I stayed calm.
But yeah, so far I think Marth’s was still the hardest Abyssal, but this one definitely required the most finagling. Like, every single Draw Back is absolutely crucial for a number of reasons, and up until the last turn or 2, no other combination of events with these units could have gotten me to the end (I know because I tried essentially every single other outcome).
Builds were standard, with the updated Special Spiral on my Ike, only I had to use Warding Breath on him and Distant Def 3 as a seal on Micaiah.
Regardless, this was certainly a nice thing to do after failing to get more than one Ike from the legendary banner.

Can I use a Cox proportional hazard model to treatment effect?
In many clinical trials, the outcome of interest may be some form of time to event outcome. This could be time until death, time until hospitalization, or time until some other (typically negative) health event.
One simple way to model this is to use a Cox proportional hazard (a.k.a. exponential) model. The Cox model is one of the most popular in both academic research and for HTA submissions. For the Cox analysis to be valid, however, a few key assumptions must hold. These include: (i) hazard are proportional, (ii) linearity, (iii) additive, and (iv) examination of high-leverage points. Let’s look at each of these in turn.
Test for proportional hazard
The first step when examining whether the hazard is proportional is to do a visual inspection. One can plot the Kaplan-Meier curves by subgroup and examine whether the hazard appears to create lines with a fairly constant proportional distance.
Tumblr media
However, this is only a first step. Another approach is to plot the log(-log(survival)) against log(time) graph. If the predictor is proportional, the lines should be parallel.
Tumblr media
https://bookdown.org/sestelo/sa_financial/how-to-evaluate-the-ph-assumption.html
A more formal statistical test for proportional hazards relies on using the Schoenfeld residuals. Rather than estimating a single residual for each individual observation, Schoenfeld (1982) proposed calculating a separate residual for each individual for each covariate. Note that the Schoenfeld residuals are not defined for censored individuals. They are calculated as covariate-value for a given individual who actually died at time t minus the expected value of the covariate for the at risk set at t. The formula is below where xik is the covariate value for covariate k for person i who died at time ti less the probability of that covariate for the people in the at risk group where pj is the probability of dying at time ti. A plot of the residuals is also below. More information can be found here.

Testing for additivity
Testing for additivity is fairly simple and is similar to issues present in any regression model. The standard approach assumes that all variables enter in without interaction. To test for additivity, simple add in interaction terms. For instance, if you have age and gender in your Cox model, include an age-gender interaction term.
Testing for linearity
Covariates may also enter in a non-linear way. One way to do do this is to include nonlinear terms (e.g., polynomial terms like squares or cubes). One can also include a spline term. One can create a spline term in R using the pspline command. For instance:
Tumblr media
Sensitivity to outliers
As in all models, extreme outliers (whether much longer or much shorter survival than average) can have a large influence on the results. Looking into the data and understanding these high-leverage points will be important as they can lead to violation of the three assumptions described above.
In summary
Proportional hazard models are a simple, clear method for conducting survival analysis. To be confident in the results of your model, however, testing for proportional hazards, linearity, additivity and identification of high-leverage outlier points are all needed to help validate the findings from your model.

The top 5 trends in trucking
Looking back, searching forward. It’s what we do right here at the stop of the year, an artificial boundary in time. Reporting on the trucking industry used to be eventful in 2018, and it looks to get even greater exciting in 2019. Here are nine areas I believe we’ll be maintaining a close eye on in the new year:
1. The economy
The financial outlook is not as rosy as it used to be a year ago. In the past couple of months, some notes of caution and uncertainty have started to creep into discussions about the health of the economy. It’s no longer doom and gloom or clouds on the horizon, necessarily, but matters do appear a little foggy, particularly the farther you get down the road.
This is the second longest financial growth in our history, and American Trucking Associations Chief Economist Bob Costello says there’s “no motive it shouldn’t be the longest.” He notes that economic expansions don’t die of old age; they die of something else. Economic growth as measured with the aid of gross domestic product, or GDP, improved 3.5% in the third quarter, which whilst down from 4.2% in the 2d quarter, was once nothing to sneeze at.
