Hey! This is a side blog to re-motivate myself (and hopefully) others to get active, and to get back into martial arts!
Mostly going to be martial arts (especially Taekwondo cause that's what I do) and anything else I find that inspires me to be a better martial artist & lead a healthier lifestyle
Seems like a good time to make up a fun little Push Up challnge before Engame comes out
A set of Push-ups for each Infinity Stone…think you got what it takes to own them all? (modify on knees for less advanced)
1. - Space Stone Set
Make some space and warm up, a little light stretching and 1-5 push ups to get started ~ rest 1 min
2. - Power Stone Set
Time to power out some reps, you’re warmed up and at your strongest now bring the fight! As many reps as you can do to failure!! ~ rest 2 min
3. - Time Stone Set
Time to slow it down and take control of the situation. Time under tension helps build character and muscle. 1-10 reps (more of able) 2 sec. count down hold 1 sec at bottom 2 sec count back up repeat! ~ rest 3min
4. - Reality Stone Set
The reality is you’re tired, the reality is you’ll likely want to quit, but the reality is it’s up to you to shape your own reality and overcome! Aim for at least half of your max reps from the Power Stone Set…but you’ll get a few more than that won’t you? …~ rest 2 min
5. - Soul Stone Set
Time to pour your heart and soul into it and that means sacrifice. 3 mini sets…do as many as you can…rest 30sec do as many as you can, rest 30sec do as many as you can one last time! ~ rest 3 min
6. - Mind Stone Set
Mind over matter, you’re feeling defeated but the battle is not over just yet. Time to overcome those voices in your head saying you’re finished and push on to the finish! Reach your Power Stone Set Max from the start in as few sets and as little rest as possible.
Congrats you’ve conquered the Push Up Infinity Stones and achieved success… for today. Do this for two weeks, 3-5 days each week to become supreme ruler of your universe and achieve ultimate victory.
