I've said this many times but I love this blog so much. You've ever seen the movie "Playing It Cool"? Turns out I just wrote a whole Stucky story based on it and it would mean the world for me if you read it. There is nothing more important to me than knowing there are persons out there who read what I write, I had the courage to publish this story until now. The story is called " 'How To Write A Romantic Comedy Novel' "- By Steve Rogers" in AO3, again I love this blog, hope you have read it.

Fanfiction.Net vs AO3

Sure they are both great, but I’ll give my humble opinion. Thanks to Fanfiction.Net is that I discovered what fanfiction was, I remeber that I started reading fanfiction when I was 12 years old (mostly Sonic The Hedgehog fics xD) but I loved them and I discovered how original can some authors be and that each person has one unique writting style. Later when I grew older, I became part of THG fandom, and after reading the trilogy and watching the movies, I decided to search for fanfiction. Cute, sweet and fluffy Everlark fics was what I found in Fanfiction.Net. I’ll tell you that the best Star Wars fanfictions I’ve read are on Fanfiction.net, specially HanLeia fanfiction. But what made mestart looking fo other website when I had everything I needed in Fanfiction.Net? Well, it was that time when I started reading one of the best Anidala fics ever! I still remeber its name, “The Jedi and his Angel” it was a fic about what would have happened if Padmé decided to follow Anakin when he said “we can rule the galaxy together” back in Mustafar. It was beautifully written and brillantly plotted, but guess what? IT WAS INCOMPLETE! I was so dissapointed, but I hoped that the author would upload new chapters, then I found out that the last time the author published was two years ago. *sighs* “Its just this fic” I thought, but turns out that after that all the fanfiction I read was incomplete.

After Fanfiction.Net broke my heart, I found AO3 and I was completelyrelieved. The skins, the authors and the kudos systems were things I never knew I needed in my life. I had never read gay fics in Fanfiction.Net, but after reading cute StormPilot one-shots I decided to stay in AO3. When I joined the Stucky fandom, all the fic I wanted to read about them were there I could search with the tag system and found all the fics I ever dreamed of! Even the fanfiction I write seems to be more noticeable in AO3 than in Fanfiction.Net(where it is ignored) I have cried, laughed and dreamed with the fics I’ve read in AO3, at least here I KNOW WHEN A FIC IS COMPLETE ! It also gives me the warnings, tags and many other things. Too bad for people who don’t have an AO3 account, because you have to wait at least 3 or 4 days to receive an invitation in order to creat an account, and some fics are only allowed to users of the archive.

I guess that’s my opinion, I still like Fanfiction.net, but AO3 has won my heart and I hope that people never stop writting and reading fanfictions.