Generally what I’m hearing is that there’s plenty of momentum in the financial system to take us at least via the first half of the year. FTR economist There are some monetary symptoms that are troublesome, like the stock market and housing, and the reality that a lot of the Trump tax reduce is going to inventory buybacks as adverse to capital investment. The biggest problem is the uncertainty brought about by tariffs and change wars. Some monetary professionals are predicting a slowdown going into 2020.
But other numbers still seem good. HDT’s contributing economic expert, Jeff Kauffman, wrote in his Behind the Numbers column remaining month that looking at industrial production and inventories, we’re still at a excellent location in the enterprise cycle.
I appreciated how FTR senior economist Bill Witte described his outlook in a November conference call: “My model is that 2019 is in truth going to be a sequel of 2018 — with a caveat: sequels are nearly by no means as accurate as the original.”
If Congress manages to overcome its partisanship and pass much-needed infrastructure reform, that ought to lead to an economic boost.
2. Regulatory relief
I’ve been masking this industry 28 years and by no means have I seen such a love fest between trucking lobbyists and the business enterprise regulating trucking. At the American Trucking Associations’ Management Conference and Exhibition in October, ATA chief Chris Spear said, “We have no longer witnessed this degree of engagement given that the inception of [the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration],” some 20 years ago. FMCSA chief Ray Martinez bought a heat welcome at the meeting, where he garnered spontaneous applause when he stated he was “very concerned” about the truth that state meal/rest wreck rules fighting with federal safety regs — and as I used to be writing this on Dec. 21, the FMCSA announced it was granting the American Trucking Associations’ petition to pre-empt puzzling and duplicative kingdom relaxation spoil rules.
ELDs show up to be right here to stay. If you’re nevertheless on grandfathered automated onboard recording units (AOBRDs,) don’t wait until the closing minute to upgrade to ELDs as required with the aid of this December. However, the data that can be gleaned from the devise make changes in hours of carrier regulations extra likely.
In addition, the employer has “fast tracked” the industry’s request to revisit the hours of provider guidelines in the mild of facts being reachable from now-mandatory digital logging devices.
Of one-of-a-kind activity is restoring split-sleeper-berth flexibility; the organisation canceled a deliberate pilot software and went straight to asking fleets to share data. This is something that many in trucking have been asking for. However, I’m now not sure that ELD information can sincerely inform the employer whether such rules outcomes in truck drivers being fatigued or not. Science tells us that a single eight-hour sleep period is extra restorative than splitting it up.
Of course, even “fast-tracking” a rule when you’re talking about the federal authorities ability two years, minimum, assuming no lawsuits from security advocates or other groups, which have dogged preceding hours of provider rulemakings.
3. Electric trucks, aka e-mobility
“Self-driving trucks” have simply caught the imagination of the mainstream and tech media on the grounds that the Freightliner Inspiration concept truck drove itself throughout the Hoover Dam in 2015.
Uber shuttered its self sufficient truck improvement mid-year, however new startups have emerged, such as Ike and Embark. And then there are the thinking vehicles. Volvo confirmed off a notion tractor, Vera, with no cab at all. Mercedes showed off a pod concept for city transport called the Urbanetic, where passenger and cargo pods had been interchangeable on the same electric autonomous chassis. ZF confirmed off an autonomous cargo van.
But simply when, or even if, we’ll see authentic “self-driving trucks” in the real world is a rely of plenty debate, internal and outdoor the industry. Even our own group of workers disagrees amongst ourselves.
What I do feel positive of is that some of the technologies that would make self sufficient vans possible will be pulled forward into advanced driver assistance systems, or ADAS. We’ve considered quite a few groups working on steerage advances, for instance (watch for Jim Park’s feature in the January difficulty of HDT), and I have little doubt that this year we’ll see some of those displaying up on real-world truck models.
4. Drugs
With the midterm elections, legalization, whether or not for leisure or medicinal use, continues to unfold to extra states, and now Canada. As a panel dialogue explored this fall, trucking is caught between a rock and a challenging place when it comes to marijuana, between public opinion and increasingly liberal state laws on cannabis use on one hand, and a federal government that classifies marijuana as one of the most unsafe unlawful drugs on the other.
On pinnacle of that, the opioid epidemic is blamed for shortening our common lifespan, due to more overdoses amongst younger adults. The CDC says opioids now kill more Americans than weapons or breast cancer.
