We have another one of my favorite characters today! The rare name 駒月 (which belongs to about 550 people) is read Komatsuki or Komazuki.
駒 originally meant pony, horse, or colt. Today, though, it usually means a shogi, chess, or board game piece; the bridge of a stringed instrument; or a panel (of a comic) or scene/frame/shot or exposure (often written コマ).
The readings and radicals are interestingly interlinked. Its kun-yomi is こま, which appears to be a contraction of 子馬 [こうま] baby horse—and yes, 馬 horse is the left radical. And its on-yomi is ク, which it gets from its right radical 句 (meaning clause, sentence, passage, etc.—you know it from 俳句 haiku.).
月 is simpler and more common; it means month or moon. It's read つき, ゲツ, or ガツ.
