The United States and China are involved in anormal deadlock over allegations of espionage through high-altitude balloons, so called spy balloons last week. The USA downed three unidentified flying objects atop its air space. The downed balloons have not yet been fully recovered so it is not clear that these were balloons or any other objects.
The Spy Balloon Controversy Between US & China
The first incident occurred on 4 February, when US puts allegations over China for sending balloons in its air-space at least four earlier times remaining undetected at that duration. In turn to this Beijing said that the US overreacted on this incident and further accepted that the balloons were launched by China but only for surveillance and meteorological purposes. Moreover, China also accused the US of sending surveillance balloons over Chinese air-space at least 10 times since last year.
High-Altitude Balloons
Balloons have been in perpetual use for various decades now. It has been used from at least 200 years ago. At first these balloons were used only for scientific and research purpose, but after time these have been increasing for tourism, joy ride, rescue, disaster relief and in surveillance.image of the Chinese balloon that were downed by US on 4 February
Tumblr media
Interestingly, the bigger balloons can be big as the football stadium and go up to 50-60 kilometer above in sky. The bigger balloons can carry the several thousand kilograms of payloads. Mostly the material used for making these balloons are the polyethylene, like the common plastic bags that we use in our daily life and mainly filled with Helium gas. These balloons can stay in space for few hours to several months. Those that are reckoned to stay in space for long and go higher up in atmosphere for surveillance and temperature checking purposes, are made of more developed materials to increase sturdiness.

Chernobyl Disaster
Facts
1. Shockingly! The amount of radioactive radiations emitted in Chernobyl disaster was around 200 times higher than the total emission from the bombs that dropped by America fell over Nagasaki and Hiroshima, during 2nd world war.
2. Peoples in the nearest town to Unit 4, Pripyat, Were evacuated two days after disaster and by that time, many people’s including children’s had already been exposed to dangerous and high levels of radiation.
3. Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and Ireland were the most affected countries from Chernobyl disaster. Around 63% of radioactive rays hit them.
4. The mortality, genetic mutation, and nativity of animals in the 3 kilometre safety zone around the Chernobyl nuclear power plant are higher.
5. One would assume that the further Chernobyl reactors were likewise turned off right away. However, the three additional reactors of the nuclear power station were restarted and kept running for an additional 13 years before being shut down in 2000.
6. Since high radiation levels killed the trees and left behind vast expanses of pale red dead pine, the area's neighbouring woodland is known as "the red forest."

The Man Who refused $1 Million Prize
On 18 March 2010, Grigori Perelman was awarded a Millennium Prize from Clay Institute of Mathematics for solving one of the Millennium problems “Poincare Conjecture.”
Even he did not attend the ceremony on 8 June 2010 in his honor at Paris. According to reports, Perelman refused to accept the $1 million Prize in July 2010. According to Perelman, he declined to accept the prize because he considered that the decision of Clay Institute of Mathematics was unfair for not sharing the prize with Richard Streit Hamilton. He stated that “the main reason is my disagreement with the organized mathematical community. I don’t like their decisions, I consider them unjust.”

How to Maintain CRP Level in COVID-19
1. Ear Anti-inflammatory Foods Understanding how to naturally reduce CRP levels requires understanding how to manage inflammation. Inflammation is an immunological response that alerts your body to the presence of foreign invaders or autoimmune cells attacking your tissues. Consider it a distress signal, manifested as joint pain and stiffness. However, if it continues or becomes more intense, it is doing more harm than good.
If your CRP level is high, consume anti-inflammatory foods that significantly lower chronic inflammation, such as the following:
Turmeric
Avocado
Berries
Beets
Broccoli
Fatty Fish
Dark Chocolate
Orange
Nuts
Olive Oil
Anti-inflammatory nutrition lowers C-reactive protein levels by creating chemicals that combat the illness. For example, fatty fish such as mackerel and salmon provide long-chain omega-3 fatty acids that, when transformed into chemicals known as protectins and resolvins, contain anti-inflammatory qualities.
2. Maintain a Healthy Body Weight The development of C-reactive proteins is influenced by body weight. According to research, higher body weight resulted in elevated CRP levels. As a result, if you're looking for techniques to lower CRP levels, it makes sense to aim for and maintain a healthy body weight. Losing weight involves eating a better diet that includes the anti-inflammatory foods discussed above. Furthermore, frequent physical activity is required to burn stored fat and enhance metabolism.
If you're having problems losing weight, you may always join up for coaching or consult with a dietitian or your healthcare professional. Another important step is to be evaluated for underlying disorders that prevent metabolic improvement. Check out our blood test for a weight loss profile.

4 Negative Effects of Instagram on Mental Health
1. How Instagram Effects Mental Health?
Instagram is just like the many other social media platforms, i.e. it is bottomless, you can scroll down and down to watch the limitless content and that's why it is very addictive and you became a Instagram addict in couple of days. Instead we are taking to much surface level information at a once from the scrolling and this causes a psychological phenomenon called information overload and studies have found that it hugely impact on our mind and the motivational system of brain, it also negatively affect on the body image and sleep and increasing bullying and ''FOMO''(fear of missing out). The excessive use of Instagram leads to depression and feeling loneliness.
2. Effect of Instagram on Self Esteem
On Instagram, most of peoples post their entire lives for others to see and comment on it, this leads to people judging, commenting and even to emulate others and this is a common problem on approximately all the social media platforms and this leads to the people comparing them to with other peoples and some times they face racial discrimination which leads the anxiety and very low self-esteem.

Logic gates are the basic building blocks of computer processors and digital circuits. Shuffling around electrons is the working process of conventional logic gates. However, researchers from Aalto University have developed new optical chirality logic gates that perform about a million times faster than current technologies (conventional technologies). These optical chirality logic gates were offering ultrafast processing speeds. These optical logic gates fulfill user data processing and transfer requirements for the next generation computing.
What is Chirality
Chirality: in Chemistry, a ion or a molecule is said to be chiral, if it cannot be superposed on its mirror image by any combinations of translations, rotations and some conformational changes. This geometric property of molecule is called chirality.
Tumblr media
Published in the journal Science Advance, this technology uses polarized light as the input signal. The logic gates are made from crystalline materials that are very sensitive to the chirality of a circularly polarized light beam – that is, and the light emitted by the crystal is depends on the chirality of the input beams. This behaves as the basic building block one of the logic gate (exclusive NOR gate of XNOR). The remaining logic gates are built by other optical components or adding filters.
