mainly cheol getting sulky when nari’s attention is on someone else.

nari’s birthday live !

nari was celebrating sitting on a table, in front of a decorated wall full of pictures of her, flowers, ballons and messages from her members. she had a cute little smile on her face and a cute “birthday girl” tiara on her head. her cake was butterfly shaped, with candles and a cute “our nabi day”.

she was radiant and really excited, babbling about her day to everyone. she even got the members to join the live, most of them commenting their birthday wishes to the young woman.

“they’ve been so nice to me, i got lots of gifts today!”, she said all excited, getting up to gather whatever she could of her gifts.

“so, jeonghanie, shua and kwanie sent me a huge bouquet and a breakfast basket today.”, she held them up, smiling at the camera. “hao made a beautiful painting for me.”, she proudly showcased the art hanging on her apartment’s wall. “and coupsie gave me a necklace!”

“junie, wonu, hoshi and woozi surprised me with lots of plushies and took me out for lunch today.”, she showed her phone to the live, a picture of the plushies on the screen. “also, dino took me to the stores and bought a bracelet to me, look!”, she showed her wrist to the camera, the silver piece glimmering on the camera.

“vernon bought me a new lego set too.”, she held the box up, smiling brightly. “i’ll probably build it with him! ah, kyeom and gyu also tagged along witn dino and i, they got me this bag and keychain – from gyu – and a new set of sanrio mystery boxes from seokminie! i’m gonna open them with you right now!”, she showed the six boxes to the camera, all which held mysterious collectible figures inside.

as nari started to open them, she also got back to reading the comments. most of the carats being excited and matching her enthusiasm with her gifts, though, some held the same question as cheol.

— hey! show my gift too 🥺

nari immediately laughed, cooing because of the emoji as she could picture her boyfriend’s pouting face.

“am i allowed to?”, she questioned, looking at the staff. they shrugged, so she took the item out of her shirt’s collar. “cheolie got me this beautiful necklace that i talked about…”

she got closer so the camera could see, a small ‘s+n’ engraved on it. the pendant was heart shaped, with a little diamond craved on the top. she had a shy grin on her face as she showed it, the comments going so fast that she couldn’t keep up with them.

she just laughed, singing “jealousy coupsie” in a playful way.

the hug incident !

as the second day of the ‘be the sun’ tour in seoul happened, at the never-ending ‘aju nice’, nari and the members kept on jumping around with the crowd. they were interacting and taking pictures, some doing fan service and laughing as carats went crazy.

nari and mingyu were next to each other, with him shaking her by the shoulders while nari faced the audience with a fake annoyed expression – which turned in giggles in a matter of seconds. then, gyu grabbed her arm so they could jump together, the girl almost not being able to catch up with him due to the height difference.

as she grew tired, nari made a heart with him to which the hyper puppy almost immediately responded with the other half. she smiled and hugged the boy’s neck as he bent to her level, quickly skipping away from him to find another member.

the moments was displayed on the big screen, the crowd cheering louder. the other members watched it to see what made them so happy, chuckling when they saw the duo’s interaction. though, one of them had a big pout on his face and turned to the girl with a big scowl when she approached him.

“go hug the big puppy!”, he said, turning away from her, leaving a dumbfounded nari standing with her arms open and a disbelieving expression on her face. seokmin – who saw the whole thing – just laughed and hugged the girl, laughing even more when cheol hugged jun out of pettiness, all while looking at nari with his tongue showing.

nari x vogue !

nari had recently done a photoshoot with vogue and, to promote it, she took some backstage pictures to post after the release of the magazine. she had a beautiful no-straps white bra with a beige blazer and matching skirt, the underwear’s band appearing from the skirt’s waistband.

she posed in various positions, some more provocative and others more laid-back – getting hair and makeup done, doing silly faces and all. one in particular got everyone in a frenzy; nari on her knees with the blazer hanging from her shoulder and her head tilted to the side.

the moment the pictures were posted on her instagram, nari immediately got thousands of comments and likes, the post quickly becoming one of her most famous instagram posts.

though, not only the pictures were a reason for this post to go viral – no, the comment seungcheol left just added more fuel to the fire.

