Whose the dude in the tux. Who exactly is this man in front of him with a tuxedo talking about, even?

He looks to the man in front of him, blinking owlishly. After all, whose to say dunking his head in the fountain wasn’t a good idea? He must be dreaming, after all! All he saw for miles was ocean, and a grand mansion! Not to mention the flapper-like girls and dapper men that’d pass by every so often. 

This...kind of reminds him of a book he reads. Yeah; definitely a dream.
