I beat the game like a month or two ago and yet I haven't drawn a single. damn. thing.
The game was beautiful and I want to do one more run of my Dosric sibling trio to make my canon run before I start doing artwork of them. With Patch 7 and modding support on the horizon I have.. ideas.
Like retconning that Daddio Artel was the Dark Urge. I think I'm going to include a Dark Urge, but it won't be the Dosric family... which means I'mma have to update the family treeeee....
I AM GONNA FINALLY BEAT BG3 AND THEN DO ART OF MY OCS
But here, have some updated appearances that fit their personalities better - Aleta and Ned's face changed the most. I like to think Simon grew out a beard during the course of their adventure:
The Dosric family! Current playthrough is starring Artel (Durge), Aleta and Ned, but now that we can customize our hirelings, I decided that once the trio reached Baldur's Gate they would reunite with the remaining two members.
With Cheese done, we move on to Josef! The sad, wet, sassy man! Every group needs one, and this is ours. Part warlock, part dad, all sad.
His was very fun to draw. This was originally a full group piece, but he stole the show in the sketch phase. Hopefully I'll make a Gobbo the Goblin piece next.
Thanks to my friend for his dnd character! I hope we get to play with them again!
From Gnome (2021) to Dwarf (2024), it's time for a redraw baabbyyyy!!!.....And first real piece of finished work in ...months...featuring Elnora "Cheese" Timberwood; my Candlekeep Mysteries character. Figured it was time to redesign her from 2021 as she's gone through some character development since then. She survived all of Candlekeep and it's bullshit, a pretty big stint as the muscle of "Jo and the Exotics", became a druid, got mind controlled by a fungal Lich queen from the Hells, fell out of druidism, and vowed never to use magic again.
Quiet allot for a dirt-poor back-alley mutt from Waterdeep...Now she's back in her home city, protecting it and as a member of of the Guard and checking up on her parents during the weekends. Now, if she could just stop spontaneously going on months-long adventures she might get that Captain's promotion...