‘sound_of_coups i already saw it, you can delete it now 🥰’

the boys teased him endlessly for that, coups getting so flustered that he ended up deleting his comment instead.

nari was having her first ever solo music bank interview. she was being interviewed alongside enhypen and kept on smiling adoringly at the boys’ direction whenever they would speak. she was also having fun laughing at chaemin’s face whenever eunchae would tease him.

at some point though, ni-ki got off-frame to get something, quickly coming back with a beautiful bouquet just as heeseung stopped talking.

“we got a bouquet of flower to our nabi-noona.”, he held them towards her, his ears getting red as she got the bouquet from him and pinched his cheeks. “congrats on your solo debut, fighting!”

as he got back to place, yumi could be seen whispering “coups-nim is so gonna talk about it” to sunoo.

a few minutes later, a very sad seungcheol started to rant on weverse. people found it hilarious, he was so sulky just because nari pinched the boy’s cheek.

‘will i have to be in another group to be treated like that? i also sent her flowers 😶’

to which, hours later, nari responded with a picture of her pinching coups’ cheek and him smiling adorably to the camera, her expression being of a – fake – fed up person.

the sleepy nari video

while waiting for their time to pre-record the performance, seventeen was in their waiting room. they all had woken up early due to the recording time, so everyone was a bit sleepy — including nari.

so, she decided to sleep for a bit. she found a throw blanket around and used it to cover herself, got comfortable and boom: fell asleep. everyone just ignored, some took pictures but that was it. everyone but seungcheol.

he took out his phone and decided to film the girl, calling her ‘yeobo’ and ‘cute’ because of her adorable sleepy face. nari ended up waking up and got flustered, hiding underneath her giant blanket to protect her image — and her blushing face — from her boyfriend.

on her birthday, coups posted the video with a little ‘happy birthday! ❤️’ which is his most famous and most commented weverse post. from then on, everyone was pretty sure that those two were either dating or already married.

the vlog incident

nari was filming a vlog peacefully while seventeen was in paris for their tour stop. she filmed herself eating, walking, buying stuff and even interacting with fans she found along the way. then, she decided to go back to her hotel and give the fans a little tour before she did her skincare routine to go to sleep.

to show that it wasn’t too late and that she was just tired, nari decided to show the hour on her phone. turns out that her wallpaper was of her and someone holding hands, the hairstyle a little too similar to the group’s leader one. when she realized, she just shrugged and kept on talking.

while editing, they decided to blur the wallpaper part and just show the hours. nari, being a little shit, when asked about it on weverse, just posted a picture of her lockscreen with the same wallpaper with a little ‘☺️’ emoji.

everyone went crazy, trying to theorize who it could be. nari never answered, but everyone is pretty sure that they know who it is, since the man himself has already shown a picture in the same outfit, with the same hairstyle and background.

the family vacation

seungcheol had flown to his hometown to spend some days with his family for the holidays, fans were super happy and while he was doing a live when he got back, they started asking stuff about his trip.

cheol just answered them all while with a big smile on his face. then, someone had the brilliant idea of asking him to show pictures he took while there. then, a picture of him holding hands with someone was shown and, this ‘someone’s hand was exactly the same as seventeen’s only female member. the same rings, nail design from that time, the bracelet, etcetera.

when people asked who it was he just shrugged and gave the camera a playful smirk, mumbling ‘you know who it is…’

people went crazy on the internet since they were literally confirming their relationship to the whole world without a care. also, because they were the first idols that confirmed their relationship without their company and indirectly.

the super promotions

while they were behind the cameras adjusting everything for the mv shoots to start, there was a cameraman following seventeen around.

nari was getting the last touches of her makeup when it approached her, showing nari with a blanket around her body and coups’ hands around her waist with his head on her shoulder, his eyes closed while they hummed a song together. everyone else just ignoring while doing their own things.

fans were so shocked when the company just posted the video without editing this part out because of all the rumours, just making their relationship be even more confirmed than before. people were starting to realize that they aren’t hiding, they just weren’t directly saying it.

the in the soop phone call

their second visit to in the soop was just as relaxing in nari’s eyes, she loves the vibes and the calming feeling of just having to relax and do whatever she wants — thats is allowed, obviously.

