 My favorite part of the animation was how soft everyone’s hair was tbh 

I did NOT like Sprout and thought that villain arc was weirdly rushed and handled

Okay hear me out...... Phyllis could be Sunny’s mom and Sprout is her half bro. They look a lot alike, and the interaction between the parents screams “we’re divorced due to different views on pony racism and I’m running a multimillion dollar company and don’t have time to watch both kids so Sprout is coming over for the weekend”

And when she says “for her sake” c’mon bro

Zipp is the gayest lesbian you can’t change my mind

She’s probably closeted because her mom is slightly homophobic maybe

I love how Zipp isn’t a Rainbow Dash clone, she’s more mature and generous and cute

She’d be so much better with piercings and a shaved brow (mother does not approve)

Also her colors said trans rights

Okay the ending - Sunny becoming an alicorn genuinely shocked me and I audibly screamed; lowkey love the design tho

The little magic sound every time a crystal was shown was the same that played as she got lifted into the air, and it gave me chills idk why its PRETTY

People are hating on the movie too much because its new and we miss the mane 6 and original Equestria world, but hey maybe they’ll come around

SOMBRACORA and their two children <3 

 Zecora (she/her)    Gaia (she/her)    Coven (they/them)   Sombra (he/him)

An unlikely couple, but a great one. When Sombra was banished, everyone thought he was gone forever; but he’d gone to another realm. The Shadow Kingdom. The ponies there could shift from solid figures to shadow mist, in a similar way Nightmare Moon did. A few years after being there, Sombra decided to make a formal visit to Celestia. They agreed to keep peace between their kingdoms.

He was drawn to the Everfree forest, a magic energy was thriving within it. He bumped into a zebra, collecting ferns for her potions. She was frightened by him at first, but he was formal and she sensed he meant no harm. After inviting him into her home, he realized this was the energy force he felt drawn into. Somehow, over the course of a few moons, they grew closer and fell in love.

Zecora moved to the Shadow Kingdom and they ruled together as king and queen. When she was expecting their first child, complications arose. Her earth-bound form was not used to such a surge of dark magic, and the pregnancy was very painful. 

She was bed-ridden, and instead of tears, purple magic leaked from her eyes, the same as Sombra’s. When the child was born, Zecora began growing colorful highlights in her mane as a result of the magic.

Their first daughter was named Gaia, and her talent is healing with the power of the earth. A few years later, Zecora had another child, this pregnancy much easier, now that she’d grown adjusted to the kingdom and its magic.

Coven is their younger and final child. They’re nonbinary, and their talent is traveling between Limbo and the Living world. With that, they were able to make sense of the strange forms for the Shadow ponies.

Zecora occasionally visits the Everfree forest, and takes the children along. Coven meets a very special earth pony - to be posted later.

StarBurst and their lovely daughter Luster Dawn <3 

I headcanon her as their child in my next gen. Shortly after Twilight is crowned ruler of Equestria, Starlight and Sunburst come to terms that their friendship has progressed to romantic feelings. They settle down in Ponyville as Starlight runs the school, and Luster attends as she gets older. 

But surprise, Starlight and Trixie also had a fling which resulted in a half-sibling for Luster - to be posted later. 

Luster’s hair was SUPER fun to color, I personally love her and will be making more art of her for sure.
