6 Years Later

So uh apparently the 6-year anniversary of this blog was yesterday!

I can’t even begin to explain how it feels to have made all these memories with you all. I will never stop being amazed at how so much grew from a silly little idea I had back in college. 

As you’ve probably guessed, this blog has been in hiatus for quite some time. I’ve come to accept the fact that that probably won’t change. I’ve moved on to other ventures lately, plus a full-time job and other BIG BOY ADULT RESPONSIBILITES makes it hard to keep up with everything.

I will still keep this blog here, and if I so happen to draw something Sith-related (y’all know I still love these little shits) I will post it here. But otherwise I suppose this is my official “signing off” post. It’s been a long time coming.

I am so grateful for all of you - thank you so so much for your engagement over these years and the wonderful memories made together. 💖

Hello hello

I’ve been giving some thought onto perhaps restructuring this blog to focus more on art or even become an “ask” blog (not RP tho, that’s too involved, lmao). I just find myself interested in other things to do for this blog than I did in the beginning, with the longer request entries and such. I have a bunch of inbox/drawing memes saved in my drafts I want to chip away at. :)

I think that will help me become more active on here. I’ve been so busy with personal things that my creativity has been sporadic in general (I bought a house!! And then.. had some things happen with a friend. I’d rather not go into it). Doing some new/different things here will help me a lot with motivation and inspiration, I think.

TL;DR - The content on this blog will probably change in the future from what it was before. But still very Sith-y and chill, that’s what matters ;D

I hope you’re all doing well, as always. Still going to stick with “hiatus” status, but know that I’m very much still here!

i mean, his model isn’t an *exact* replica of his kenobi appearance, thank fuck - it thankfully does lean more towards his original appearance, but not as much as i’d hoped 😩

they FINALLY added him to galaxy of heroes, and.. 

not only is he apparently a mediocre character (the inquisitorius faction in general is…. not very good), they based his model off his live action appearance 😭😭😭 whyyyyyyyyyy

okay but in all seriousness...i'm not sure! because their skin grooves don't cover all their body - it looks like it doesn't include their hands, as seen in film and TCW (official illustration):

i personally HC that they don't actually have those grooves on their genitals.. but they DO have the red pigmentation found around their eyes ;D (i don't think that's makeup, it seems more like the actual color of their flesh)

but hey.. i'm not opposed to some STRIPEY D 👌

why did they make vader so big and tall in kenobi? who allowed this? i mean im not complaining, but someone HAD to die to make disney let the creators satisfy so much thirst. 🤔

vader is canonically 6'8" :) at least, according to his original appearance!

i don't know how tall vader is in kenobi, since it's hayden in the suit instead of david prowse, but hayden is 6'2" so i'm sure they could easily add a few inches - either through costuming or some clever camera angles/hollywood magic :D