so, while laying down around the lake to enjoy the calm breeze, she decided to call someone. nari took out her phone and dialed her mom’s phone, talking to her for a while and then laughing when the woman told her she thought nari would be calling her other ‘mom’. nari denied and said she would do it later.

when they hung up, nari went back to her contacts and called someone else. when they picked it up, nari immediately exclaimed a ‘mom!’ on the phone, smiling brightly when the person called her ‘my daughter-in-law!’. they talked for a long time, then, cheol approached her and nari said on the phone ‘your son is coming, want to talk to him?’.

this clip went viral from how casual they talked about this on camera, as if they literally couldn’t care less about being exposed to the public. just feeding into the dating allegations. especially now that people knew that even cheol’s mom called nari her daughter-in-law and how comfortable that nari was with her, even calling the woman just to chat.

the instagram stories on valentine’s

on february 14, nari posted a picture on her instagram story of a flower bouquet and also tagged cheol with a heart emoji. soon after, she also posted a picture of a breakfast on bed on her stories as well, her hand completing the heart of another hand — a man’s hand, to be specific.

people quickly assimilated the hand to cheol’s own hand, since the ring on it looked exactly like his. this story was posted everywhere with the proof of it being his hand.

fans went wild for this, nari literally just confirmed with a picture, on valentine’s day, that they were literally dating. there were never words, these two pictures were enough.

the airport issue / part one.

warnings: stalkers, mentions of panic attack symptoms, an angry seungcheol, creepy man bothering nari. also, not proofread! (a/n: im so sorry for disappearing for such a long time, but im back now!! hope you like it <3)

seventeen was currently on their way to incheon’s airport so they could finally start their ‘face the sun’ world tour. everyone was so hyped up since it had been years since their last tour. and nari was no different from any of them.

you could sense her excitement from far away, her legs bouncing, the grin on her face and the way she couldn’t stop talking about all the things she wanted to do were big give aways of her feelings. all the members were so happy to see their sister like this, especially her boyfriend whose hands were busy taking pictures of the only girl’s smiley face. the day couldn’t go bad.

oh boy, how wrong they could be…

as soon as they arrived, the managers started to give them directions to follow so nothing would happen to anyone during the short-but-long walk to the boarding gate. nari nodded through it all and immediately linked her arm with jeonghan’s to walk through it all. he smiled at her and tightened his grip, holding his bag with one hand and her arm with the other.

nari’s bags were in seungcheol’s hand, so he walked pretty close to the pair, keeping a close eye on them. they ended up taking the infamous airport entrance pictures and started their small journey through the huge place.

they formed a small circle to walk close to one another, being mindful of the amount of people who were there. the walk started with everything going according to their plan, nothing out of place. though, at some point, nari felt that one of her sandals had slipped from her feet due to their rapid walking. so, she carefully unlinked her arm from jeonghan’s to get her shoe back.

as she did it, nari slightly distances herself from the members and the security guards since they were at the back of the circle when she distanced from them. when she found her shoe, she immediately put it on again and ran to catch up with everyone.

seungcheol had looked to his phone for a second and then, when he turned back to the members, he couldn’t find his girlfriend. he started to worry as soon as he realized and stopped walking. coups looked back to make sure she was still at the airport and sighed when he saw her just a few steps away, smiling at the fans.

though, his face became stoic as soon as he saw someone – or, as all of the members knew, nari’s sasaeng – approaching the girl with a big camera and a bag full of stuff while holding something in their clenched fist. they gripped nari’s arms to hold her in place and, by the woman’s face, the grip was far from gentle.

nari could feel her throat closing as the person held her in place, putting their face as close to her as they could. in their hand they held a type of blade, something that made the seventeen member eyes’ widen as soon as she saw it.

“you can’t date anyone… i saw the pictures online, i saw the date in person. if i catch you and seungcheol together again this won’t end up well.”, they muttered while looking in her eyes. “did you understand me?”

at this point the whole airport had gone silent and the members had all stopped walking when they sensed the weird atmosphere. though, when they spotted their only female member being assaulted, they couldn’t hold back any longer. specially when you could see the fear in nari’s face from far.