There has been motion in Washington to enable hair-follicle checking out of drivers to meet federal transportation requirements. Fleets that use hair checking out in addition to the presently required urine tests have observed many extra high quality take a look at effects among potential drivers.
On a related note, the federal drug- and alcohol-testing clearinghouse is still stalled thanks to more than a few glitches. This clearinghouse will make it more difficult for drivers to take a look at advantageous at one organization then go down the street and go to work for another.
5. Data technology
We’re carrying computers round in our pockets, and artificial Genius is being used for the whole thing from examining dash-cam facts to improve safety to finding the most environment friendly approaches to load trailers. We’ll see extended use and sophistication of telematics and information analytics, faraway diagnostics and over-the-air updates, sophisticated freight-matching algorithms and apps.
A few greater things to hold your eye on in 2019:
• Artificial Intelligence. One example: XPO says it’s planning to use artificial brain equipment and laptop imaginative and prescient technological know-how to assist cross-dock operators make certain inbound pallets are loaded into the most appropriate trailers, in the proper sequence, for the greatest effectivity at some point of delivery. Other companies are working on the usage of AI for predictive maintenance, and through “edge analytics” on the car to analyze driver behaviors in actual time.
• Blockchain. Startup corporation dexFreight these days announced it had carried out its first blockchain-based cargo using clever contracts. And Walmart has announced it will use blockchain to tune leafy vegetables from farm to shelf in the wake of contaminated romaine episodes in 2018. A wave of businesses have joined the Blockchain in Transportation Alliance to assist work out standards.
• Voice-activated systems. As smart-speaker and voice activated technologies such as Amazon Alexa, Siri, and others turn out to be extra broadly used in the mainstream world, anticipate to see more of this put to use in the trucking and logistics arena. For instance, I.D. Systems showed off Lucy, an integrated voice-activated gadget that permits a consumer to get records from the fleet’s asset and cargo database besides having to manually pull reports, such as exact in-transit reporting and real-time status and analytics.
There’s more, of course. I should go on and on. E-commerce, cybersecurity, gasoline efficiency, emissions regulations… It’s going to be an interesting year.

Ik you haven't watched it recently, but what do you think of Casualty's Cal Ethan Alicia love triangle?
Honestly? It’s one of the main reasons I stopped watching. Execution and production value are both very important aspects of a show for me. In recent episodes (especially in terms of the “love stories”) Casualty has failed to deliver in regards to both of these aspects and it’s put me right off. Romances and, dare I say it, love triangles can simultaneously be intriguing and entertaining to watch but only if executed to a high standard that makes them intriguing and entertaining.
You can’t just slap down a rough idea and write it as it comes to you. Storylines need to undergo proper, detailed planning. The outcome should be planned to at least some degree before the storyline is introduced to the show. It’s always important to have an exact starting point and at least a rough idea of where the storyline needs to end. If the end is unknown, it just makes it harder to work out what should happen in the middle. Which usually seems to be the downfall of most of Casualty’s more recent storylines.
Most people might disagree with me, which is fair enough, but the execution of at least the romance storylines makes it rather obvious that the writers haven’t planned what they’re doing to a high enough standard. This Ethan, Cal and Alicia love triangle has been going on for a while now - pretty much ever since she came back to Holby, I believe, and that was a fair few months ago. It did die down slightly in the middle but every time they revive it the same thing basically happens and the storyline goes nowhere. It’s stuck in a rut, unable to progress, and unable to be either entertaining or intriguing because the writers have no foresight and haven’t put enough effort into writing it.
Even though it’s not what you asked about, another example of a shoddily written romance storyline would be the current affairs of “Jonnie”. We’ve seen it all before - literally, including this wrap around back to Elle and how Connie is seemingly jealous of her friendship with Jacob. I suppose the shippers aren’t really invested in the production value of their ship’s storylines but the average viewer is. Because they’re not watching to see their favourite couple have some screen time. They’re watching for the drama and the tension and the chain reactions that occur because of certain events. They’re there for the arguing, and the mystery, and the intrigue.
Not the confusing, cliched, poorly written nonsense represented by Casualty’s current love affairs. That’s not to say romance plots shouldn’t be present in the show. It’s just that they don’t work in the slightest if no time, thought and effort is put into producing them.
Also I realise this went into more of a general rant and I apologise. x
