2: A creation that came out completely different to what you had first pictured in your mind? i honestly didn’t know where i was going when i made this sarawatine edit. Usually I’ll plan out the entire gifset beforehand, but my only goal with this one was to relearn blending, so I just created the rest of the gifs around the second gif. 

7: What is something you want to develop in your future creations? I really want to learn how to video edit 😭 thats the ultimate goal. giffing wise, id love to learn different text and blending effects. 

10: An old creation that will always have a special place in your heart? my coliver sets are my children ♥ especially this one and this one. And this spn set .

25: Do you use PSDs or colour everything by scratch? I have basic psds for light and dark scenes for every show i create for, and then i’ll tweak them to fit the scene. I use them if im feeling lazy, of it’s for a basic gifset. But most of the time I like doing it from scratch; coloring is my favourite thing about giffing, and it’s just so relaxing.

47: What advice would you give to someone who’s just started creating? Create stuff for yourself, first and foremost. It’s so easy to get caught into the thrill of racking up a lot of notes, but that shouldn’t be the goal because it’s so easy to get discouraged. There’s a bunch of resource blogs that have a wide range of tutorials to help. And just take it slowly and learn at your own pace, and just have fun? ♥ thats the most important thing.

Hmm, I don't have the rest of this scene but, I feel her questioning of things could have been smoothed over. Like cooperation is more logical in a world that isn't in the Void's conditions. I feel that could have been a good segway of, coliving but still not really getting it and making mistakes. I'll still stick to msq reactions in these posts but it's hard when the overall execution is this awkward

F: Share a snippet from one of your favorite dialogue scenes you’ve written and explain why you’re proud of it.

Connor takes a shaky breath before looking over at Aiden. “I used to think we’d end up together. I really did. Or maybe I’d hope. I don’t know. It always felt easier without the pressure of soulmates. Like it wouldn’t be my fault if it fell apart.”

Aiden squeezes his hand. “Trust me. I know. Me too for a while there.” He lets go and offers Connor the joint. Connor shakes his head. He already feels the fog from it around him.

“I used to wonder how soulmates could feel any better.”

“And yet—”

“And yet, yeah. Different. And better. I was mad at you for so long.” He stretches out his hand. “Alright, give it to me.”

Aiden chuckles, finishes his hit, and hands it over. “I remember. You barely talked to me. You also tried to sabotage Michaela’s job with Annalise.”

“Yeah, well, I was pissed.” They both laugh before the silence hits them again, and despite everything, Connor can’t help but smile.

Potentially unexpected, but I really enjoyed the dynamic between Connor and Aiden in my Coliver fic Colorblind. You know they have a past and genuinely care for each other, and I tried to give a sense of that in their familiarity throughout the fic.

But you also get that there was also never any real resolution between what happened. They just sort of moved past it at some point and chose not to talk about it.

And I don’t think Connor ever could allow himself to be that vulnerable before he found his happiness with Oliver. But it’s this moment of openness where they can look back and acknowledge that they did love each other and that it was real and visceral. They’re both happier now and different people, but by living in the truth in that moment, they kinda experience a catharsis that neither realized that they needed.

Plus, I’m a sucker for stoner fics or moments, so ya know....

Anyway, I hope all that come across in my writing and doesn’t sound boastful. 😬😬😬

G: Do you write your story from start to finish, or do you write the scenes out of order?

I mostly write it in order, but I’m not a stickler with it. If I’m stuck, sometimes I skip ahead, and I almost always save sex scenes for last since I don’t love writing them 90% of the time. Also, if I find myself thinking forward to a particular scene, I’ll try to flesh it out.

The only time it’s really uncommon is with my shorter one shots (under 4k). Basically, if it’s written in one sitting, it disrupts the flow.

L: How many times do you usually revise your fic/chapter before posting?

Oh boy. Okay, awful to admit, but once or not at all. I also write half my fics on my phone, so typos are inevitable. It’s a mess, and I need to do better—I know!

O: How do you begin a story–with the plot, or the characters?

Hmm, a little bit of both. I’ve had those moments where I try to plan out a fic based on an idea, only to later have it click that it would work better with a different ship or in another fandom.

I’m such an AU person, but I’m always particular that the AU tropes fit the character dynamics, and it’s hard for me to force that.

Sooo, I finished How To Get Away With Murder.

Listen, it's a good show, solid ending, totally bingable and enjoyable, but I can't pretend I cared about anything other than Coliver since like.. the middle of S1.

I'm pretty satisfied with their ending. Yeah, i sure wish we'd seen more of their happy ending and maybe a liiiittle less heartwrenching angst and divorce talk in the last episode would've been great, but hell, half of the characters are dead and literally no other couple made it all the way so, you know what, I'm definitely counting myself lucky.

The fact that they were together basically from the first to the last episode is pretty damn epic. I actually can't think of another TV couple that gets together in the first ep and is endgame.

So, yeah, I'm pretty happy and the only thing I'm missing is fanfics about the gap in their life. Damn, this ship doesn't have enough fanfics.

my top five from different categories:

my fave american show would have to be How to Get Away With Murder

even though I haven’t fully finished it, it’s a fun watch and interesting. it also has coliver so there’s that lol

my fave kdrama? hmmm probably Coffee Prince

it was the cutest show, and i have rewatched it several times. an oldie but a goodie!

my fav chinese show? hmmm probably Love O2O (and yes the show lol)

it may be something about the video game aspect or whatever i just really love this show and im on my fifth rewatch!

my fav thai bl show is a really tough one but i’ll have to say......rn Until We Meet Again

the storyline is just really good and actors are doing really well (and the lbc actors are all present?????? (rip miss you saint) but yes this show has been a good watch thus far

and lastly, my fav taiwanese bl show... (and totally not cheating)... the HIStory Series!!!

Crossing the Line was amazing to watch, and the first one i saw of HIStory

Trapped was a wild ride but a fun one nonetheless!

Make Our Days Count is just..... a LOT. but i still love it. the characters are very goofy, i’ve enjoyed it!