“hey, you!”, coups yelled out, coming closer to them in heavy steps. “get away from her! you are hurting her!”

he slightly pushed the man, glaring with angry eyes. he couldn’t believe that it was happening. the man immediately backed away, but kept alternating his gaze from him to nari.

“i just wanted to give this to her…”, he took something in a gift wrap out of his bag and held it towards her, putting on his most convincing smile. “and talk for a bit, she already got the message so i can go now. sorry for the disturbance!” the man slightly bowed and distanced himself, not before the security guards took pictures of him to send to the higher ups since it was the first time they got his whole face on camera.

it wasn’t the first time they had seen him at the same place as seventeen, always keeping an eye on nari and even trying to get close to her – at personal outings too.

“are you okay?”, coups asked her gently, trying to not startle her after everything that just happened. “do you want to be escorted alone? we can arrange something…”

nari sniffled and shook her head, quickly wiping her eyes so the tears won’t fall. she couldn’t believe that this happened, though she wasn’t surprised since this time comes to every idol at some point.

“i just want to go, please.” and that they did, without stopping. though, the man’s face didn’t leave anyone’s mind – specially seungcheol’s.

nari was sitting on the couch, her airpods on while she listened to a true crimes podcast. she was concentrated, her eyes fixed on the ceiling while she nodded to some of the words spoken through her earphones. she was alone for the most part, though, when the podcast was coming to an end, vernon appeared to sit down near her.

“what are you doing?”, he asked her while throwing himself on the space by her side. she looked at him and grinned, lighting up her phone screen so he could see it. vernon nodded, closing his eyes and just enjoying the moment.

when it finally ended, nari’s hand went to the younger man’s hair, playing with the strands while hansol opened his eyes to look at her.

“do you want to talk? you look serious.”, nari pointed out, fingers massaging his scalp. vernon sighed and sat up, nari doing the same when she saw his expression. “hey, nonie-ah, what’s wrong?”

“i’ve just been thinking about the future…”, he looked at her. “you know… coups and jeonghan hyung having to enlist and all… like, how are we going to be. it’s not gonna be the same without them. you get it, right?”

when he got no response, vernon got concerned. nari’s head was tilted down, she was playing with her fingers while biting her lower lip. when she looked up he could see her eyes filled with tears that she was holding back from spilling.

“i hate thinking about it…”, she sniffled, taking a deep breath in. “like… two years is a long time, just thinking about not always being with them after a decade is so weird. i hate it.”, and then the waterfalls started. tear after tear rolled down her cheeks.

vernon panicked; he just said his thoughts, nothing too serious. nari herself had asked him what he was thinking and he was upset with the thought, she was trying to comfort him. though, now, it looks like she’s the one in need of comfort.

“hey, noona.”, hansol held her hand, making her look at him and wipe her tears away, sniffling. “we are going to be okay, trust me. they will be okay and you two will also be okay, trust me.”

weverse live

during one of nari’s date nights with the fans — in which she does a live while having dinner, all dressed up with some candles lit up around the room — someone decided to talk about seventeen’s future in the comments. needless to say: a big mistake – especially with nari.

‘i’m so scared of next year… coups enlisting and everything… how do you feel about it?’, that, a question as simple as that made the woman stop to think about every single one of her life choices.

“oh… i don’t know what to say…”, she pouted, her forehead wrinkling due to her eyes getting watery, nari took a deep breath, her mind far away as she thought about their enlistment. “it��s- it’s a difficult topic to talk about…”, she breathed out, closing her eyes quickly to not cry in front of the cameras. “i don’t want to talk about it until it happens.”, she concluded, eyes and mind drifted far away from the phone she was using.

backstage of music bank

seventeen was joking around in their dressing room at music bank. nari’s head rested peacefully against chan’s shoulder as he played on his phone, chuckling occasionally from listening to the older members’ conversation.

out of nowhere he laughed out loud, throwing his head back while thrusting his phone on nari’s face so she could see what made him laugh like that. when she looked, her smile dropped instantly, a frown and pout appearing instead.

