An Unexpected Return Part 2: Electric Boogaloo

So, I never actually made a proper comeback.

It's now 2024, the world is on fire, and chaos is reigning. So, why not maybe come back to this again? Let's see if I stick with it this time!

It’s been 84 years since I’ve made any quotes on this blog, and I finally decided to get back into it.

Some of them (maybe most of them) will still be inspired by fandoms and as always – if I know the source – it will be in the post’s original tags. If it’s an original quote invented in my brain, though, it’ll have the tag “original” as the source.

I’m going to try and make a bunch of original ones, though! They’re fun little funny exercises for me.

Don’t know how many still follow this blog actively/still have active tumblrs, but I hope y’all enjoy.

So! Last year anywhere between 460-900ish people (thanks to the ability to both like and/or reblog) saw [THIS] post of mine! It was the original version of all of these icons, but thanks to the events of this year we had a new boy to add!

Nothing is different with the other icons, but it didn’t feel right posting the new trashman on his own (especially since I had to update the banner anyway) sooo…. Tada!

So… this was a three-day process.

A very, very, very fun 3-day process! I really enjoyed making this. It was nice to tap into so much coloring and concern again with my art. I haven’t had much time for that lately.

If there’s enough interest I might make this into a sticker! (And I sorta consider ‘enough interest’ to be, at least, 100 reblogs).
