honestly i dont really know? i dont know how it really started but i know scar does play into it with his minecraft skins, especially for the life series. the scars probably come from his actual online-name aka Scar. Maybe even because some people see the pixel on his skins as a scar instead of a nose the beefy maybe because of his sports background if i would try to explain it - but after all: I dont know; I am also just deeper inside the fandom since a year

but in the end people just like to draw their blorbos handsome and attractive even if they are a big dork. And also its just funny, at least to me

Hello, maybe a dumb question but (not overthinking this at all, no) how is it viewed here when I reblog and use the same tags as the oc or last reblogger? Of course except for tag like "my art" if it's not mine, yknow. Thanks 🐙

First of all, not a dumb question at all! 

Second: Honestly I am not 100% sure what I should answer. I haven’t been on this site as long as some Tumblr veterans who have been here since the beginning of time. I feel there is not a simple, single answer to this. It varies a little from person to person and the nature of the tags. My understanding of Tumblr culture is purely based on what I have seen on my dash but I try to share some things I have observed.

non-commentary tags like “fandom” “writing” “insert your blorbo here” etc are for everyone to use shamelessly. 

People sometimes “steal” previous tags which are not that personal like “this is great” "pet rocks are cute actually" or “we ride this bitch to eeby deeby” and I think no one minds if you steal those tags without stating they aren’t yours originally. 

If the tags are more “detailed”, sometimes people tag “stealing prev tags/ stealing OP’s tags” *insert the previous tags*  I once saw someone “stealing” my entire commentary on a post with “stealing previous tags” and then tagging all my tags and honestly I didn’t mind it at all. Though I have seen people just steal tags like those too. I don’t know what the consensus is on stealing tags which are more personal.

sometimes people just tag “prev tags” and don’t elaborate further what those tags were, but I have gotten the impression there are instances where people find this practice annoying.

Some one else might give you a different answer because there are different ways people use the hellsite. I don’t know what I am doing, I’m just vibing and obsessing.

People who know better than me can share their knowledge.