“ya! what is this? why would you do this?”, she whined, putting the phone back on his lap and laying her head on the armrest, her headphones tight on her head. nari hid her head against the back of the couch, her back facing the other members.

everyone looked at dino worryingly, trying to get him to say what he did wrong. the boy could only shake his head, just showing them the image he had edited — a bald seungcheol. they all had frowns on their faces, except the boyfriend himself. he just sighed, getting up and throwing her on his shoulder, getting out of the room so they could talk more privately, the others chuckling as they saw nari’s upside down confused face.

“baby.”, cheol started, his hands holding hers tightly. they were in a deserted hallway near the bathroom, a quiet place so they could talk peacefully. “you know you can visit me, right?”, he caressed the back of her hands with his thumbs, holding eye contact with the girl.

she pouted, clearly upset with the thought. “i know that, but it’s not the same…”, nari sniffled. “we aren’t going to sleep in the same bed, i won’t be able to get your hugs and kisses any time i want them, i won’t be able to talk to you whenever i want and most of all; i know i’ll miss you a lot. it’s been more than ten years already, you’ve been in my life for almost half of it — i can’t imagine being without you.”, as she finished, the hwang girl buried her face on the older boy’s neck, his collarbone getting slightly damp due to her tears.

from then on, seungcheol promised himself to try his hardest to be able to talk to her everyday when he has to go to army and reserve a special time just for her — and, most importantly; never talk about it if it’s not necessary.

knowing bros

for the first time ever, nari went to a variety show completely alone. she was promoting her first solo album and, to bring more attention to it, why wouldn’t she go to one of the most famous variety shows amongst the industry?

as she was doing the ‘guess about me’ segment, one of the things she asked was ‘what i hate the most?’ and, from then on, it was just pure chaos.

some of the members yelled silly things like ‘breaking your nail’, or ‘sleeping with the warm side of the pillow’ going as far as saying ‘having to poop after a shower’ — which made nari go feral with laughter. tho, amongst all the silly things they were saying, someone (cough, kyunghoon, cough) decided to say a serious thing, which dropped the whole mood.

“being away from the loved ones!”, he exclaimed with a smiley face. nari’s smile lessened and she nodded, adding a ‘i also hate it, like a lot. but it’s not the right answer’ and that just made them curious. so, heechul decided to ask her about it.

“have you ever been away from a loved one besides moving out from your parents’ house?”, an innocent but deep question.

“no, but i’ll be in not too long.”, she said, looking over the papers in her hand to not maintain eye contact. “two of my members, my family, are going to enlist next year…”, she sighed. “i can’t imagine being without them, they have been my best friends since forever. it’s weird to even think about it.”, she pouted.

they all nodded in understanding and decided to change the topic to a lighter one, so the girl could cheer up and not think about it – which happened and in less than three minutes nari’s face was back to red due to her laughing.

nothing much prepared ep. 20

as nari drank more and more with youngji, her thoughts also started to get more and more depressive. nari turned into a drunk hoshi whenever she drank, she would get emotional and cry over the littlest thing in the world.

when youngji gave her a paper to draw on, she started to cry. youngji got so startled that she started to murmur and even hugged the older girl when she asked for it, patting her hair and looking wide eyed to the camera and the staffs because she had no idea of what to do whatsoever.

nari went as far as hiccups, she wasn’t even able to talk properly due to how much she was crying. youngji then got her a cup of water and a bowl of soup so she could get a bit more sober. when she was finally able to stop crying the sighed, wiping her face dry. the staffs couldn’t help but coo over her beauty even after crying a river.

“i’m so embarrassed right now…”, she murmured to herself.

“you should be,” youngji joked, earning herself a joking glare from nari.

“it’s just… these sad thoughts. my head went to the day cheollie and hannie will have to enlist and it drives me nuts.”, she pouted, swallowing back the tears threatening to escape once again. “i can’t even imagine being one week away from them, then out of nowhere we’ll be- we’ll be-,” then she started crying again. “away for two years!”, and youngji just sighed, hugging her once again to comfort her older friend.

There’s no denying anymore! SEVENTEEN’s Nari and S.Coups caught in engagement rumors! + PLEDIS’ statement.

