Hi tumblr!
Today as there are 75 days left in the year, I decided to embark on a 75 day journey.
This journey will be my own version of the 75 day soft. It's going to be focused on my goals specifically.
I want to have a glowup.
I watched a video by Dear Peachie, and the first steps are to correct my skin, my posture and my weight. So, that is where I'm going to start.
I found this video by some guy, I don't remember his name, but he gave a good exercise to do daily to help correct your posture. 15 of them in the morning and 15 at night. So, that's part one right there.
Part two is to correct my skin. I don't have the best skin, though it has gotten better from high school. My goal is to focus on correcting the issues in my skin with skin care, diet, sleep, and water intake. I'm going to try to correct my skin overall, not just my face. I struggle with dry skin and calluses so moisturizing is going to be of the utmost importance.
Part 3 is losing weight. I am currently about 15 lbs overweight. My goal for right now is just to get down to a healthy weight for my height. It isn't my end all goal weight, but it's a good attainable goal to start with.
The last part of all this is my mental health. I need to make this a priority in whatever way I can. There are many ways I've tried that have helped, but I don't want to add to the pressure of saying I'll do them all everyday. I'll commit to doing 1 act for my mental health daily. Whether that's affirmations, journaling, meditating, or whatever else have you. One thing for myself a day.
Breakdown:
Posture exercise 15 morning and 15 night
Skin: get rid of breakouts and hydrate
Weight: Create a deficit to begin losing weight
Do one mental health activity a day
