얼마 전 피검사를 했을 때 수치가 굉장히 나쁘게 나와서 정밀 검사를 해봐야 한다고 했다. 뭐 별 거 아니겠거니 했는데 며칠동안 먹은 것을 다 토해내고 있다. 그럼에도 일은 꾸준히 하고 있으며 검찰 조사까지 다 받고 왔다. 해야 할 일은 산더미니까 몸이 아파도 일을 하는데 오늘은 과외에 와서는 화장실에서 나오질 못했다. 참 웃기다. 내가 죽음을 두려워하고있다. 몸에 이상이 느껴짐에도 불구하고 부정하며 일을 하고 있다. 부디 별 탈이 없길 바란다. 해야 할 일이 ���무 많다.

이사가 코앞으로 다가온 줄도 몰랐다. 내 공간이 생기는데 별 감흥이 없다. 그저 육지에 사는 친구들이 언제든 놀러와서 쉴 공간이 있다는 그거 하나가 제일 좋다. 아 서울에 가서 서류를 떼야하는데 비행기 타기가 귀찮다.

In the beginning of the M/V when everyone is getting individual shots, Bella is standing next to the ice sculpture, running her long nail across it's cold surface.

For her first part of the song, she is lying on her back on the white couch, her head on the arm rest. Because immediately after is Han, her legs are propped unto his thigh and one could easily see Han gently rubbing Bella's leg.

Her next scene is when she's leaning against the screen with the ocean waves. Bella runs her fingers through her hair, which has come undone while she crosses her legs, as she is on the floor.

When it was Bella's turn to sing the chorus, she walks out of the machine as she sings. At that point she had removed the jacket so when she got out, Seungmin placed it on her shoulders as he sat on the couch.

"우선생 스시, 전환점, 밀롱가"

2023년 7월 15일. 토요일. 남양주 시골에 볼일이 있어 지인 차 얻어 타고 동행했다가 점심에 '우선생 스시'란 식당 방문. 우선생이 뉘신지는 모르겠으나 30년 일식 전문이라는데, 가격 대비 참 평범한 맛이다. 노자 63���에 "위무위 사무사 미무미(爲無爲 事無事 味無味)"라더니 30년 내공으로 무미의 극에 도달하셨는지? 내 미천한 미각으로 또 갈 일은 없겠다.

볼일 마친 후 다시 지인 차 얻어 타고 9호선 석촌고분역 근처에서 헤어짐. 동네 마실 다니다 '전환점'이란 카페가 있길래 들어감. 좁은 공간에 두 마리 개가 돌아다니고 있던데 토이푸들은 주인장 꺼, 포메라니안은 손님 개인 듯? 목이 말라 냉커피를 주문했기 때문에 맛 평가는 할 수 없다.

저녁엔 교대역 근처 밀롱가로 이동. 꼬르띠나 중 프리템포 음악이 두 번 나오길래 옛날 생각. 음악 좋아하는 아재들이 20~30대 때 좋아했던 시부야계(渋谷系)이고, 개인적으론 자전거로 장거리 페달질할 때 종종 들었던…

Welcome to my new blog where I will be working on my Korean with a little help from my 8 friends.

I got into SKZ a few years ago when I first started studying Korean and needed to "consume Korean media". :D And now finally I've gotten to the point where I can learn vocabulary and then actually pick some of it up in their songs!

So I'm going to post about that here.

Normally I'll do more words at a time but for this first post I'm going to talk about the first word EVER I recognized in an SKZ song, it's very convenient because that word is:

시작 - start

and the song I recognized it in is their "viral" song, God's Menu!

This means our first task will be watching this Chan and Seungmin!

Gosh learning Korean sure is hard...

이거 올린 적 있었나? 겁나 웃김. 노엘이 원래는 자기 인스타에 소소한 일상 사진들 위주로 올렸다가 게시물 전부 삭제하고 그 뒤엔 회사가 관리하면서 공식적인 게시물 위주로 올라왔다. 회사가 관리하기 전에 '나중에 캡쳐 해서 저장해야지' 하고 귀찮아서 미루다가 저장도 하기 전에 삭제됐다.

겁나 막 값어치 있는 게 아니라 하찮은데 소중한 선물들만 죄다 받아온 느낌. 효자손ㅋㅋㅋㅋ미친ㅋㅋㅋ 팬들이 빵 터진 포인트가 효자손이랑 후레쉬베리랑 왕꿈틀이였어.

노엘 3회차로 공연하는데 1, 2회차가 연달아 광속으로 매진되니까 놀라고 '안 죽었구나' 싶고. 아님 내가 그동안 내 롹스타를 너무 과소평가한 건지? 토요일에 하는 3회차 공연도 보나마나 전석 매진일 거 같은데. 이번에 공연 세 번 하는 것도 6년만에 앨범 발매한 게 미안해서인 건가 싶고. 내한 공연을 추가로 2번 더 연장한 해외 아티스트 소식은 처음이라. 근데 그게 내 가수라니? 리암이랑 노엘 콘서트 소식 안 놓치겠다고 n년간 'livenationkorea' 팔로잉 하는 나도 웃기고. 팔로잉 했다가 4년 6개월만 오랜만에 영양가 있는 소식을 구했드아.

티켓팅 하면 할 말이 많은데 노엘 내한 하는 거 3연속 성공한 나도 참 대단한 거. 생각해보면 어떻게 한 번도 실패 없이 리암 꺼랑 노엘 꺼 4번 연속으로 다 성공할 수 있었지? 덕질에 진심인 편.

마징가 Z 가수 미즈키 이치로 별세 소식

일본 로봇 애니 마징가 Z 주제곡을 부른 미즈키 이치로 씨가 12월 6일 별세했단 소식을 뒤늦게 앎. 내가 어릴 땐 마징가 Z를 한국 만화로 알고 봤다. 주제곡 역시 작곡자를 마상원 씨인 줄로 알았다. (TV 자막에 그렇게 나왔으니까) 인터넷이 대중화되기 전 PC 통신만 있던 시절에 누군가 마징가 Z 일본말 가사를 구해 올렸는데, 우리가 아는 마징가 선율과 찰떡궁합으로 딱딱 맞는 거 보며 주제곡도 일본 꺼 같다는 의심을 품은 사람들이 점점 늘어났다. 일본 문화를 쉽게 접할 수 있는 환경이 조성되자 바로 확인했고, 약간 배신감을 느꼈다. 그 시절 한일 축구전이 일본에서 열렸을 때 원정 간 한국 응원단이 일본 축구장에서 '짱가' 주제곡을 한국 애니인 줄 알고 불렀다가 개망신한 거도 이젠 추억이라면 추억이겠다. 해외 유명 가수가 일본에서 공연할 때 관객 호응이 영 신통찮은 영상이 유튜브에 꽤 있는데 얘네들도 마징가 Z에서만큼은 폭발적으로 반응을 하긴 하는구나. 일본애들 뿐만 아니라 내 또래에게도 마징가 Z의 존재는 이런 것이었다.