It’s not news that the CheolRi couple is one of the most speculated and anticipated Kpop ships. Fans’ have been making their theories that the couple is together ever since 2021 when they were seen posting and giving cryptic messages about each other on their posts. There’s never been any confirmation though, so their fans have only been speculating it.

But, on november 12th, Dispatch caught sight of the most rumored couple of Kpop in a date. The reports had that they were seen laughing and having fun before their participation at the UNESCO Youth Forum on the next day.

The couple was seen paying for their dinner as well as taking pictures outside while walking on the sidewalk. Dispatch revealed that, while they were walking, S.Coups got on one knee and asked the big question. The other information was that the female member said yes.

Dispatch also claimed that the couple spent Chuseok and her birthday with her family at her house in Jeju. They enjoyed a two-day vacation with her family in their countryside house. They also stated that she was seen going and coming from his house almost every day after his accident, in which she made a Instagram post speculating it as well. Before 2023, they stated that the couple was actually really careful with their relationship in public, which made it difficult for them to caught sight of the pair.

According to anonymous sources, the couple’s families are aware of their relationship ever since the start of it. They also stated that both families are really supportive of the relationship and that they were ecstatic to hear the engagement news.

After Nari’s Instagram post, fans started speculating that the information was actually true since every single one of the members started to congratulate them and post stories celebrating the proposal.

Three days after the rumors Pledis took to the leaked information and made the following statement:

“Hello. This is Pledis Entertainment.

We would like to say that we will be taking legal actions against the leaked information about our artists. If possible, we ask for privacy following their private lifes.

Also, we would like to inform that S.Coups and Nari decided to say that they are currently in a relationship, on the way to get married. We wish the best to the couple as well as happiness.

Once again, we would like to say that this is their private lives, so they are free to say or post anything about it, only if it’s with their own consent. Please, respect our artists’ lives.

Thank you.”

The couple also took to their Instagrams after the statement and posted pictures of their engagement rings. The ring is estimated at approximately $700,000. How lovely!

20230819 | weverse live 🌟

warnings: none, just nari talking to her beloved carats and having a great time. not proofread and not sure of how many words this is, i got a little carried away 😋

“hello~ how are you~?”, nari started her live, her voice soft as she had oreo on her lap. “i was bored and i missed you, so i decided to start this broadcast!”, she clapped softly, a smile on her face.

carefully, the girl brought a bowl of noddles and chopsticks on-camera and put it on the table in front of her, adjusting the phone so the bowl wouldn’t cover her. as the cat started to meow, nari’s hand went back to its fur to pet it once again.

“let’s talk, do you want to ask me anything?”, she asked, taking a bite of her food after. “hm… ‘did you see what happened with s.coupsie?’… well, yeah. i was there,” she took a sip of her water. “i was so scared when i saw it, like, it was so scary. i feel bad for him, i just got home from his house, i’m trying to help him feel better so you don’t have to worry too much!”, she giggled. “‘nurse nari is on the way!’, yeah, exactly! that should be my new nickname nowadays.”

she put her chopsticks on the table and got up briefly to get some napkins. as she sat down, she got oreo back on her lap and started to talk once again.

“i almost cried with cheollie, i felt so bad.”, she sighed, pouting a bit. “you know when you wish you could take the pain away from someone, and instead put it on you? yeah, i was feeling it.”, oreo jumped from her lap, making nari giggle. “i held his hand when he started to feel the pain, i was with him the entire time.”, the girl smiled softly.

she started to eat once again, humming when she ate a piece of meat out of the bowl. her cheeks got bigger as she chewed the food, making the 27-year-old look even more adorable — as if her bare-face, the glasses and the oversized shirt weren’t lovely enough already.

“i was so hungry, it’s my second meal today.”, she confessed, eating. “i know it’s wrong, but i forgot to eat until my belly was hurting.”, as she swallowed her food, nari cleaned her mouth. “‘don’t do that again, miss hwang!’, sorry, sorry! i promise i won’t!”, nari raised her hand in surrender.

getting the chopsticks back, nari took more bites of her food, glancing at the phone and giggling every once in a while, until she went back to answering the chat.

