Genuinely looking for advice here, how the fuck do we get ourselves to drink water?

Water makes us nauseous, causes acid reflux, and our OCD makes us deal with fears of our water being contaminated. We’re always dehydrated and because we have POTS we really need that water.

Does anyone have any recommendations or suggestions?

I started using this program months ago for school, and it has been so helpful for us! I’m very prone to dissociating in class or just having trouble taking notes, and due to memory loss I’ll completely forget a lecture. This program is able to take an audio recording of whatever you need recorded, doctor’s appointments, lectures, meetings, etc., and turns them into summarized notes! If you have trouble taking notes I highly recommend giving this a try.
