this morning I had some chocolate which came out at about 80 calories and I've already had 2 glasses of water.
soon ill go out to to shop with my mum and I'm probably going to get a peach tea which is not many calories at all.

my goals to help me lose weight:
drink LOTS of water. my body is going to get used to it and my appetite will shrink and my skin will improve.
sleep when I'm hungry. if I'm asleep I'm not eating, I usually forget after a nap.
get as much sleep as possible. my goal is 10pm - 8am
more fruit! I love apples and oranges and I can use that to my advantage.
avoid the cafeteria at break and lunch! I can either wait in the toilets or stay on my phone.
exersize! even walking is fine. I'm going to start running but any exersize will help me.
start weighing myself less so I don't trigger myself

fuck, I have to get below 127lbs soon. this morning I was 128.4lbs and I ate at school today. I got home and was 129.2. I'm gonna weigh myself now and edit this.

so today i woke up and i weighed 127.8lbs. i have lost about 3lbs since i came back off holiday. 
i might eat something today because my boyfriend is coming round (for the first time in a week!) and he usually encourages me to.
my gw for the morning is 126.8lbs :)