“‘how are you feeling about the upcoming tour?’”, she read out loud. “i’m excited, nervous and sad at the same time.”, nari sighed. “i don’t know how i feel doing it without coupsie, i mean, i didn’t like it before and it’s even worse now. coupsie is our- my rock, it’s weird without him.”, she pouted. “and i miss seungkwanie too, he makes me laugh whenever i’m down and not seeing him whenever i want is sad.”, oreo came back to her lap and nari waved his paw softly towards the camera. “hello~ i’m oreo~,” she giggled. “seungkwanie! hi! how are you, my baby boo?”

‘never say that again, hwang nari. but i’m fine, sorry for making you upset 😞’

“no! no, it’s not your fault! don’t feel sad.”, she pouted. “i just miss you, hope you are well and healthy! come back to me soon, i need to laugh more. the others’ attempts aren’t good enough.”

‘i know that im irreplaceable and don’t worry, i’ll come back soon! love you, stay healthy too! fighting~ ❤️’

“fighting, kwanie! drink lots of water, stay well~”, nari posed a heart for the camera and sent it a flying kiss. “it’s so fun when the members interact on my lives, i really like it!”, she drank her water once again. “take notes to those who never interacted…”, she glared at the camera playfully.

suddenly her phone started to ring, so nari quickly got it from the table to see who was calling her. unsurprisingly, it was her boyfriend – who never misses any of her lives.

“hello?”, she said, putting the phone on speaker. “say hi to our babies.”

“hi oreo, hi odie~,” seungcheol softly said.

“not those babies!”, nari whined. “to our carats, they already miss you!”

“hi carats!”, he giggled. “i already knew it wasn’t them, but i wanted to tease you.”

“you are so mean!”, she pouted. “see how he treats me, guys? he’s so mean, even when i care for him he’s a meanie!”

“don’t be like that, some minutes ago you were confessing how you can’t live without me~”, he teased her in a playful voice.

“you just called to tease me or what?”, she asked sassily, taking another bite of her food.

“no, no! when did you get so savage?”, he laughed and nari quietly sang in the background ‘oh my god, don’t you know i’m a savage?’ making him laugh once again – which made her laugh too. “whenever i call you in-front of a camera it’s always a mess.”

nari nodded, completely agreeing with his statement. the last time they did this, nari has tears in her eyes from laughing too much and her belly had started to hurt. she had to end the live because she wasn’t feeling too well due to her laughing fit.

“yeah, i still remember my bellyache…”, she sighed before brightening up once again. “kwanie passed by in the comments to say hi, did you see it?”, he hummed. “i miss him a lot.”, she pouted.

“i saw it, he misses you too, i’m sure.”, he comforted the young woman. “you really spoil him a lot, people will start to think that you like the maknaes more than me at this point.”

“well…”, she whistled. “that’s not exactly a lie…”

“ya!”, he whined. “and you have the audacity to say that i am a meanie!?”

nari giggled and threw her head back, the comments going crazy because of their interaction. though, the couple didn’t really pay them much attention as they were focused on each other — which made the moment a hundred times more cute.

“it’s funny to tease you.”, nari sighed, taking a quick sip of her water. “but you know i love you, coupsie~”, she said in a cute tone.

the man laughed, completely enamored on the other side of the phone. she was sure that his ears were red by this point.

“okay, okay. i guess i love you too…”, he pretended to fake gag, making nari scoff and him to release another giggle. “i’ll hang up for now, take care okay?”

“i should be the one to say that.”, she whined. “i’ll call you later, sleep well, it’s late~”

“you too, don’t stay up for too long.”, he yawned. “love you.”

“love you too.”, then she hang up the phone.

nari got up briefly once again to take her dishes to the kitchen, taking advantage to stretch her limbs as she’s been sitting for quite a long time and for the comments to die down a bit — their interaction got it going feral.

“i think i’m a bit tired now…”, she yawned. “will you be mad if i decide to end the live now? i promise to do another one soon and not stay too long without doing it again!”, she quickly added, remembering all the carats begging her for a live because it had been three months since her last solo one.

as she received positive reactions, nari interacted for three more minutes before calling it a day and deciding to end the live, getting oreo back on her lap to end it properly.

