How I feel with my vanilla protein shake from @questnutrition 😋 💪 🤩🥤💕🚴‍♀️🧘‍♀️🏋️‍♀️💃Ever since the full moon in Capricorn and Chiron squaring with Mercury - The Wounded Healer- I have been more and more inspired to return to my wellness behaviors. I had never had an issue with fitness or healthy eating before the pandemic. During the pandemic I worked out a lot inside, but the stress accumulated for me causing a reaction in my body and feeling unfamiliar in my own skin. For the first time since high school I wasn’t going to a gym regularly. I realized what a shift I made. Some shifts we make to space for what we need to learn and create. And I honor this too as part of my journey. Il grateful for the time and all I created in that space. The call for me to get back to activities I enjoyed like dance, HIIT style classes, weights, Pilates, has been growing stronger. I will see what connects, what my body is responding to, and what my body enjoys! It was such a pleasure to host cacao circle Wednesday with @cacaolaboratory fam🤎 We explored the energy of the Mayan Cosmovision, the Nawal of 10 No’j, which is the Nawal that exemplifies the genius of the mind. Combined with the number 10, which represents community, we leaned into this energy and explored ideas or issues with each other to gain new perspectives. I also offered an Embodiment exercise for ‘homework’ that I created for deep manifestation with in our whole being. I think it complemented the energy of this new moon in cancer 🌚 ♋️ I am always grateful for the invitation to lead and create space for these deeper conversations.