“bye bye, carats!~”, she waved his paw to the camera. “sleep well and take care, i love you~”, then, the screen darkened with the image of nari smiling as the background.

late night walks !

a/n: i’m sorry for this, it’s not my best work and it’s not proofread. i will do my best to write better things, i promise i’m not always that bad 🙏🏼 also, the time period is april 2023.

“come on, cheollie!”, nari whined while tugging on his sleeve. “instead of going to the cafe, we could actually go take kkuma on a walk.. what do you think?”, she asked hopefully, putting on her best puppy eyes.

“aren’t you worried about people finding out it’s us? i don’t want to have pictures taken of us during our dat if you’re not okay with it.”, he turned to her. “if you are okay with it, then let’s go.”

she chuckled, kissing his cheek. “are you kidding? i could give two fucks about people taking pictures of us, i want everyone to know about us. i love you, you know that.”, nari smiled while holding his hand, the other one gripping the dog’s leash.

seungcheol then shrugged and held her hand, giving her cheek a quick peck and started to walk. the couple went to a park so they could play with kkuma, the genuine smile of adoration on cheol’s eyes as he watched nari play with his dog was enough for everyone to know how whipped he was for the girl.

“c’mon, go get the ball!”, she enthusiastically exclaimed, pointing towards it while the dog ran to get the toy. “good girl! aigoo, you’re so cute kkuma!”, nari giggled as the dog kept on licking her face.

“darling, be careful!”, coups exclaimed as nari started to run after his dog, her shoe ties unlaced. “you’re going to trip- aigoo! are you okay?”, he ran after her, getting on his knees to see if she was injured. even kkuma stopped to see what happened, licking the girl’s hand that she was clutching.

“i think my hand is hurt.”, she pouted, hugging it close to her.

“let me see…”, he mumbled out. a quiet wince left his lips when he saw her hand. “it’s not bad but it definitely needs to be cleaned up.”, he slightly kisses the scratched area. “let’s go home.”

“can we go walking? my house’s not that far and…”, she mischievously smiled. “seventeen street is on the way too!”

“i knew there was something else when you asked to go on a walk, you never walk.”, he chuckled, getting up and helping her too right after. “let’s go then.”

he took the dog’s leash and clicked it back in place, holding nari’s uninjured hand and started to walk. the couple was joking around the whole way, nari purposefully pushing him so he would trip and laughing whenever he almost fell. after a while, they finally got to nari’s destination.

“it looks so cute! let’s read the notes!”, she squaled. seungcheol thought it was a perfect opportunity to take pictures of the girl, she looked so focused and that beautiful glint was in her eyes just like whenever she met their fans. “woah, they really love us…”, she sniffled. “i remember when i was just a trainee and would see the other artists getting stuff like this and would get jealous and think that i wanted this for myself one day. now i can not even believe how many people actually appreciate our work…”

the leader smiled and hugged her waist, laying his head on her shoulder while he nodded. he left a peck on her neck and started to read with her, kkuma quietly laying down on their feet.

nari maneuvered herself out of cheol’s arms to keep looking while he was reading. after a while, when she saw how cute he looked, she took her phone out and snapped some pictures of her boyfriend. when he heard her giggle, coups immediately snapped his head towards her and glared playfully, a pout appearing right after.

“ya! let me see!”, he hugged her to look at the pictures, smiling when she praised how cute he looked all concentrated. “send them to me so i can post them.”

after that, they took some more pictures — mainly nari just admiring her boyfriend and the little things he does. some were practiced and others more spontaneous, nari liked those more, so she had her phone ready while they walked around the place. her wrist was long forgotten, all she could think about was this quiet and peaceful night she was having with her boyfriend.

“i like spending time with you.”, she suddenly stopped walking. “like, it’s my favorite time of the day when we have time just to ourselves. i can’t believe it took us so long to actually realize we were made for each other.”, the younger one mumbled out, head laying on his shoulder as she looked ahead.

“neither can i…”, he breathed out, content. “i love you, thanks for never giving up on us.”

“i love you too.”, she kissed his cheek. “ and thank you for never giving up on me.”
